Alright. Hello, everyone, and welcome to the Workday Success Plan, better known as WSP twenty twenty six R1, which is Release one webinar that we're going to go through some of the exciting new features and let you know about what those are. So let's give it a couple of seconds here for any other folks that are going to jump on. We'll give about thirty seconds or so. All right, let's see if where we are here. Well, first, I'd like to introduce the your two presenters for today. My name is Mark Mueller, and I am the WSP Principal Product Marketing Manager and doing our presentation today is Jordan Poczobutt and she'll be going through and telling you some of the great things of what the WSP R1 release is about. And some housekeeping items to start out with is that this is a it is going to be a recorded webinar, so you'll be able to get this after the presentation. Also, there'll be a q and a section at the end that will try to answer questions that have come up. So feel free to ask any questions during the presentation. Anything that we don't get to, we will answer and post along with the webinar. There's also an area for selected docs on the right hand side that you can download that are relevant to the presentation. And at the very end, there'll be a post webinar survey that we ask you to take a look at and we would really appreciate the feedback with that. So with that, one thing we have to do a little, some housekeeping here about the product statement. Let me just read this here. It says, any unreleased services, features, functionality, or enhancements referred in any of the Workday documents, roadmaps, blogs, or websites, press release or public statements that are not currently available are subject to change at Workday's discretion and may not be delivered as planned or at all. Customers who purchase Workday services should make their purchase decisions based upon services, features and functions that are currently available. So, with that, I just want to go over the agenda here. We're just did, we're going do some introduction to the Workday Success Plans. We're going to go over the 2026 R1 updates. And then at the end, we're going to have some questions and answers. So with that, I'm going to hand that over to Jordan. -All right. Thank you so much, Mark. And hello, everybody. It's nice to meet you. My name is Jordan Poczobutt, and what I do as a Workday Success Plan solution strategist is help all of our prospective and current WSP customers see more of the value out of Workday Success Plans, whether that's a value brief or a webinar, and also sharing new and exciting items with you about our WSP releases to make sure that you're getting the most out of your Workday investment. And today, I'm confident that you all are going to not only learn what's new and exciting within the release but feel comfortable and confident moving forward with Workday Success Plans in this new era of technology. With that being said, I think it's first important to start out with the why of Workday Success Plans, and I know many of you on the call know what Workday Success Plans, but I always think it's important to revisit its roots and also address how those roots have changed a bit in this new era of technology. As you all know, the reason why Workday Success Plans came to be was because customers were asking questions like, How am I going to get the most out of my Workday investment? What features and functionalities should I be adopting within Workday to do so? They were also wondering, How am I going to get the most out of my team and achieve self sufficiency and help my employees feel confident? While those questions are still vital and relevant, you all now are asking more complex questions as the world of Workday and the world of AI has caused some changes, and you'll see some of them on the screen here, right? What features, agents, apps, orchestrations are right for me? How should I deploy and activate these? How am I going to enable my team and keep up with the pace of innovation? And that's where Workday Success Plans comes in and is still the definitive answer. We haven't only kept up, but we are continuously evolving to meet your needs. One of the most powerful aspects of Workday Success Plans is that it's a single subscription. Our customers have access to a holistic set of services that are continuously being improved over time. This includes connection and engagement, education and learning, technical account management, self guided tools, expert guidance and insight, and overall elevated support to help you get the most out of Workday. The result of this is a success multiplier for your business and offerings that are never going to go out of date and continuously improve over time. Within Workday Success Plans, we have three different offerings that are available to meet your different business needs and objectives. We first have our Accelerate Essentials offering. This offering is really meant for lean teams to solve problems quickly. Building on top of that, we have our Accelerate offering. This is typically meant for our customers in the medium enterprise space and offers more opportunities for adoption and optimization. And finally, we have Accelerate Plus. This is for our largest and complex most complex customers providing premier technical and strategic guidance. Now that we've touched on our agenda, the roots of Workday Success Plans, and how it's meeting your needs today in