Transcript for "Fireside Chat with Skillsoft: Deployment Journey with Workday Success Plans":
Alrighty. Hello, everybody. Good morning and good afternoon. Thank you so much for joining our fireside chat today with Skillsoft. We will be discussing how Skillsoft strategic use of Workday success plans during deployment provided a clear path to success. Before we get started on our fireside chat today, just a few housekeeping items. Q and a is available and encouraged. You will all see a q and a icon on the right hand of your screen, and please feel free to submit questions throughout our chat. What I'll do at the end of kind of our fireside chat, portion of this webinar is read out those questions and answer those for you folks. Additionally, today's webinar is also being recorded. It will be available on demand after the webinar has ended today, and you'll be able to access that through the same registration link that you all have. In terms of our agenda, we'll be doing some introductions on our side, of course, as well as an introduction to Workday success plans and how it can bring value during deployment to your organizations. We'll then go in our fireside chat with Vanessa from Skillsoft where she'll talk us through how her her and her team use WSP during deployment and then, q and a and resources to tie everything together. So with that being said, let's start with introductions. And, Vanessa, I'd love to have you go first. Happy to. Thanks so much, Jordan. I'm really happy to do this, webinar for everybody. Hopefully, it's helpful. It provides insight into our journey. So Vanessa Paul here with Skillsoft. I've been with Skillsoft for almost two years now. I've been in the Workday ecosystem, however, for almost eight. So, primarily, my focus as the product manager, product owner is to oversee the HRIS landscape inclusive of payroll finance and to help sort of our team and our stakeholders really leverage the most out of our Workday platform while also helping to sort of bolster user adoption of our source, system, which is Workday in this case, and just to support the overall company with our, people journey, if you will. Thank you so much, Vanessa. I, I'm so excited for everybody on the call to hear not only your experience, but I think you bring a certain curiosity to the table as well. And, just how you have used Workday success plans is really intriguing. So thank you for your introduction. And, to introduce myself as well, my name is Jordan poczobutt. I'm a Workday success plan solution strategist. I've been at Workday for three years now, previously helping our new customers come to Workday, but really found value in providing customers that continuous success. And that's why I work on our Workday success plans team, and I get to interview wonderful customers like Vanessa to see how they're using, Workday success plans or WSP as we like to abbreviate it and how they're getting the most value. Also, just to kind of get a feel for how everybody, you know, if you either know Workday success plans or what it has to do with deployment, I did wanna take a quick poll. You can just put in the q and a window, either a yes or no. Did you know that you could use Workday success plans during deployment? And then if you all just wanna put that in the chat. Okay. I do see there are there are a few no's. There's one yes, but more no's. Oh, I see a yes in big letters. Oh, that's great. Okay. So we have a mix, but primarily but primarily, no. And that's why we're here today as well. We understand that deployment is such a crucial, it's such a crucial process within your Workday investment whether you are deploying Workday for the first time or deploying an an additional Workday product SKU. And those challenges can really have impact to your long term strategy in your organizations. Those hurdles that you jump through and kind of those initial phases of deployment could hinder potential strategic objectives that you have in the future, which could lead, to it being difficult to keep pace with that innovation, whether that's coming from yourself or from Workday or from the world around you. And ultimately, that could lead to an underutilized investment of Workday success plans and also put pressure on your team and yourself as it were as Workday administrators. But this is where Workday success plans can help, especially in terms of deployment. This continuous subscription provides not only that deployment support, but access to Workday experts, educational materials, and training. So you're able to set that strong foundation during deployment and beyond as you continue to be a Workday customer and a Workday success plans customer. Currently, today, we have three different offerings of Workday success plans. We have accelerate essentials. This offering is really meant to empower lean teams to move and solve problems faster. Then we have our accelerate offering. This builds on top of what is offered in essentials and is going to have more opportunities for optimization, deployment, and engagement overall. And then lastly, we have our accelerate plus offering. This is our highest tier that we have that's going to build on top of accelerate with more access to, technical and strategic guidance. This is typically for our very large and complex customers. And then accelerate is more