Transcript for "Agentic AI in Accounting: Gain Early Access to Transform Your Revenue Contracts into Dynamic Assets":
Hello, everybody. Welcome. I hope you're having a great day from wherever you are joining. Welcome to this webinar on AgenTic AI in accounting. We're gonna be talking today about transforming revenue contracts into dynamic assets and how you can get early access to revenue contract agent functionality. As always, this session may have some forward looking statements, and it is covered by Safe Harbor. My name is Daniel Fortenko. I'm a senior product marketing manager here at Workday. Today, I'm joined by my colleague, Kathleen Brogan, who is a senior product marketing manager also here at Workday. And we are super excited to be joined on stage by Megan Previte from Vizient. She's actually gonna come on stage on the virtual stage in a little bit here and, and introduce herself, in full. So we've got an absolute action packed agenda today. Here's what we're gonna cover in the next forty five minutes or so. So we're gonna start by grounding ourselves in the evolution of AI, talk about how it got to where it is today in our current agentic phase. Then we're gonna give an overview of the revenue contract agent and the vision that we have for it, including key capabilities and how it really has the potential to change the way that you and your teams work. After that, we're gonna have Kathleen join us on stage, and she's gonna actually show us the revenue contract agent in action. And then the segment that I'm particularly excited for is Megan is gonna join us on stage for a conversation about how her and her team are leveraging the revenue contract agent and how she anticipates that it is gonna make life a lot easier for her and her team. Then we're gonna talk about the free trial and how you can get early access starting today. And then finally, we are going to save a little bit of time for Q and A. There is a Q and A function on this platform that we are using, so everybody has access to that. If you want, you can go ahead and ask your questions over the course of the webinar. We're going to go ahead and do our absolute best to answer them either throughout the webinar or at the very end. And if we don't get to all of them, we'll make sure to stay afterwards and answer them in the chat. All right. So let's go ahead and dive in. So I want to start by taking a look at some of the AI trends that Reuters found in a study in 2025. I think it's no surprise to everybody that there's been a lot of anticipation around AI. So naturally, it's not surprising when 80% of respondents said that they believe that AI is going to have transformational impact on their work over the next five years. What might be a little bit surprising though, is that 53% of those people said that their organization is already experiencing the positives from AI today. So this is not some pie in the sky. It's not something that's far out there in the future. We are really seeing the impact of AI already unfolding right now. And in fact, in 2025, accountants that were surveyed were estimated to have already been saving five hours per week or two forty hours per year with AI. And that's, I mean, that's really great news because those time savings correlate to spending more time on higher value add activities, which I know that we all wish we had more time to focus on. But interestingly, 46% of people in this survey reported that there were skills gaps, specifically on their teams when it comes to the adoption of AI. And I'm really excited to talk to Megan in a little bit here about how she is getting her team ready for the AI era, because I know that that's also top of mind for everybody. Now, all of this agentic AI talk, it really didn't happen overnight, even though it can kind of seem like it did. It's been an evolution over the last few years. So if we look at this curve, we've all lived through this chatbot era. Chatbots, quite frankly, really weren't that smart. They could only answer prearranged questions where, you know, if you didn't ask a question exactly the right way, it would lead to a really frustrating experience. We then graduated to an assistant, which, you know, those were great for helping with tasks, but those were really simplistic tasks. It couldn't really do more than that. But now we're moving towards agents. And what sets an agent apart is the ability for it to reason on its own. So an agent isn't looking for a keyword. It really understands the context of any sort of an ask. It's able to anticipate the next step. And most importantly, it's able to adapt when it encounters a hurdle. It's a giant leap in technology. So when we thought about where this massive leap could have a major impact for finance and accounting teams, we got to thinking every financial transaction begins with a document. But historically, documents have been the kryptonite of automation and of insight because they're really unstructured, they're really messy, and effectively what that does is it traps all of this data that could be used to enhance revenue, to reduce costs, to better manage relationships with everybody from your suppliers, your partners, your customers, all the way to even your employees. And that's where our acquisition of of Evisort came in. So from its very first line of code, Evisort was built with the goal of harnessing the power of AI to unlock the data that's living in contracts and other types of documents and to make it easier for stakeholders to access insights that they need to be able to drive better business outcomes. And we are leveraging that underlying technology of Evisort, that document intelligence within Evisor, as the backbone for our agents. And in essence, it's unlocking the technical ability to get insights out of a contract, and the AI agent is using it for various types of actions. So let's take a look at an example of what the various types of