Transcript for "Unlock your investment in Workday Extend":
Thanks, everyone, for joining the webinar. Today, we're gonna be talking about Workday Extend and how you can actually build applications with Workday Extend. So this is our product statement. So this is just saying any just know that this webinar is being recorded. It's gonna be emailed to you within twenty four hours so that you'll have it at your your disposal at any moment in time. Also, if you wanna ask questions, please utilize the q and a function, but just on the right hand side of your screen. Just open your question there, and we'll be happy to answer that. Same goes for resources. So if you wanna see some relevant documentation that's related to the session, it can be located on the docs tab. And then last but not least is the survey. So post webinar, you're gonna be prompted to answer a short survey, and we really appreciate any feedback, whether positive or negative. Just make sure that these sessions are most impactful going forward as well. So today, I'm joined by Kevin Wilkins. So he's a senior manager of the extend solution strategy. My name is Karthik Baranasi. I'm an enterprise architect on the Workday team. Really, both our roles, we're focusing on the extend solution, presenting those to customers, and seeing how it could be more effective for, their specific needs. So here's our agenda for today's session. So we're gonna be going through actually understanding the value of Workday Extend and what it could bring you. Next is our extend, orchestrate, and innovate at scale. So, really, where we're diving into the product, seeing how it works in action, both from an end user perspective and an admin perspective. So we'll see both sides of the coin there. And then next, Kevin and I will talk about some of the innovation that's coming with the product, so what's new, what's next, and what to look forward to. And then Kevin will speak upon our deployment method, so mapping the path, go live, see what that looks like. And then last but not least, and we'll talk about next steps and what are some of the logical things to do after the session. So talking about the power to build, so really understanding the value when it comes to Workday Xtend. So Extend is the right place to build. It's gonna be you know, Workday is entrusted to bring together information from both your HR processes and your financial processes. So Workday Extend could be the bridge between both of those and have even agnostic processes set on top of that. So the same security model, the same Workday trust is gonna be built into the core of the Workday platform. The same goes through for extend. So it's gonna be connected to the rest of your enterprise businesses. So, you know, you can have processes that both touch HR and finance, within the same extend platform. But, really, you're able to bring in third party processes or processes that may live outside of Workday into the Workday suite so that you can govern them, have an entrusted business process around them, and the security around it too. So extend is this is an example screen of what an extend app could look like. So you see this donate donate to charity screen. You'll notice that it looks and feels like Workday on both on the mobile and experience, but an end user may not necessarily know they've ever left Workday. So that's really the true power of extend where you're able to complete transactions that may not be, you know, HR finance centric, but now you have ability to do that with Workday Extend. So so just some key things to note of the platform. So you're able to capture new data in Workday Extend with new business objects. Same same concept as core Workday, but now with extend as well. And I mentioned before you're able to leverage the same security model, and along with that comes with the auditability. So things are changing. Processes are changing. We'll still have that audit trail in place to make sure that everything's being governed correctly. Same goes through for automating new business processes. So you're able to leverage functionality called Workday Orchestrate, and that's where you're able to bring together data from different third parties, API base, or different connections that we have connectors to within the single extend platform. And then that that just leads into that third party systems there. So you're still able to utilize the API and Workday orchestrate with extend. That's something that's gonna be very powerful in your extend experience. Then last but not least, you're able to integrate your data with Workday Prism and Journeys, so that you can embed different extend data throughout the platform as well. But it's device agnostic. You're gonna be able to leverage this in different components of the platform, making it easier for your end users to complete transactions that you may wanna track inside of Workday. And these are the two SKUs that you may be subscribed to. So Workday Extend Essentials and there's something called Workday Extend Professional, And we're gonna outline the difference between the two of these. So on the left hand side of the screen, you see Workday Extend Essentials. Essentially, you'll get started with three apps as your subscription, and that's how many you can deploy. And you're gonna be able to add more in packs of three if you wanted as well. But But, essentially, you're gonna be able to utilize the functionality of extend, the core functionality. And same goes through for professional. But professional, you'll be able to have more apps and also utilize some of our AI features on top of that. So we'll speak about that a little bit later on, but you're gonna be able to utilize our AI gateway, some AWS services, and our Copilot functionality with the professional license. And some of you maybe belong to, legacy extend. That would be more towards more similar to the essentials experience. Okay. So talking a little bit about our extend professional. Now note note that you can build extend with AI now with our extend professional license. And things to note is that you can infuse AI into your app. So, you can have an AI gateway. Our Workday AI gateway basically exposes some of our AI services in the core platform now to extend so you can build on top of that. Same goes through for AWS AI. So now we have a native integration with a AWS where you're gonna be