this era, I also want to go over how the roadmap looks currently within the world of AI, and this slide is most likely new for all of you. So, when we're thinking about Workday Success Plans and how it's going to help you in this new journey, it's around these different phases. Workday Success Plans is going to help you assess readiness and also discover and plan which capabilities, meaning different agents, different AI features, are going to be the best for achieving your objectives. And then it's going to help you prepare for a strong and successful go live. Continuing on your customer journey, Workday Success Plans is going to help you activate those different agents and features and also enable your teams to confidently manage Workday as innovation continues to happen. Lastly, Workday Success Plans is going to help you optimize your current platform and continuously leverage new innovations. Now that we know what that new path looks like for all of you, let's really dive into the new features within 2026 R1. As a Workday Success Plans business, we now have a biannual release, so we are able to keep up with all of you in this new world and make sure that we are delivering the best service. So the specific features that are new within this release are training credits, which some of you may have heard of training credits in the past. These are now a part of Workday Success Plans. We've also taken many of our current components and embedded AI and agent adoption within them. And then lastly, which is very new, technical guidance to create custom apps and build orchestrations. Let's start with training credits. In the past, you all were probably familiar with the Workday Administrator Library. This was specifically self directed training, a specific set of courses, and really focused on helping getting our Workday administrators educated. But with this new release, we really wanted to build on top of that and meet more of our customers' needs. So, now we've included training credits within Workday Success Plans. That's broken up by level to 10 training credits a year for Essentials, 20 training credits a year for Accelerate, and 30 credits a year for Accelerate Plus. When we think about the specific benefits that training credits bring to an organization, we all know that you want your administrators to understand the ins and outs of the Workday system and training credits are better equipped to do that. Specifically, these allow for more flexibility because they not only offer self directed training but instructor led as well. You have more class topics that include the same as the administrator library but include functional product areas like HCM and FINS. Another area to highlight is that training credits are really beneficial for additional offerings. They can be used to enroll in those refresher training courses and also the Workday Pro exams. As many of you know, within Workday Success Plans, you do get exam fee waivers. So when you think about the courses that you need to take the exam, you have training credits for those and you get the fee waived, that's a lot of money back in your pocket. And then also speaking on the money and financial side, WSP customers receive an exclusive rate as they purchase additional training credits, and that's 25 a 25% discount off the current one to 10 training credit rate. I don't know about you all, but in terms of the benefits of these, when I think about educating administrators in a more vast way and also that value savings, this is an incredible add to the service. We've covered training credits. It's familiar but new within WSP, but it's also important to address how we've embedded that AI and agentic adoption within the service. And this really comes from components that you all are familiar with as WSP customers today. I wanted to paint a picture of what that would look like within this slide. So, if we're thinking about leveraging artificial intelligence within HCM, it could look a little bit like this. You may be taking advantage of some accelerator webinars. You would have some on demand training. You could also go to Ask an Expert for that one to one advice. And then for continuing that journey, you would be able to attend different collaboration crews. I know some of these components may they may sound familiar, but maybe you're thinking on this call, Well, what was that component again? Could you explain that again? And I'm going to do that right now. Starting off with Accelerator webinars. These are live sessions that are led by our Workday consultants, and they're going to highlight best practices, use cases, or configuration guidance on particular topics. A really big benefit to you all is that they are recorded and available on demand. We have three fifty and counting with everything that is new within Workday and really a key education and upskilling resource when we think about how we're learning about different agents. Additionally, a huge benefit of these is, of course, attending them live because you're going to be able to ask the consultants questions in that time. I know that previous slide had some examples, but I also wanted to show what a takeaway of an accelerator webinar would look like. And this is actually one that we have today, Empower Article Creation with AI. So you'll see that it has a great next steps checklist and then also features to review as well. So you are attending the webinar and learning, but you're also