and accelerate essentials are more for our medium enterprise customers. But let's get into how Workday success plans has specifically helped the Skillsoft team during deployment. So I think, Vanessa, it's important to start off with a little bit of background, in terms of how, how the Skillsoft team made that initial investment in WSP. So could you give us a little bit of background on that? Sure. So prior to my joining Skillsoft, there were discussions on moving to a new HCM platform. Prior to that, we were on PeopleSoft. But what we quickly realized is that most of our internal resourcing were not familiar with Workday, Workday, processes, or anything related to Workday. So we knew we needed to be able to train up as we're deploying the system so that we're able to support thereafter through hyper care and while we stabilize with our new system. So the discussions around what that would look like began, and we were offered WSP as part of our deployment strategy, which I'm so grateful for. I think you know this, jordan, but I've deployed Workday two other times, and we did not have WSP. And I can't tell you how helpful it would have been in those deployments. So that being said, having it this time around certainly made it a bit more of a smoother ride in terms of our overall deployment strategy, our planning, and the way that we structured our overall, Workday go live. And it sounds like that, you know, you are looking for that post deployment support. You obviously have a lot of experience, but it was also really helpful in terms of that expertise, you know, beyond and kind of extending in the team. Especially, I know that there are some, global and, like, some offer teams as well. Is that correct? Yeah. So we operate in many different time zones. We have both offshore and nearshore team members. But, again, a lot of their experience really lived with our prior, legacy system, which was PeopleSoft at the time. So, therefore, it was important to come up with tools that WSP offers to be able to support them through the Workday journey. So whether it be the library, the wealth of knowledge in terms of documentation with WSP, ask an expert, or really just trying to assess what we don't know. Right? It was a lot of unknown, going into this project. And in the absence of processes or systems, we really had to leverage sort of the WSP expertise to guide us through how we would do that. And with the teams being so, I guess, decentralized, this was a great way to offer training, albeit a little different for everybody depending on your role and what you're doing as part of the project to really give them an opportunity to gain insight on their own time, to be able to access information in their own way, but also to collaborate, together and be sure that we're doing it in the best possible way with the WSP framework and that checks and balance that they provide to ensure that we're staying on a best practice course, which was a really important aspect of our rollout for us. I really like that. I like best practice course. That's a really good term. And I think that is, like you mentioned, kind of that rollout of Workday was really important and, helped with that success in terms of hitting your go live date. Could you tell us let's dive in a little bit specifically more into WSP for your Workday deployment. What type of value did you see? Oh, so many to touch on, but some of the key, I guess, value was certainly around our data. It's no secret when you're going live from one system to another, the most important aspect or one of the most important aspects is your data. And really trying to understand how our existing data will fit into Workday and what is it supposed to look like. So being able to sort of share sort of this is our current state. This is the information we have. Where are the gaps? What are we missing? Again, we can bring the data to the system, but we wanna make sure that we're streamlining it in the best way possible and that we understand the future functional aspects of Workday to be able to synthesize this data, house this data, and really provide the security around the data, similar to what we have today. And also too with exploring what is possible, I think WSP really shined in that respect by just allowing us to see what we can do in the absence of design decisions and things like that. So it really helped our stakeholders make decisions and come to terms with this is our current state and this is where we're going. I think that a lot of, a lot of folks who are on the call can really resonate in terms of that data portion. Obviously, data is very important to all of us, so making sure that's secure is is really important. And then it also sounds like from, you know, identifying those gaps, it might have allowed some, some time saved and maybe some potential, some potential distress as well. What'd you say? Absolutely. We wanted to be strategic in the way that we brought in our data. It wasn't a case where we were just going to bring everything out of PeopleSoft and put it into Workday. We really wanted to understand what was needed, what was required, but most importantly, what's gonna be useful in the future? We were very open to not living with current practices that we had been, doing over the past several years. I mean, PeopleSoft wasn't a supported