able to tap into some of their services and utilize that in a specific application too. And I mentioned this before, but this is where you're able to build faster with our generative AI component. So now we have a developer Copilot functionality, which we'll see in action today. But that's where you're able to build components on the fly, get contextual help as you're going through building an application. And then last but not least is delivering value at scale. So just being able to have more apps with the Xtend Professional license is something to consider as well. Okay. So now we'll get into the product demonstration, and I will share my screen. Okay. Hopefully, you can see my screen. But here I am logged in as a user named Logan McNeil, and I am in my tuition reimbursement dashboard. So this is a common process that a lot of customers take advantage of with Workday Extend, so you're gonna be able to track different information that wouldn't necessarily live inside of Workday. But now you can with Workday Extend. And we'll notice as we log in to this screen, it looks and feels like Workday even to the end user. So they'll just be able to type in the search bar, navigate to this task, and pull up their request and actually execute a transaction. So here, for example, if I were to actually create a request, we'll see that all these things are all new fields that, we have created with our extend app. So things like the program type, what school they belong to. So maybe for this example, I'm going to complete a certificate program. You'll be able to select, you know, fields coming down from that, what school it was from. So, for example, if I wanted to type in something like, you know, UT Austin here, I can add a course name, different start dates and end dates, what the course cost for my reimbursement purposes, and even textbook and material cost as well. So my course name for this example, I'm just gonna type in maybe AI as a course that I've taken in the past. Maybe my start date was last month, and I completed it this month. And maybe the course cost $500. And then you can add different logic in here as well. So if you had an an allowable education amount, that's something that you could track inside of Workday and even validate during the business process. And same thing goes for agreements, so we can have an acknowledgment. Or if you wanted to do a DocuSign or Adobe eSign, that's something that we can embed inside of here as well. But we're able to link documentation, add new fields, see a different experience, all within Workday. But, you know, the end user won't even know that's not core Workday functionality. So here when I click submit, it's actually gonna run through a business process and start that business process. So if I actually turn to back to my dashboard, we'll see that certificate that I just added from UT Austin in the amount of $500. We'll see that the status is not submitted yet. So, you're gonna be able to add some verification if you needed to, mob your course completion, like, a PDF or certificate. But, also, you're gonna be able to submit for reimbursement when you're ready. So for this example, I will go ahead and click okay. And we will see now the status has changed to in progress here. So now you'll be able to track that business process occurring. And if I were to navigate back into my workday on screen, we'll notice that this tuition reimbursement has come into my inbox just sixteen seconds ago. So it's following that business process that we had created for this. And for this example, we just have a couple confirmations to make sure that this can be reimbursed. So for example, you know, if you wanted your employees to make sure that they have not exceeded their maximum reimbursement or if they have exceeded it and it has approval by managed rep. So for this example, I can just select that first option, make sure that, you know, for this condition, they've been active for more than six months. And then when I click okay, it'll actually be reimbursed to me. So that's just a quick example of the tuition reimbursement transaction that can occur inside of Workday. Next, we'll take a look at an employee nomination request. So if I come in here and log back in, this is also something that's very popular with a lot of customers too. So any type of employee recognition app is something that we like to show as well. But, for example, you'd be able to create a new nomination, and this task is going to enable you to fill out some relevant details that are associated with the nomination such as their name, what it was for, some of your core team values. So we'll just get up a minute for this to load, but you can see here I can select my d, maybe the employee name that I wanna talk to, the reason for the recognition, and then the value. So for something like teamwork or they did a great job on a project, that's something that we can fill out a nomination for. But I've already created some nominations in the past, and we can take a look at some reports. So for example, if I wanted to take a look at Teresa, you know, she did a great job. Her our core value was integrity. So if I were to actually navigate to Teresa, a couple of things happen when I actually click that submit button with our employee nomination app. So I can navigate to Teresa's profile. She's my corporate controller, and we'll see some feedbacks that that's been posted. And, also, with this transaction, we'll also see that a onetime payment has been issued as well. So we'll see that onetime payment that's been successfully completed on that day of that transaction all occurring within that business process. So we see with WorkdayXtend, you can bridge together multiple different processes in the same place. And then last but not least, I wanted to show one more example here. So this is our, integration with AWS in the fly here. So we're just gonna take a look at doing a translation with text, but just know that you can also do things like translate a document with OCR. So if you wanted to upload, like, a license and translate that into a different language or parse all that information, that's certainly a capability of this as well. But for this example, we can see a simple translation. And, for example, if I wanna just populate with my test data, you can see some common questions that I may ask employees. So this can all be