actions could be based on let's say it's a customer contract, but it could be a supplier contract. So in instead of just storing a PDF somewhere only for it to be pulled out when it's needed, an agent could use skills to perform various types of tasks with that document. You can see here we've got kind of four sections around analysis, recommendation, action, and communication. So if we start with analysis, an analyst, an agent could query data, could create reports, perform side by side comparisons across thousands of documents in seconds. An agent could recommend, you know, certain types of projections. It could create scenario proposals, all based on the actual terms of that contract or the document. Or the agent can actually take action. So it can autonomously create reminders, maybe for expiring terms. It can assign tasks to team members. It can even draft memos or create entire workflows that are based on the information in a contract. And then finally, an agent could close the loop by notifying stakeholders, collaborating across teams, and really critically, explaining the why behind an outcome. So this is just an example of the various types of skills that an agent could have. And what we are marrying is this concept of document intelligence and agentic skills into the opportunity to cash process with what we are calling the revenue contract agent. And you can see that it really transcends across this entire opportunity cash process. So it's gonna be able to streamline the ingestion of complex contracts, extract the terms, proposed billing schedules, rev rec, and then kick off all of the various downstream accounting creation that needs to happen. And then when contract modifications occur, it could take that into consideration as well and potentially propose treatments automatically. So this is the vision of revenue contract agent, and it's going to completely transform the way that you and your teams work. At the end of the day, though, why are we doing this? Why are we investing in this? Ultimately, the goal of the revenue contract agent is to increase the strategic output of your entire organization. So you're gonna see across three critical areas some major impact, around insights, risk, and productivity. Let's go ahead and start with the insights pillar. So the revenue contract agent is gonna unlock critical revenue data and customer context that is often hidden deep within a contract. And it's not just gonna store that information. The agent is gonna transform it into contextualized insights that you can actually act on. The second area of impact is gonna be around risk. So not only is that automated ingestion of contracts going to remove the manual error risk, but the agent is also gonna capture every detail in a contract, including maybe that could be, like, the renewal terms, it could be customer incentives, so that you don't miss anything. It's this level of comprehensive visibility that really protects you from exposure to unnecessary risk. And then finally, productivity. So as I just mentioned, the revenue contract agent is going to automatically create the contracts in Workday, which is going to eliminate countless hours of manual work. And then in the future, it's gonna trigger the necessary steps downstream, like potentially figuring out the billing schedules and the proper way to recognize revenue. So as I said, it's gonna be a fundamental shift in the way that you work today with hours moving away from time spent on those manual tasks, all along the opportunity cash process towards more strategic activities. So, what are the capabilities that are actually going to enable that transformation? Let's start with the AI powered data extraction. It really does start here. So instead of teams manually combing through pages to find the header line or the journal line level information, the revenue contract agent is going to automatically pull that data out and eliminate the manual data entry. But extraction is that first step. So the revenue contract agent is then going to surface insights from all the unstructured data that's in that contract, and it's going to understand the context, it's going to do the analysis, and it's going to flag the potential risks, like maybe it's nonstandard pricing or maybe it's a potential for an opportunity like an upsell. And then another feature is gonna be the Q and A capability. So users will be able to interact in natural language. They'll be able to ask questions and get context aware answers from the revenue contract agent. And it's not just gonna surface the answer. It's gonna surface the source from where it found the answers that you can quickly validate its accuracy. And then finally, we have the advanced reasoning capabilities of the revenue contract agent. And this is really the game changer. So again, the agent isn't just going to surface these insights, it's actually going to intelligently interpret historical data, maybe, also or, I mean, also specific company policies, and then orchestrate downstream activities. And this is really where that human and machine collaboration is really gonna come into play. So the agent is gonna streamline various workflows. You'll be looped in every step along the way. And it's really gonna ensure that things are looking exactly the way that they would if you were doing it on your own, something I know that is really important to most of the people in the audience that we have today. And we expect the revenue contract agent is going to yield some pretty significant outcomes with a 35% faster time to billing readiness and a 60% reduction in errors when contracts are created. So I did a little bit of talking there. Now I'm going to bring Kathleen on stage here to actually show us how the revenue contract agent is gonna work. Hi, Kathleen. Hey, Daniel. Hi, everyone. Thanks so much for having me. So we're excited to show you in action what the revenue contract