system. It was aging. We didn't keep it up as well as we should have, but we certainly identified and understood future needs are going to have to be accounted for as we bring this new data in. So that being said, WSP sort of helped guide us to what that looks like. Little things like setting up the location hierarchy and the importance of that, setting up our grade profiles and the importance of that. So having those really specific conversations around those topics really helped how we structure the data and where we put the information. And, of course, again, going back to the best practice that we tried to adhere to, really trying to avoid customizations where we really didn't need it. If Workday had a delivered field, that's what we went for, and WSP was able to identify those for us. I'm really glad that, it was able to to smooth out that process, it sounds like, and kind of just provide that, objective lens for your deployment as well. I also, I know that there were some specific product SKUs that you were deploying that had more risk tied to them, and one of those was around payroll. So could you, describe the situation first and why it was a bit tricky? Yeah. Absolutely. So with Skillsoft at the time, we had third party payroll through ADP. And as a result, we necessarily didn't house or keep a lot of the data in house because we were obviously using a third party payroll. So So there was a lot of unknowns in terms of what those proof files were going to look like, what those, I guess, imported data points that we're trying to get into the system will look like because we're trying to consolidate essentially many systems into one. So having visibility, through WSP about what that should look like really helped because in the absence of the data, we didn't really know what to expect. And, of course, it proved to be even more, useful when we got to parallel. And being able to get the guidance from Workday Success Plans. We had a fantastic, engagement manager, Monique, and Hope helped us tremendously just to be able to talk through sort of what is this going to look like and what are the pitfalls to avoid as you're trying to bring this data in. So payroll, obviously, is a very sensitive and important aspect of the deployment. HCM benefits, payroll, all go hand in hand. So being able to get that assurance, the validation of how we're putting the big the data into the system really helped us in feeling confident that we made the right decisions, that we're pulling in the right information out of ADP because we ultimately would no longer have access to it pro school live and making sure that we're able to keep it up. What do you think would have happened if you did not have, those Workday success plans resources in your deployment of this payroll instance? That would have been very difficult because we did go, payroll for North America, so US and Canada included. While we do have a good grasp of sort of US payroll, Canada payroll was a bit of a question mark for us. We did have resources on the ground. However, there are many tax implications. There are many benefit implications and other things that aren't necessarily apparent to you while you're going through a deployment. So having Workday Success Plans point out those sort of setup, considerations, decisions needed from the team really helped us come to certain decisions that we would otherwise not have been able to do. Because, again, we're very familiar with North America, but US specifically, not as much as the payroll side. And we had a payroll expert focused on Canada and also on The US. And oftentimes, they had similar task in terms of helping us to understand a certain field or a certain topic or what we needed to do. And sometimes the requirements were completely different because we're talking about two very different countries. So that was really helpful. I'm sure. And I I mean, I can't imagine you're deploying something like payroll, which is, like you said, obviously very important, but also having to understand payroll for a different country as well. So it really sounds like, WSP with, those with those people, the experts that you mentioned, like Monique and Hope, were able to, again, provide that objective lens and, kind of smooth things out and iron things out so you wouldn't be running into those problems in the future. Yeah. In fact, one thing I kinda recall, jordan, is during the process, we did our configuration. We felt pretty good about it. But the fact that we were able to call on WSP to say, can we do a once over on everything we've just configured? Before we go into parallel, we really wanna optimize our testing phase. So what did we miss? Is there anything that you would change? And they ultimately did find a couple tweaks that we could have done just to make the whole, system configuration that much better. So, again, just that assurance, the validation. Again, in absence of even the people who worked in our Canada office just in support with the Workday team, it really just made the whole process that much more smooth. And how often did you meet with those deployment, those deployment experts within Workday success plans as you were as you were deploying? Yeah. So pretty early on, we had a standing meeting. We met about I wanna say it was biweekly at first, and then we went to a monthly