having constant learning that's following that. And in my mind, I think of a follow-up and kind of keeping you on track with those different features. Next, we have Ask an Expert. And I'm sure all of you are familiar with this, I think it's always important to have a reminder as well. Ask an Expert is where you have the opportunity to ask a Workday expert any type of functional, technical, or reporting question to receive that overall strategic guidance and advice. With Ask an Expert, you receive an Assertment Allotment per week, and the reason for that being is because the time to resolution is much quicker than if those hours never expired. We actually found that if we didn't put an expiration date on those, customers were not using them or they were using them for their meatiest and juiciest issue, and that's not the purpose of Ask an Expert. In addition to that time to resolution, your consultant is also going to have access to your nonproduction tenant. So instead of having to share screenshots back and forth, they're able to actually see what's going on and answer your question much more effectively, minimizing those communication gaps. When we think back to AI within Workday, you can use Ask an Expert to ask about those different agents. What are they? How do I turn them on? What would a demo of this look like? And a very easy way to save time and, again, have that one to one one to one time with a Workday expert. The last component that I wanted to talk about that is a component that you may all be familiar with but that's really embedded within Workday Success Plans and that we've improved on that, AgenTic and AI adoption are collaboration crews. So these are interactive virtual sessions that are led by our Workday experts. You're typically in a group of no more than 18 people, and it's a one to four week run time. You, as customers, all have the opportunity to collaborate with each other, ask questions, share common best practices, and when we're thinking about Workday AI, we're all learning. So, this is a great way to learn from others in terms of what are they doing, what agents are they using, what's working and what's not. The reason why we have collaboration crews exclusively for WSP customers is because we found that when customers were attending RISING, they were loving it, but they were missing that interaction over the span of the year because Rising is only once a year. So that's why these were created in the first place and really a great way to learn from others and other organizations like yourselves about AI and what that looks like. Something else that I also want to add here is that when you are in a collaboration crew, you're typically paired up by size or industry. That's something that our delivery team really tries to do so that those conversations are going to be very similar. So we've talked about training credits, which may be familiar to you all that are new to the WSP offering. We've talked about a few of the components that are within the WSP offering that have been enhanced to help you all with AI within Workday. And lastly, I want to end on this new component that is going to help you build apps and also help with Workday build. So, this is specific to our Accelerate Plus plan and this is our largest, most strategic offering. Workday Build is a launchpad for innovating our core applications, data, and technology. It's a developer platform that brings together AI powered tools, marketplace, and community you need to unlock new possibilities and grow your business. This plan provides expertise, support, and education tailored specifically to helping your technical teams leverage Workday Build products. Within Workday Success Plans, we are going to provide you with both direct access to Workday experts and self education self guided education and learning to help you build those custom apps with Workday Extend and build orchestrations using Workday Orchestrate. More than that, Accelerate Plus is here to support your technical teams throughout every step of their Workday journey from discovery and planning through design, build, activation, and optimize. I know that we have covered many components. I know that this information is new and I know that you probably all have questions, but I really wanted to end with this. WSP customers are going to embrace Workday AI with confidence and it's really anchored in these three areas. The overall themes for WSP with AI is that it's going to help you discover and plan for those different AI features and those Workday agents. It's going to help activate that different technology and expand your team's skills and feeling really confident in embracing AI. And then lastly, it's going to help you continuously optimize those new AI innovations within Workday and how to use it to best manage change, reduce risk, and plan for growth. Now, I'm sure that all of you may have questions as well, so I wanted to save some time for that. But just quickly to cover some resources here, if you were wanting to learn more about Workday Success Plans, we do have information on our community page. You can also review different data sheets within workday.com. And then, of course, if you're really, really wanting to learn more and you have specific questions, we do ask that you engage with your account team. They are more than happy to answer. But let's go into some of those seeded questions, and I think that Mark may be reading them out. Yep. So, here's