agent will do for you. So the demonstration today is meant to envision what your life would be like, day in the life as a revenue contract specialist going ahead and creating that contract. So we'll walk through that process. So imagine, like I said, that you're a revenue contract specialist, and you have a stack of contracts sitting at your desk that you need to get into Workday so we can move forward with the close at the end of the month. Normally, you do this manually by visiting the create customer contract task, and now you'll see here another option to create with Document Intelligence. You can see that you simply just upload documents directly from your computer, and you'll even be able to load more than one at a time so that you can create a single customer contract or multiple customer contracts. You'll be uploading either a master service agreement, an order form, or a purchase order in their PDF format, and that will allow you to automatically generate and populate your customer contracts in Workday, eliminating manual data entry. So now the originating document lives as an attachment to the contract itself, and you've populated both header and line level information with just a click of a button. In the future, the agent will even be able to generate billing and revenue schedules without a template and recommend accounting treatment upon contract amendment. Now with the creation process, it goes from a thirty to forty five minute task to just a few minutes. All you have to do is simply come in and review the results to make sure that you're happy with the data populated and that it matches the executed PDF version of the contract. Workday makes this really simple for you to do by highlighting the source location in the PDF and comparing side by side with annotations against each field that's been filled out. This not only saves you time, but it also improves accuracy and consistency of your contract data. If the agent is unsure of how to populate a field, or if they will leave the field blank and provide suggestions to the end user, allowing the human being to be the final decision maker and also accepting feedback in the form of both clicks and natural language to help train the agent for future use and improve the user experience and accuracy rate. By allowing Workday to create and populate your contract data, you're shifting work away from manual data entry so now that you only have to rely upon manual intervention where needed as exceptions arise. Once you're satisfied with the contract, you'll submit it for review where the reviewer can easily see how the information within the contract is populated, easily understanding if the results were entered by the agent or manually populated by a human being, or maybe fields were corrected. And then you'll have a full detailed audit trail in the flow of review showing the reviewer exactly what changed. Additionally, you'll have access to a document intelligence activity report, which consolidates all activity and changes into one centralized location. This is not only useful internally for your own team to gain trust and understanding of the results of the agent, but it will also be provided to your auditors to reduce audit risk or and audit costs. From this consolidated list, you can always dig deeper to the individual contract level to see the history of all the changes made to each individual contract. You may also be familiar with the Revenue Hub. This is a one stop shop for accessing your revenue and contract records. This is new as of the last couple of releases, and it is really designed to improve the user navigation experience. From here, you can easily monitor the status of existing contracts, the revenue forecast numbers, upcoming billings, and quickly get to customer data. We've added a predelivered contract intelligence card directly to the revenue hub so that you can quickly see which contracts have been adjusted, the revenue contract agent, and are awaiting your review. You can also gain additional insight from your contract data in the form of agent q and a. You can start asking questions like when did this order become effective or maybe something more complex like will any additional discounts need to be performed. The agent provides a response along with identified sources so that you can quickly verify results. And in the future, we expect Workday to be able to automatically update your contract and associated billing and revenue schedules upon contract amendment so that nothing. So there you have it. That's a day in the life demo of revenue contract agent, and, hopefully, you've been able to see how we've increasing productivity of the revenue team by supporting higher volumes of customer contracts, allowing you to grow with ease, increasing insight, reducing risk of errors, and improving compliance risk. Thanks, Kathleen. We'll see you in a little bit. Thank you. Now it is my honor to introduce Megan to the virtual stage here and to tell us a little bit about her experience going through the early adopter program for revenue contract agent. Hi, Megan. How are you? Hey, Daniel. Thanks for having me. I'm doing good. So maybe before we actually dive into the capabilities and all that good stuff, maybe if you could just take a moment to introduce yourself, tell the people what you do, what your team does, and the company that you work for. Sure thing. So Megan Shaw Previte. I am currently the senior director of professional services revenue at Vizient, overseeing the team of revenue accountants and managers that do all of the accounting and workday for a significant portion of our revenue generating contracts at Vizient. I've been with Vizient for eight and a half years. I actually started as a senior accountant. And throughout my journey at Vizient, I was one of the project leads on the implementation of Workday. So I have been in all things customer contracts and projects since