configurable for what specific purpose that you need, but you'd be able to select a different language that you wanted to translate this to. So, for example, if I wanted to translate this to French, all I'd have to do is hit this translate labels and responses. It'll hit that AWS service and populate all my answers and questions in French. So just in a few seconds there, we see all the different answers on a different language. So that's something that could be quite helpful with documents or different fields that you wanna translate inside of core Workday. Last but not least, wanted to highlight our extend developer site. So this is where you're able to, build actual extend apps. And just some things to note is that we have, you know, our console here, some of the API references. So we have a developer form that is specifically meant for extend, and that's where you're able to see, basically, a Workday community, but just for extend. So get some troubleshooting, what other customers are doing, see what you have a trouble with, and get some answers to that as well. And then we'll talk about the marketplace later too. But Workday's building apps, partners are building apps, so you'd be able to take a look at those and actually procure them as a solution as well. But just to dive into one of these apps here. So if I take a look at that nomination app that we saw earlier and open that up, we will see some things to note. So things like our page interface, Workday Extend is becoming more user friendly and low code experience. So you're gonna be able to build components with just plus minus signs by things that you like, which makes more sense to the page and even see a dynamic preview of the page as well. So as you're changing code, you can get live updates on the right hand side of the screen and see what your page actually looks like to make edits. And then just some other things to note. So we have, you know, that new objects that you can create, different data that we're pulling from in different parts of the platform, also our business process as well. And then things like you can create security domains around each extend app too. So, you know, only the right people have access to see this application. Only the right people have access to execute a transaction. All the same type of security functionality that you see in the rest of work day. One thing I wanted to highlight is our orchestration functionality too. So this is where you're able to actually bridge together different data in different parts of the platform as well as third party data. So for example here, I have a couple of components here where I'm creating the structure. I'm sending an API request back. So that's where I'm able to send that one to payment, send feedback, and it's gonna be posted to the platform. Right here, for example, you can see all the different types of things you can do, pulling requests from a third party, different API requests within Workday, transforming data, doing different logic upon it, and then we see those n a w AWS native services as well that we can tap into. So that comes with that extend professional license. But these things are very configurable, a lot more user friendly in the way that you can build an integration work to extend. And last but not least, I wanted to highlight our Copilot functionality. So down on the bottom right hand side of the screen, we'll see that Copilot, and this is where you're able to ask it for help or different things that you need within the platform. So for example, if you wanted to know how to create a button, that's something that you could just ask on the fly, and the Copilot will give you the relevant answer. So just in a few moments here, Copilot will come back and give you the answer that you need, tag relevant documentation, and you can even validate things that you're doing within the app as well. So it's gonna be very contextual into what you're doing, give you relevant documentation, and then ultimately help you build apps quicker. So here, we'll navigate back to our slides, And we'll see our continuous innovation further. So see here are some of our investment themes with where they extend, and there's a lot to look forward to during rising, but some things that we evaluated. So elevating the impact, making the user experience more friendly, improving findability, unlocking new use cases with the extend platform, and even pushing those things to to the marketplace site. Also, empowering developers. So if you're a part of DevCon and lots of in or announcements are gonna be doing rising as well, but just basically improving developer productivity and collaboration throughout the platform, making it easier to build and scale apps. And then last but not least is just scaling for growth as well. So optimizing performance of the platform and infrastructure as customers are building more apps and deploying bigger functionality into the Xtend platform. And here are some things that you can look forward to in coming releases. So this is gonna be available in our September release. You're gonna be able to leverage Workday Extend cards. So basically, you're gonna be able to surface extend apps that even interact with third party data on the Workday home page, on Workday delivered hubs, and search functionality. And this can be driven by security as well. So only certain people will be able to see these cards based on the security access that you've defined. And it's also gonna be accessible on the Workday mobile app. We also have our Copilot for extend, so I mentioned that before. But this is where you're able to actually generate new functionality within a Nexten application. So, for example, you can just type in natural language, and the Copilot will understand. It'll build a page for you, and even retrieve the relevant data for you based on what you're asking. I mean, you can actually add that code to your app. And same goes through for the example that I showed as well. So you can ask it for help, evaluate any code that you're doing, give you the relevant results, and tag relevant documentation based on what you've asked. But with this functionality, it's it's very powerful. It makes you a lot more empowered to build functionality on the fly, and even give you a really good starting place with our Copilot generation. Next is our AI gateway. So I mentioned this at the top