cadence just because we had so many deliverables for the actual project, but we knew at any given point during our process, there would be a check-in. So we leveraged their time to sort of say this is how we're doing. This is where we are in the space. And then, closer to go live, we had more frequent meetings just to make sure that we were on track and everything that we talked about deploying was in fact done and in the way that we expected it to be done. And, again, it was independent parties, meaning us, Skillsoft, Workday, which was our partner for the deployment, and then WSP all working together to make sure that we hit all of those timelines, and we were on track to deliver the product that we expected to see. And that's also, you know, that's a lot of different groups too. So I'm really glad to hear that with that, with WSP in that deployment phase, it was able to maybe minimize those communication gaps as well. Absolutely. And I really appreciated the flexibility because I think the team from WSP, specifically Hope and Monique knew, we are sort of in the trenches with part of our deployment, and we really needed to sort of refocus our energy, time, and resourcing to getting, you know, data workbooks or testing or things like that. So the fact that they were working with us on our workday journey, and it was very specific to us and how we wanted to sort of share information at the time line we needed was really helpful too. So the flexibility was definitely there. We just had to communicate upfront. Like, yes, we are sort of in this phase of the project, but we're gonna need more time before we can sort of show you what we've done and have that review done for us. I also understand that there were, you, you know, you are taking advantage of some other components of Workday success plans as well in this deployment phase. Obviously, you were working with, our deployment folks on our WSP team, but there were also some opportunities where you got to interact with other customers in collaboration crews. And for all of those, for those of you who don't know what collaboration crews are, this is a part of Workday success plans that I think this is where Vanessa's curiosity really comes in, and not many people know that this is something that you could take advantage of during deployment as well. But, basically, this is where you get the opportunity to meet with other customers that are, similar to you in size or industry across different functional topics. And they span in about, six to eight weeks, and it's a great opportunity to network with other customers and learn what they're doing in regards to that certain functional area. So, I know, Vanessa, that you have participated in some of these collaboration crews. How did that contribute to, that smooth deployment experience with WSP? Absolutely. Again, it was another objective lens to help us through our journey. I love to think of it as the reference calls we used to do ahead of go live, so when we're in discovery. So this is really working with other like minded clients who are essentially marching towards the same goals as us to give us their take, their insight, and their configuration. Because there's always a component of, did we do this right? Are other companies doing this the exact same way? And if not, why not? So really talking to folks on the collaboration crews was really helpful in that sense. It either reassured us in what we were doing or made us pause and think to say, maybe there's a better way or a different way to approach this, particular configuration process or practice. And I think too the fact that some of my team was able to leverage the collaboration crews was great. So in in the instances where I didn't necessarily attend a collaboration crew call, I would send some of the folks on my team so that they too could get value out of talking to other customers. And it was completely unabashed. People were very open and honest about their experience. But, really, it's those conversations around what to avoid that really saves time, energy, and effort, and we all appreciated each other's candidness when we had those conversations. And, yeah, it's so funny because even after the fact, I think I still email people from that crew just to get answers on a couple questions. I know they send emails to me, so if it happens to be a topic or a question that I'm struggling with and I can offer some insight, we pull each other all the time. Like, you know, did everybody deploy, sort of, you know, separate pay groups for this particular reason? And if so, why? And, like, yes, we did it this way or no, we did it and here's why. It really helps to give a full picture of really how everyone else is doing it so that you know that you're doing it correctly. And also with design decisions and options too, it really help to offer other perspectives from other companies. This is such, a testament to your character, not only the curiosity portion because, you know, as you're deploying and obviously deployment is stressful, you are thinking of, hey. What is another way where I can use WSP? And I I think that is also something that folks on the call can learn too is to take advantage of those resources. But you also were encouraging your other team members to join too, which is also really important portion of WSP. We