early twenty twenty with Workday, and it's been really fun to see the evolution and to implement it, but to also be partnering as an early adopter and getting to see a lot of the things that you guys have been working on the last few years and being able to partner with you on giving feedback and just participating in the process. That's awesome. And as I said, we're really excited to have you here today. You and your team are really rethinking traditional accounting and really leveraging AI innovation as it becomes available. But before we dive into that, can you tell us about Vizient and what your mission is as a company? Definitely. So Vizient is a company that most people have never heard of unless you are a health care provider. So most of our customers are hospitals, health care systems. We do the acute and non acute space, and we provide services to these health care providers. We don't have any inventory. We're just providing all different types of services, and it's a broad range of services from everything on how to improve the quality of health care we're providing, also running the business of a hospital or a health care system, which are very different skill sets and very different beasts in and of themselves. So all of our customers are United States. We do not do international business. We are headquartered in Irving, Texas, but we actually have employees, I think, in just about every state in the country. So we really, are across the entire United States from both a represent representation of customers, but also our employees as well. That's awesome. Perhaps more than any other industry, health care in particular has extremely complex contracts that your business needs to navigate. Can you paint a picture for us what those complexities that Busiant deals with day in and day out look like in terms of the contracts? Yes. So as you can imagine, no health care system or hospital is the same. They all have their own microeconomic issues that they're dealing with and problems they're trying to solve. And as such, we have over 300 sales items that make up the services that we're offering today to our various customers. And that number just continues to grow, whether it's because we're identifying new opportunities provide services to customers or acquiring, you know, entities that are have already developed things that we want to be able to provide to our customers as well. And it's through all these different services that we have so many different types of contracts that follow many different formats. And though we have some standardized templates, even when we do have a standard template, we customize those contracts regularly because we are member owned. And so, ultimately, we do what it takes to get our customers what they need. And it is the complexity of, you know, terms being not in the same place every time you open a contract for even the same service that my team has to really pay attention and read through every document that that lands on our desks to make sure that all the necessary information we need to appropriately account for our contracts under ASC six zero six, are captured. We have all flavors of contract terms, particularly around revenue. We use every line type under customer contracts at Vizient. We have contingent variable fees that require estimation. We have fixed fees that are more straightforward, and every flavor of this under the sun as well as, you know, hours based revenue, and even revenue that is contingent on events that are completely out of our control. And because of all of these complexities, we have to attract a lot of items outside of the system in Excel. We have a lot of, complex accounting models that we build, in Excel that we have to maintain, and a lot of our agreements span multiple years. So we have contracts that have periods that are as short as one month, and we have contracts that span as long as ten years. So we have, you know, a long life cycle in a lot of our agreements that require diligent record keeping to ensure that over the life of our contracts, we are, you know, appropriately accounting for them. But with that, because of the long timeline of many of our contracts, we also have a lot of contract modifications as well. And because of that, again, you have to keep track of a lot of different documents that may give the full picture of what's happened under this one particular contract. And then the reality is as much as I love my team and we have a team of rock stars, they aren't gonna always stay in the exact same position. You know? We want people to be able to grow in their career, try out new things, and so we need a system of record that it doesn't matter who is touching that contract that, you know, we set up today that goes on for the next five years that we can feel confident no matter who's in the role supporting that part of the business, that they're gonna always have the information they need readily available to be able to do their work efficiently and effectively. And then at the end of the day, like health care is always changing, so is our business. So we you know, though we have contracts for the same service, when they're signed five years apart, they can still look very different. And so being able to analyze, well, what was the effect of changing certain contract terms over, you know, this revenue stream and trying to be able to help be a strategic partner, just takes a lot of time and it, you know, is something that when we're manually inputting all of the data, that consumes so much of our time, which is why we're so excited about the contract agent and what we've been able to see over the last year and a half or two years working with you guys. So it's very clear that this is a very complex contract situation. There's a lot of moving pieces. You just mentioned that's why you're excited to be testing the Revenue Contract Agent and partnering with us on that. Can