top of the call, but this is where you're able to utilize some core AI functionality, but now within Workday Extend. So, for example, we have five different services that are available here. First being document intelligence, maybe very used to our OCR functionality with maybe invoices or resumes. Now you can do that for any type of document and have a specific purpose on top of it. Same goes through for forecasting. So this is not a lot of customers have asked for, but basically, enabling you to predict data based on things that you may have uploaded. So, for example, you know, sales data, predicting trends there, or seasonal forecast, that's something that you could be able to do with our forecasting functionality at SkillsCloud. So that's always very top of mind with from HR. But you're able to extract skills from text as well as different documents and utilize that in different parts of the platform too. Also, sentiment analysis is something that we can surface to you. So emotion or sentiment within text, for example, if you had an an exit survey, creating the emotion of that employee, that's something that you could build into an application. And then last but not least is data query. So if you're familiar with WQL, our Workday query language, that's where you're able to pull Workday data in the form of SQL. But, essentially, with that data query functionality, you're gonna be able to type in natural language, and it's going to give you that query and pull the right fields and the right data source so that you can actually generate a report very easily. So this is something that a lot of customers are excited for. It's only available for our extended professional customers, but something that we're continually going to add functionality to. And then last but not least is our native AWS AI services. So I mentioned this before, but with Workday, you're gonna be able to tap into a few AWS services on a provisioned instance. So you can see at the top of the screen where you're gonna be able to leverage, AWS Lambda for any type of code that you're doing in there. Also storing data within s three or having any event driven functions with EventBridge. But within that, you're gonna be able to tap in some tap into few AWS AI services. So things like text translate, also recognition for images, and then also comprehend for any types of ML purposes. But a lot of customers are definitely utilizing this functionality and, we see a lot of movement with this too, but definitely something that we're evaluating and seeing a lot of traction upon. Also with our Xtend Professional, we have some increased data storage as well. So, you're gonna be able to store a 100,000,000 model instances per tenant. You're gonna be able to easily track those with a report that we're gonna give you and basically enable you to complete you and higher transactions with the Xtend Professional platform. And then we also have quick access to apps in global navigation too. So being able to access Xtend apps within our side panel as you log in to Workday. That's something that we're gonna enable, so you don't need to know what it specifically is. You don't need to know the specific name of the application. It can just be tagged within the menu. And then also having the ability to do Prism analytics with our development environment. So if you wanted to scan that QR code to get some more information. You can sign up, get that access to your developer tenant and actually interact with Prism as well. But essentially being able to bring in high volume transactions, enhanced reporting and audibility with Prism is something that a lot of customers use of products to do. And now I'll turn it over to Kevin to talk a little bit about our deployment. Awesome. Thank you, Karthik. So we've talked a lot about what Xtend can do, and we've talked through what that tool set entails. But what does it take to actually use that tool set and create a use case? And we understand that it's certainly a journey. As your team becomes more familiar with extend and how to do that develop, it'll become a lot more self sufficient. We can understand that, you know, very early on, you may need some additional help. So we have kind of a range of services here that can help you get things live. We also have some free options that we'll talk about here in just a second to help skill your internal team and make them ready so that they can start building out additional applications as use cases come up within your organization. So first, what do we look for when we're looking at the skills that may be required to allow you to build out an application? And we find it typically falls into kind of two different personas. First, is taking a look at more of that business analyst, somebody that has a really good understanding of those core Workday technologies. So someone who's familiar with how business objects are related to one another, how these business processes can be set up and configured, how reporting needs to be brought in as it relates to how these objects may be related to one another or how you need to surface that information to your users. And then also just understanding how to set up security within core Workday. As we talked about earlier, the objects that we create through our extend applications are gonna have that same security as the rest of Workday. So you're gonna get a security domain and having somebody that can understand how to configure that for the intended audience is gonna be incredibly beneficial as you're building out these applications. We also find that that skill set aligns very closely to being able to translate some of those business requirements into more technical requirements. Speaking of techno technical requirements, kind of that other persona that we see most often is the developer. And while extend is certainly somewhat unique, really, if you've got a background in things like UI or web development, that's gonna translate over incredibly well. So while we're not doing things in HTML, we're just using JSON to define our applications, which is just another mark language. So somebody that has a background in HTML is gonna pick that up very quickly. Same goes on the scripting side. We use what we call PMD scripting, but it's a JavaScript like syntax. So somebody that has a background in doing JavaScript is gonna be able to pick that up very quickly