really encourage it to be inclusive, and you should be in, you know, inviting those other team members. We've had other organizations where they might have their, you know, their oh. Oh, oh my goodness. I thought I I thought I lost my screen for a second, but we're all good. Where was I? Oh, other other team members taking advantage of those, WSP components like collaboration crews so they can learn as well. And so I think just the your curiosity and inclusiveness is not only helping you, but helping others and also allowing you to take more advantage of WSP really so early on too. Do you feel like that in tandem? Like, it it kinda gave you maybe a leg up, as you are are now, you know, deployed and and a continuing Workday customer that you were using those resources so early on? Absolutely. I mean, I have a breadth of Workday experience, but I don't necessarily know specific intimate process details within our organization. So having those people link directly with the collaboration crews and ask their questions and share information was really vital. Because while I have a high level view of sort of what's going on, they have the specifics and could speak to questions that they're facing. I can represent them, but not as well as they can represent themselves. Right? So it was important to have those people in the room who are trying, like I said, towards the same goals to have those really robust conversations around how do we wanna solve for a particular issue, which I think was really helpful. Like I said, I represented sort of the overarching road map goals. But what about the things that we need to do cyclically? What about the things that we need to do as a result of a problem we're facing today? So having, again, their experience and seeing how their solution, some of these problems, really helped and it saved a lot of time. It definitely saved a lot of time. And you're still talking to the other people from those collaboration crews. That's so cool. And that's how it could be. Yeah. I think that's wonderful. And I'm excited to see also you take more advantage of those as you continue to be a Workday success plans customer as well. I also understand that you took advantage of accelerator webinars as well. And just a component explanation of these two, these are webinars that are led by our Workday consultants that are going to highlight best practices, use cases, and configuration guidance on a variety of different functional areas as well. And these are available live and on demand. So benefit here, of course, being live that you get to talk with that consultant, on that call, but also that you have these as an educational resource as well. So could you share your experience with accelerator webinars and how they helped while you were in this deployment process too? Absolutely. I think I talked early on about how in the absence of a practice or process, we really didn't know how to go about setting something up or delivering a particular feature. So going through these accelerator webinars, seeing how others are doing it and getting in-depth sort of instructions on how to, and also the use cases which were very similar to ours in many cases was helpful. The nice thing with sort of our deployment is we did have our GMS tenant, and you can see the setup there. But there's no real context. Right? You really have to come up with how are they using this, what would be the most appropriate use case to use this. But the accelerator webinars, I think, did just that. The people were able to speak to what they're using it for, how they came to the decision to do it, and it was either going to work for us, which was great in many cases, and sometimes based on how they sort of unveiled the feature or how they intended to use it, it didn't really make sense for us, at least not for now. So really being able to discern with their presentations on how we wanna do things in at Skillsoft really helped us. And like I said, it gave us enough of the information we needed to make some of those decisions, meaning if we wanted to start a project now or maybe we wanna do it a year or two from now when we have something else in place. But, again, the use cases certainly help to come to those conclusions, and just being able to see it firsthand and with an account from another customer was really, really helpful. And were you attending those accelerator webinar webinars live or on demand or kind of a mix of both? It was a mix of both. It was really dependent on availability. My mornings are very, strapped as you can imagine because we have our Oshkosh board short team. So before they all log off, I definitely make sure that I have face to face time with them. So if the webinar happened to be in the afternoon, noon that I was able to attend it live. If not, I can always go back and just catch it, on a rerun. And that flexibility is, obviously very important, as you are I mean, as you were deploying too, I just think, like, that's you did such a you've done such a wonderful job of being curious and also being tactical too. Are the accelerator webinars also something that, like the collaboration crews, you feel like you could share these with your extended team as well? Oh, absolutely. In fact, I have. There was one in particular around the skills cloud that is something we wanted. I mean, it's