you give us some color into how that partnership is going and how the testing of Revenue Contract Agent is going and what you what you're seeing from it. Yeah. Definitely. So we've been involved helping test since before this trial just began. And so we've seen a lot of functionality that isn't out yet in the trial, but I know it's going to be coming throughout the trial period. But it's been going great. So I myself have been involved in testing this for over a year and a half, and then I've had a couple people on my team that have also been involved since last year testing some of the functionality and very happy with the results so far that we're seeing. So at Vizient, you know, last year, we had about 3,000 new customer contracts plus an additional thousand modifications to existing contracts, and we only expect that volume to continue to grow. So if I assume that it takes an average of forty five minutes to set up a standard contract, that alone is two thousand hours that my team can get back to use to do more value add things, like being able to work with our business units to provide strategic thinking about how are we going to approach contract terms, what are the different impacts that it could actually have on our financial statements if we provide things like termination for convenience or we add some sort of, contingency on a revenue stream that otherwise would be fixed. So we have so far, the the trial is populating the header, which has been going great so far. It's been very intuitive so as well. And so, yeah, it's it's it's been good, and we're looking forward to what's coming down the pipe. That's great. So a lot of value there around time savings specifically and being able to focus on higher value added activities. You know, I'm I'm curious. When you introduce this to the rest of your team, what did the onboarding look like? A little bit early on on, I covered the gap in in AI skills. Did you just have to do, did you have to do any sort of a formal training with your team? Or were you able to just dive in there? Yeah. I would say we were able to dive in. So my team has a regular touch point meeting. And so when this trial launched a week ago, I was able to just share screen, show them how to start the process, and that was it. I mean, less than three minutes of real discussion about how to do this and showing them. It's very intuitive. And I like Kathleen showed, the the agent very clearly ties out where it's getting information from in the contract. So all you have to do is click on the number, and it jumps right to where it found it in the contract. And I look forward to being able to use future functionality to then train, the out of the box functionality to the uniqueness of our contracting as well. So, it's it's been great so far, and I would say that it required very little to get us started and for the team to feel comfortable and confident in using this functionality. That's great. I love to hear that it's such easy uptake. You know, you mentioned future functionality. So right now, you've been interacting with the agent to automate the creation of a contract. How do you anticipate leveraging the full capabilities of RevenueContractAgent as that innovation becomes available in the future? Yeah. So, I mean, beyond just being able to take a significant time back from the manual, you know, input of the contracts, we get asked by our internal stakeholders regularly all kinds of questions about our population of contracts. And we're not a contract management system. So right now, it takes a lot of effort, a lot of, analysis that's manual, and a lot of, a lot of, time consuming work to ensure that we're not making incorrect assumptions. So being able to just quickly ask over a population of contracts, whether it's for a specific sales item or for a specific customer, and have very well informed, intelligent responses that will save the team time is is going to be absolutely invaluable, not only in helping us do our work more efficiently, but being able to provide more value to our stakeholders internally. So along those lines, how are you and your team just more broadly approaching the AI wave of innovation? Well, we're definitely embracing it. I mean, our entire company has been challenged over the last year and a half to embrace AI, to be using it, and to be finding ways to to implement it in our day to day work. So a big part of that is upskilling, and so this is a great opportunity for us to upskill our team. Right? So right now, just the header is being populated in this free trial. But soon, we're going to have lines that are gonna be populated as well, and we're gonna then have the ability to actually train the agent on how to identify terms that are very unique to Visium. Right? Like, that isn't gonna apply to the rest of your customers. And that's gonna be, again, that upscaling opportunity for the team to be able to understand, first of all, do we actually understand our policies and our procedures in ASC six zero six, but also be able to understand how this technology works because it is the future. Right? It is the latest, you know, overhaul since Excel in the accounting world. And so we are excited because with the free trial, there's really nothing to lose. There's no commitment, and we're being able to prove out the value that it will provide us once it is something that is is readily available for for the general marketplace. You know, if you don't like what it's pulling out, then you just don't save for later. You can cancel it, and you don't have dirty data or anything in your system. So you really have very little risk at all in just trying it out. And then, again, with the additional functionality that is going to come, you know, we have a lot of our contracts are actually created via integrations from up systems, like CRM systems. And so, soon, I know being able to integrate this AI through our existing integrations