some questions here that we have. If a customer purchased training credits before the WSP release, can those credits be refunded or discounted retroactively? They cannot. With that's a great question. And a common question that we have been getting, they cannot. And with every you will if you are a current WSP customer, those were live for you on February 13. And also, as a customer, you may be wanting additional training credits in addition to WSP, so we do not offer that discount, unfortunately, but I'm confident that you will still benefit from those. Okay. Great. And so, a related question. If I'm a WSP customer, do I already have access to training credits? Do I need to do anything about getting access to them? You don't need to do anything to get access to those yet. Those are as I said before, they are available to you as of February 13. If you are having trouble if you are an Accelerate or an Accelerate Plus customer, I would just check-in with your account team, whether that's your account executive or your customer success manager in terms of if you're having trouble finding them. They'll be able to point you in the right direction, but they are available to you as of February 13, and you can use them. Great. Thank you, Jordan. A couple other questions here. What's the difference between Learn on Demand training credits and Accelerator webinars, and how can a customer use each? That is a great question, and I'm happy to explain that. I think also just reiterate what those components are. So, Learn On Demand was one that we didn't talk in our presentation, but about today in terms of what's new within the release. But what these are is it's really think about these as a way to either refresher of a topic or maybe introduce something new. So, for example, we had a customer who had an intern who wanted to learn about Workday payroll. They went to take some of those Learn On Demand courses, and then a year later, they were hired on that team. So great for anybody who is maybe learning something new, or we've also had customers who are wanting to do refreshes with the product release that came out a few seasons ago and they were able to use those. So, that's kind of the first one, the click bite learning, almost like watching a YouTube short. And then you have accelerator webinars. So, are what I explained before. This is where a Workday consultant is going to be on those live be on those live. Those are going to be longer. I would say typically forty five minutes and that's going to be specifically around configuration, guidance, highlights, different use cases. And then also comes with that checklist and those type of next steps. So, analogy I'm going to use there, you have a YouTube Short and then you have maybe like a quick online course that you would need to take. And then lastly, we have training credits. And those are going to be like if you were going and taking an actual college course, right? It's over a span of time really meant to educate the Workday administrator. I hope I answered that question the way that That you wanted was a long question. Thank you so much. A long answer to your question. Here's another one here. If the Workday admin library is retired, will customers who already enroll in courses still have access? Yes. As a customer, you will still have access to those courses that you are enrolled in, And those Workday administrator library courses are still included within training credits. So if you're specifically wanting to take one from that library, it's just that the library doesn't exist anymore within WSP, but the courses do. If you are enrolled in one today, you will still be enrolled in one and you can still take it. Perfect. Great. Thank you. Let's see another one here. Does WSP support all Workday products? That is a great question. So, I'm sure all of you, as customers are Workday customers are aware of all of the different product SKUs that we have acquired. It's been many, so Evisort, HiredScore, Paradox, Sona. I'm sure that you all are familiar with those. So, as those services as those products come, our product team evaluates how we support those, so that is something that is continuously happening. So, stay tuned on that. But great, great question. I know that you all want to answer sooner rather than later, but our product team is working through that process with how we support those products today and in the future. Hey, Jordan, you kind of faded out a little bit in the middle of your answer. I hate to do this, but would you mind answering that again? Yes. So, in terms of product support today, so what happens when we acquire these different products is our Workday Success Plan products team does a deep evaluation of those products. So it's still in process as of today in terms of how we support them, but more to come on that. And for our current WSP customers, you all have a WSP newsletter that comes out monthly, and that information would be in there as those updates continue to come. All right. Terrific. You know, I think we're at the end of our time here. So we have more questions that have come through. And what we'll do is put those together in a Q and A document and have those along with the recorded webinar. So I want to thank everyone for coming today and listening. Hopefully, you learned some new things, and we look forward to seeing you in the next webinar. Yes, sounds good. Thank you all, and have a great day. Thank you.