in the name Skillsoft. So our team was very interested in that. So I definitely made sure that I circulated those, webinars to interested parties or anything else that I've heard sort of the team mentioning or wanting to learn more about, but we really didn't have time to do, like, a full demonstration and get that. So those webinars gave just enough of the information we needed to either ask more questions or make a decision on maybe this is not something we approach right now, but certainly something to put on the road map. So, again, I mean, as a product manager, part of your job is to really to have the whole vision for the application that you support. But having the people come to you with their request, with sort of what they wanna leverage the system for really makes it such that the collaboration amongst the team works well. And those webinars were very helpful because they they were pretty comprehensive in terms of going into the detail of the decisions behind the setup, but also how the feature is being leveraged. And just a a common theme I've I've noticed in when, you know, we we're talking about WSP for deployment overall and then also these, additional components of WSP that people may not realize that they can take advantage of during this deployment phase is that you're also setting yourself up for the future as well. And, again, this is probably a testament to who you are and your nature as a person, but I think that that's so important too is that you are able to take advantage of these resources. It saved you that stress and that risk, but it's also allowing you to plan, okay. We're gonna take this project on in x number of months or maybe, you know, next year or the year afterwards. So it sounds like WSP with that initial help is also going to help you continue to be successful as a Workday customer. Absolutely. In fact, I think it really led to sort of our ability to go into our phase two almost immediately after deployment. So we deployed fall of last year, and then we started our phase two, which is sort of the enhancements, the additional integrations we wanted to do, some of the other features we wanted to adopt February of this year. So we went right into it. The minute we were out of hyper care and stabilization, we were able to jump right in. And part of that was because we've seen sort of the things that other clients were doing and wanted to do the same or other things that we talk through with sort of the support we had from WSP. Just the support, the guidelines of you know, I know we're going live and you wanna get the foundation set for a Workday, but here are some other ways that you can enhance this feature or something that your team wants to accomplish, and here's how you do it. So we had a list of things that we wanted to deploy almost immediately after, and we were poised to do that because we had a lot of the answers we would have otherwise not had. That makes me so excited for you. And, just really excited as you continue to be a WSP customer. Do you see yourself, or what other components do you see yourself taking advantage of as you continue on in this journey? Well, a couple of features that we haven't really jumped into yet because, like I said, we're still working through a lot of our phase two initiatives and increments are sort of the feature adoption, which I'm really interested to sort of see, how we can use that. That that one really sticks out to me because, again, we we like to see sort of how it's done, how it's done correctly with best practice in mind, and how we can use it for us. So that feature adoption is something that I hope to use in the very near future just for some things, that we didn't go live with. I mean, we did purchase a lot of SKUs which are with our additional deployment, but there are some SKUs that we're curious about. And we wanted to be able to present it to our leadership to see, is this something that we could leverage, and is this the direction that we want to go in? So that would probably be sort of the next iteration of how we leverage WSP for our purposes. And also an explanation of the feature adoption assessment too. This is where, you with a Workday consult a Workday consultant, they'll do an overview of your entire tenant, what features you have and haven't turned on, and then with you in a readout call, help you identify is this a should, could, won't, or must do in terms of turning on that feature. So I'm really excited, Vanessa, for you and the Skillsoft team to take advantage of that as well as I'm sure that it will also uncover those new features, but maybe also as you're looking at, other product SKUs like you were mentioning, it could also help there. And then, again, cyclically, WSP would help with that deployment process of those additional product SKUs as well. Absolutely. And just to kind of tie us up here for my final question, I feel like I've been peppering you a bit, but, you don't seem phased, which is good. I think and I'm confident that, the folks on this call today, by hearing from you have learned how to be curious with Workday success plans during deployment, how you can, lean on those different experts that are within WSP to help mitigate risk and and bring value and identify those, problems or identify challenges that could be problems in the future and