and a p a API calls is gonna be a huge benefit as well. And so just I don't know. We're really excited. And it's gonna be something that I think, you know, it is only gonna continue to provide value to us. And, you know, whether it's that ability to be a a more trusted adviser and being able to provide that value and that time to our business partners and our finance partners, it's also gonna allow us to take on more. I mean, we are still a growing company that is achieving you know, aspiring to always grow. We have really, you know, aggressive targets every year to grow as a business, and, it's really exciting to know that it's not going to have to be done just by late nights, that we're gonna have this agent to really help us, get the work done and then still be able to do the more interesting part of the job, which I think is more being the analysis of the data and of those contracts and being able to provide information beyond here's what the contract says. Makes a lot of sense. Anything that you'd say to somebody that's, you know, still maybe a little bit skeptical about trying out AI? I mean, I think one of the bet biggest things that Kathleen touched on earlier is trust but verify. That's one of the things I really appreciate about how Workday has built out their agenda case eye so far is is they're building it in a way that you can see what it's doing. You're not, you know, just being told to trust a black box. You know, you've got these audit trails, and then you get to influence what it's doing once you can train the agents and say, hey. I see why you grabbed it there, but we need you to grab it from over here. And then you can see that real time feedback and work with it. I mean, it's it's a bit of a rip off the Band Aid, but, it's it's not the black box like I think some other AI tools that are out there can be where you don't really know why it told you the hallucination it told you. So far, everything we've seen has been very easy to understand and then adjust where we think it's not quite getting it right. So really, it's low risk, no commitment, and you're already seeing the value from it. Thank you so much for. joining us on stage, Megan, and. talking about through some of the complexities around contract creation. You know, we are, as I said, at the very start when you first came on stage, we are so happy to be innovating alongside you and your team, and we're really excited to see where this partnership goes into the future. Awesome. Thanks for having me. Thanks, Megan. So if you heard Megan talking about, you know, some of the complexities that they have and you thought, well, you know, maybe that sounds like some of the same problems that my teams face. So what we're gonna be talking about next is gonna be really exciting for you, and that is the free trial that we have launched for the revenue contract agent. So I'm gonna tell you a little bit about the free trial program itself, then we're gonna talk about the functionality, and then we'll give you, some quick notes on how to get started. So the free trial is an opportunity for you to get no cost early access to the revenue contract agent. It's a really great way for you to do some hands on testing with your real world contracts in your production tenant. And it's a very simple way to experience agentic AI in the work of flow as you just heard Megan Previte talk about. If you're in the audience and your role is one of these that you see here on our screen, so contract specialist, maybe you're in rev ops, you're a billing specialist, or you're a revenue accountant, this is something that is gonna be really impactful for you and your role. And then finally, the free trial, as I said earlier, is available now, and it's gonna be available until June 2026 when the revenue contract agent goes GA after this free trial. And if you wanna continue using the functionality, there will be some purchases that need to be made in the form of a license and flex credits. Now, to join the free trial and get early access, there are some product requirements, which everybody joining us today has likely already met. So you need to be live on Workday Financial Management. You need to be a current user of customer contracts. Those customer contracts need to be in English. And you need to be based in The US or in Europe. And now I'm going to hand it over to Kathleen, who has joined me on stage here. And she is going to talk about the functionality that's available for use in the free trial today and then show us a roadmap of the innovation that's coming up in the free trial and beyond. Over to you, Kathleen. Thanks, Daniel. So, yeah, we're just gonna touch quickly on the functionality that's included currently in the free trial. So just to point out, as Daniel said, the free trial runs through May, and we will be delivering additional functionality between now and then. We just wanted to make it super clear what is currently available so that as you all start to explore the agent, there are no surprises about expectations and things like that. So we just go into the next slide. We can clarify for you all here exactly what to expect on day one as you start using the agent in the free trial experience. The first thing to clarify is just what type of documents are supported. So we will be supporting PDF documents in the form of master service agreements, order forms, or purchase orders. And then, additionally, when we extract data from those documents, we will be extracting header level information. So there are about 10 fields here that you should expect the agent to populate for you. They are listed here. And then like I said, we will be delivering additional functionality throughout the trial period once that's made more readily available. But for now, the scope is a little bit more limited, but you'll see additional value over time. And like Megan Previte said, what's really nice is you start to get