and be able to integrate that into your applications. Likewise, we're calling the same APIs on the back end that you may be used to on the integration side of the house. So having somebody that's familiar with being able to call those endpoint is gonna be great as you're building out those apps because that's how we talk to core Workday and how we talk to third party systems. And then last but not least, if you happen to have an individual that has a little bit of a background in data modeling, that can be helpful if you're building up new objects as they relate to your application because understanding how those are related to one another is going to help you meet your reporting needs and build out more robust applications. Now we wanna be able to get your team skilled up as quickly as possible on these technologies. So we have a number of tutorials. I think last I counted, it was around 40 to 50 of these developer tutorials that are out there. They're all self paced. So you can go in there, take a look. There's a particular piece of the application you're running into issues with. Maybe you're having a hard time creating those orchestrations. We have tutorials that'll walk you through exactly that. Or perhaps it's some of those AI and ML endpoints that you're trying to really kick the tires on and understand how it's going to supercharge your use case. We've got tutorials that walk you through how to implement those, and the same is true for all of the other components of an extend application. However, if you do need a little bit more, you know, help and support, we do have formal training courses here. These are gonna be available through Workday Learning, and you can see the associated credits that are required here. And we also split those up between those two personas that we were just talking about. So we have one that we call Workday Extend for non developers. This allows those business analysts to understand how extend applications are architected, how to gather some of those business requirements, and translate them into more technical requirements. Then on the developer side of the house, we have kind of two, courses. One is just an intro to Workday Extend, how to build out that very first application, becoming familiar with how things are architected out. Then we've got a deep dive where we really look at model components, how they're related to one another, how they can relate to core business objects within Workday, and then how to build out orchestrations so that you can call core Workday business processes, weave that in with some additional third party services perhaps, and be able to return that information on your page or kick off those processes from your pages. So that's kind of our more formal offering as it relates to extend, but we, again, have those self paced tutorials and we have our app catalog. Now our app catalog are freely available applications. Those are gonna be included on our solutions marketplace. We have other solutions out there as well that you can very quickly purchase from our partners so that you can get live on something very quickly without having to build it out yourself. So please go take a look at the solutions marketplace. It's gonna be marketplace.workday.com. It's gonna allow you to see what's out there that's freely available from our app catalog, what our other customers, and and more importantly, our partners have built and put out there for you to be able to purchase. And then we also have our built on Workday applications you can purchase out there that are ready to go without any additional customization needed. Now as I've mentioned, we've got a number of ways that we can support you. We've talked through some of the training and tutorials that are available. We've talked about some of the ready to go solutions that you can take a look at within our solutions marketplace. But we also have things like our developer forum that's out there. It's a great place to get to connect with other developers that are out there in the ecosystem, see what they're doing, or even post questions to them. We obviously have, options. So one, if you're running into an issue with the the platform as a whole, please create a support ticket. We also have things like app guidance, where we're able to go and take a look at two checkpoints within the project. First, taking a look at the end of design to make thing make sure that you've designed the application in a way that's going to scale well. And then another checkpoint at the end of build, we'll go and take a look at your code, make sure it's being built in a way that's scalable, that's performant, and that's meeting your users' needs. We also have those app building tools that Karthik was showing off, things like Copilot within our professional SKU that allow you to very quickly build out an application without having to be a hardcore developer. We also have on demand tutorials that are available out there as well as our developer update calls. So a lot of places for you and your team to be able to get engaged, not only with Workday ourselves, but with other customers that are leveraging the tooling. We also have, you know, more heavy handed, let's say, support. So if you do just want us to build an application for you, we are more than happy to do that. We have our build services where we go in, we take a look at all of your requirements, and we end up building the application for you while doing knowledge transfer throughout. That way your team feels secure in being able to own that solution post go live and make changes and expand on the scope of that solution. Then we also have advisory. Maybe your team has, you know, an application under their belt, but they're looking for a second set of eyes as they're getting engaged and building out maybe something a little bit more complex. That's where our advisory option can really come into play here. We're gonna come in here in item and materials fashion. We're gonna help lead those design workshops, give you some code recommendations, serve as that second set of eyes on your developers, and really assist as you're moving things into the appropriate environments, in the implementation, sandbox, and production, and helping you ensure that you're moving all of the associated objects between those different environments so their app's ready to go and go live. We do have those