make a stop to those. But, for all of those who are maybe still curious about making that investment in Workday success plans, what advice would you give to them? So the biggest takeaway is understand what WSP is best used for. I will say having some systems knowledge and some exposure to Workday certainly helps. This is to augment your internal resourcing and internal knowledge of Workday. So going in with the ability to talk the talk, right, in terms of the platform certainly helps. WSP doesn't necessarily replace a partner relationship. WSP doesn't necessarily solve internal resourcing problem. It's a great tool to use in conjunction with your internal resourcing and a partner solution. It's a great objective view for the things that you have or the things that you want to deploy in your tenant to be able to support you through that journey. And, really, for the day to day stuff, I mean, we do not shy away from using our ask connects for a question. We almost use every single one, every single week. It's just now part of our day to day, activities in terms of just confirming a decision that we made was the right one, but also being able to still continue with that knowledge transfer that happens after you deploy. So we were able to maintain our relationship with Workday on a weekly basis just by leveraging the WSP features, which is very nice. The continuity definitely felt like it was there so we can ask questions. We could validate things that we've sort of implemented and really keep to our best practice journey. Thank you so much for sharing, Vanessa. I think, your your advice, is going to help not only our, the folks on the call, you know, make that investment in WSP, but also, take advantage of it early on, taking of it taking advantage of it in deployment as well, and going to allow them to be successful too. And I know that we didn't talk about all of the components of WSP on this call too, so I'm sure that there are are more questions on those. But I'm gonna just go back to sharing my screen real quick. One second. Just so we get a quick Okay. Well, I guess while we wait because my screen's taking a little bit long to load, if you all maybe wanna put in the chat as a response, maybe on a scale of one to five, one being, you know, I I don't know at all and I'm not confident, and then five being I do feel confident. How do you feel about using Workday Success Plans during deployment now that you've heard Vanessa share her experiences, with Workday Success Plans during deployment for her and her team at Skillsoft? Okay. It looks like we have some mix of numbers. We have some threes and fours, which is good. No ones, which is good. That means that, that we were all listening today, which is great. And being that three to four also, I think means that there is some room for additional knowledge as well to be shared. So if you are interested in learning more about Workday success plans based off of what you heard today, and I wish I could share my screen, but I am not sure what's happening, but that's okay. Oh, here we go. Okay. This might be a little bit more clear in terms of, questions for the chat. If you all would feel encouraged to put based off of what you heard today as well, a yes or no to if you are interested in hearing more about Workday success plans based off of what you heard today too. Okay. It looks like we have some yeses as well. Glad that people are excited to learn about Workday Success Plans. That makes me very happy. And if you do wanna learn more about Workday Success Plans, you can, look up and research Workday success plans on community. We also have different data sheets available on, workday.com. And then, also, you can engage with your account team for more follow-up and personalized information. But I did wanna save some time for, a little bit of q and a now. And, again, we'll use that chat window too. And it looks like we do have some questions, so I will read these out. Okay. We have a question from Steve. Vanessa, I think I'll I'll leave this to answer for you, but, how long has Skillsoft been live now? So Skillsoft went live October of last year, so we're coming up on a year this October. Wonderful. It looks like we have another question. Oh, perfect. That was answered. But just, in case other people had questions as well, how do we get in contact or utilize collaboration crews? I'm assuming this is coming from somebody who is a Workday success plans customer. And, also, for information on how, just in terms of, like, access for Workday success plans, folks, you will get it through, via community. When you are a Workday success plans customer, you go to community and then you have another tab for a WSP site, and that is where all of your Workday success plans resources live, all of the accelerator webinars, how to sign up for collaboration crews, and those deployment resources as well. Great question. Are the collaboration crews available post launch? Yes. They are. So, again, as Vanessa took advantage of those collaboration crews, as, as a deploying customer, you can take advantage of those, and we highly, highly encourage it, because I think like Vanessa shared today, it's going to help you, set up for success and take advantage of, of learning about that certain functional area, and you can share those with other team members as