comfortable with the agent. That way when we add more functionality, you're not learning everything all at once. We were kind of taking in bite sized pieces. Okay. So with that, we're going to take a look at what this experience is gonna be like for you all during the free trial. So we're gonna, again, run through a little demo, and the scope is a reminder. It's just what is this like on day one. So we're gonna come in here to our create customer contract task and fill out the required information, but you'll see a new radio button here to create from document. This is where you upload your PDF files, and there's a help button here as well. So that will link you out to our community page. This is full of information about the product and the program similar to what we're covering here today, so feel free to refer back to that. And once you click okay, after uploading your document, Workday is going to extract and populate the contract info into a new customer contract in Workday. The customer can easily review the results side by side. Noting at the top of the page, we've also embedded a feedback link here. So please click on this, fill this out as many times as you'd want throughout your experience in the free trial. We'll use that information internally to help gauge whether or not we're hitting the mark and if we need to make any adjustments. Then you can see here as you're reviewing, you'll be able to have that side by side view. We've also added toggle buttons so that you can easily hide the PDF view. You can make it full page. You can hide the annotation, show the annotation. So we really allow you to tailor that experience as you are reviewing the contract itself. This is really meant to, again, drive consistency and accuracy of the information that's populated in the contract. And, of course, the one thing that we want to make sure you all have full transparency in is insight into all of your contracts. So at this stage, you kind of decide, do I like the data? Do I not like the data? If you choose to save or submit that contract, it will persist. It will live on beyond the free trial experience. But if you cancel it, it will no longer persist after the trial. That data just goes away, so you don't have to worry about cluttering your tenant with data that's that's not necessary. Okay. So then that kind of concludes the experience so far today for the free trial. Thanks so much. Okay. So then one last thing. Like we said, we are gonna be delivering additional functionality over the next several months. So this is just a quick overview of our road map and release timeline. So just to be clear too on the information that will be extracted when we get to line level, we're gonna be starting with usage and, goods line types. We'll be getting to service line types a little bit later on down the road. We'll also be able to populate both billing and revenue schedules first with a template and later without a template. And then something else that Daniel had mentioned earlier on is the reasoning capability. So we're gonna be introducing a reasoning agent that will allow us to recommend and document appropriate accounting treatment whenever we have a a contract amendment in place. So this is a little bit of a a preview of what's ahead. This is, of course, subject to change, but, hopefully, you guys are excited about what you've seen today and what we plan to deliver. Thank you, Thank. you. Thanks, Yeah. Kathleen. It's a packed roadmap. We love to see that. So, finally, I want to tell you how you all can get started today. So there is a legal prerequisite for this free trial. Participants do need to have a signed UMSA and specifically be opted into the revenue management area. If your organization hasn't signed it yet, this is a little bit of a process, and it could take a couple of weeks. So what I would recommend is regardless of if your organization has a signed UMSA or not, go ahead and submit an interest form, which we are gonna put in the chat in a few seconds here. And we will follow-up with you and help you through the process to get started with that free trial. So the the interest form is now in the chat. Everybody should have access to. Again, whether or not you've already signed a UMSA or that's something that still needs to happen, please go ahead and fill out your interest here in that smart sheet, and we will get back to you. So with that, we do have, some some q and a. I know that there was a question that came, that came in specifically around where people can learn more information. So there is a community page with the revenue contract agent free trial detailed information in particular. We are going to populate the link for that in the chat as well. So there is a community page, and we are going to go ahead and put it in the chat right now. So there you go. You should see it's been populated now. And let me take a moment and take a look at some of the other Q and A that's come in, and if there's anything else that we wanted to cover here that hasn't already been answered. Kathleen, are you seeing anything on your end? I'm looking through right now too. Okay. There is a question that was just asked about availability and whether this would be available in sandbox tenants. So I think the answer to that one is that, no. This will be only in your production. Okay. Sounds good. And just looking through the Q and A as more stuff is coming in, it looks like we have answered the vast majority of these already, and these will be shared out afterwards as well. So with that, we can go ahead and wrap it up here. Thanks, everybody, for joining the webinar today. We really appreciate you taking the time. We hope that you're as excited as we are for this free trial and everything that's to come with the full functionality and the full vision of Workday RevenueContractAgent. And we hope that you have a great workday. Thanks, everybody. Bye bye. Thank you.