lighter touch options as well. Things like app review where we just talk through. You get those two different checkpoints. We take a look at your design. We take a look at your build and ensure that things are built in a way that are is gonna be performing as meeting your needs. We also have expert assist. Maybe you just have some questions that you wanna bounce off some of our experts. And, this can be a great place for you to be able to do a deep dive on some very niche technical requirements without needing to go as far as advisory where we're really throughout the entire project. If you happen to have WSP, we have some additional offerings as well. Things like our application guidance where we come in. It's about sixteen week engagement. We're really focused on designing out your application, basically everything before you get to build. We also have application discovery where we can go in there and help you design out that application a little bit deeper of a level. This is really good for large complex applications. And then, of course, that app review. So if you happen to have WSE, that's also available as an optimization package instead of just a stand alone service offering like we were talking about a moment ago. So, again, we have a number of ways that we can support you throughout your journey no matter where you are, whether you're just starting off with extend and your developers are looking for ways to, you know, to bring your use cases to life or you've got a highly technical team that's already built out numerous extend applications, but maybe you're biting off a little bit larger of an app. You want that additional support. We've got everything in between. So please don't hesitate to reach out to your account executives, to your service executives, to your CSMs, and let them know kinda where you are in that journey and how we can help you. So this is also where I like to highlight. You don't have to just go with our services. We have a number of partners in the ecosystem that offer things very similar to us and even more than that. So, please, if you are engaged with a partner or if you need help finding a partner, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We would be more than happy to get you engaged. And here's kind of a, you know, quick quick kind of hit on on what partners can do. They can really help you streamline your operations, help you in a use case library quickly so you see that ROI much faster. They can also have a lot of specialized expertise as it relates to particular use cases. This is, again, where I'd encourage you to go take a look at what we have available on our marketplace because that can give you an idea of what our our partners are working on, some of the solutions that they're bringing to market that may be incredibly niche and very specific to your particular industry. And, here's kind of a highlight here on on KANOS, for instance. Here's one of our great partners that have built out a ton of solutions. We see a lot around their electronic document management suite, so please go take a look at that as well. They have a lot of expertise on their team and are really growing into that AI space as well. Not only leveraging some of their own tools, but looking at what they can do with our AI endpoints as well as our partnership with AWS. Here's kind of our, I like to call the NASCAR slide, right, of all of the different partners that we have out there, and this is growing by the day. So please, if you're already engaged with a partner, see what they've got when it comes to extend. And if you need any help finding a partner to engage with, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We'd love to get you aligned with a partner to help you accelerate that extend journey. Now do you wanna take a second and just kind of talk through what are some of the next steps here? First, take a look at the solutions marketplace and understand what other customers and other partners are doing with Xtend. This can be a great way to get some idea of use cases internally. Identify what some of those first couple of use cases may be, and we can help you prioritize those. It's good to start with something maybe small to medium where we're getting engaged with you or our partners engaging with you to get that solution put into place, and your team can be upskilled during that process. During that, they can go through that training, identify who those SMEs are without having to jump straight into the deep end of building out a large complex application on your own. And then make sure that those developers, once you've identified who they are, they're staying engaged with the developer community, whether that's through our forums or the developer update calls. We have a lot of things available for your developers to keep engaged and keep learning about extend because it's changing day by day as we're pushing out new features. Also, feel free account reach out to your account executive, especially if you don't have professional and you've taken a look at some of these AI features like our Copilot and our AI endpoint to understand how you could uptake some of those by using extend professional. Engage with your service exec. You're looking for us to do some of that work or help your team as they're building out those use cases. Your service exec would love to hear from you and understand how we can help you along that journey. Then that's kind of where me and my team will come in. We'll come in to review that scope and let you know what we're looking at from a level of effort to understand what it takes to get that put into place, and then we'll work through the contracting with you there as well. But most importantly, have fun as you're playing around with the platform, understanding how powerful it can be. That's a great way, you know, to be able to keep engaged with the community, learn what others are doing, and have a lot of fun. Take a look at our developer conference as well. We've got a hackathon. It's a great place for your developers to get their hands on our newest features as soon as they're available and within twenty four hours, people to create an application using those tools. So, again, thank you so much for taking your time to talk through Extend with us here today. And if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out. We'd love to hear from you.