well. Yeah. I was just gonna add to that, jordan. So there was an HCM track and a payroll track collaboration crew that I joined. Thank you. Yes. Important to share the I the functional areas of those as well. Yeah. Oh, this is a really good question too. Has any Skillsoft learning content been integrated with Workday? If so, what part did it did WSP play in that integration? I may need some clarification on this question, but this might have to do with the training, I'm gonna assume. And if, if the person who answered this question also wants to type in the chat too for more. But just for clarification wise, so as a customer, you, there are some training elements and educational elements within Workday success plans. These are different than, the Workday training that you have. All of the educational resources in Workday success plans are self guided, and, they are not instructor led. So, we do recommend that you have both. So I think that's what that question was answering about. But, in terms of, the educational resources within WSP, I I know we didn't touch on that much, Vanessa, but, has your team take advant taken advantage of some of those libraries those self guided libraries within Workday success plans during that deployment or now? Absolutely. In fact, one of the newer products, was pecan for us. So for the information on pecan, that was net new to our team. So all of the library documents within WSP, we were able to download in addition to the information on community, which is also great. But this gave a bit more in-depth look to how we wanted to structure our questionnaire for our surveys, that kind of thing, because it was a product that was pretty much new to everybody on my team, including myself. I hadn't used pecan in the past. Wonderful. Thank you. Absolutely. Okay. Another question. What are Skillsoft's plans for WSP post deployment beyond just the extra support? I think Vanessa touched on this well as well, but, taking advantage of more of those types of feature adoption and optimization opportunities within Workday Success Plans, specifically being the feature adoption assessment where a consultant will do that overview of your entire tenant, what you have and haven't turned on, and then, help you through, the the team deciding what components you should turn on. For a lot of our customers that haven't taken advantage of that feature adoption assessment, it really allows them to also turn on those features really quickly because, the consultant is doing that overview of the entire tenant. But, Vanessa, any, I guess I'll I'll leave the rest of the question to you as Yeah. So when we initially deployed, one thing we didn't enable right away was Workday Assistant, and we have since done that. And it was through the support of WSP asking questions, making sure that we're leveraging sort of the custom questions that would come through through Workday Assistant, but also others. And it's been really a great sort of easy enhancement, with the help of WSP and the the the company, I think, really values it. Because if you're not necessarily familiar with Workday, Workday Assistant is a very helpful tool to help you know your time off balance, understand what benefits you have, that kind of thing. So it was one of those features we were able to enable quickly after go live because we had the additional support and we knew how to structure it. And there's still more of that we wanna do with that. So we did a lot with the delivered sort of workday assistant questions, but we wanna include some of our own that we house in our internal, skill net site. So it's it even though it's a it's a feature that we're currently using today, how do we make it even better? So there's that. And then, of course, like I said, there's skews that are not currently enabled in our tenant that we'd like to explore down the line. Thank you for sharing that, Vanessa. Absolutely. Let's see what else. How long after applying to a collaboration crew would you hear back if accepted? So these are when you sign up for them on the WSP site, it will have, like, that, I guess, a a media because it would say, like, this is totally full. So if you sign up for it on that that day and press the sign up button, you're in unless it would, unless it would say otherwise. Wonderful. I'm referring back to that learning question. It seems like this was about integrated learning within Workday, and I will take that as a follow-up just to make sure that you are getting the most accurate answer. Okay. Well, wonderful assortment of questions. And also thank you to the audience for your active participation today as well. And also thank you so much to Vanessa again for sharing your story with Skillsoft. I'm so excited to see you continue to be a Workday success plans customer. And, your energy and curiosity is completely inspiring and I think has also really helped the folks on today learn more about WSP and get them excited about WSP within deployment. Absolutely. It was my pleasure. Thank you for having me. This was great. I hope it was helpful to everyone in the audience, and you got some insight into sort of Skillsoft's journey with WSP. And I wish you luck on your Workday journey. Have a, a wonderful rest of your morning and afternoon oh my goodness. Afternoon, folks. Bye. Absolutely. Thanks all. Bye bye.
