Before we start, I also just wanted to let you guys know that we are using our new productivity auditor on our call today. It's running in the background of the session, and what it's really tracking is tab switching. So we wanna ensure a 100% audience engagement. If you move away from the webinar, the AI will automatically bring you right back to the tab. Just kidding. That's an April fool's joke. And the only agents that we're gonna have in this webinar today are the ones that we will demo for you later. I'm Megan Ellis. I am a product marketing manager here at Workday, and I'm so excited to be here with a group of experts that have to listen to all my bad jokes and also will bring you the latest and greatest. We are joined by Indi Baines, from our industry marketing team, Jeremy Sertes for the Intelligent Data Core, Greg Volpe for decision intelligence, Ryan Ganley for financial management, and Ian Cassidy for spend management. For our presentation, we're excited to share the highlights of the twenty twenty six r one release. We have a full agenda, which covers industry and product area enhancements. We wanna start off by just saying thank you to our customers. We continue to see incredible momentum. We have over 2,600 financial management customers, and over 70% are live. We serve over 2,920 organizations with our spend management solution and have over 7,050 planning customers. And we have both a number of new wins and new go lives. As you can see, we have some really compelling new customers. And so many of you are joining us today, so welcome to you. Our deployment teams are really busy getting these customers up and live. And we're also really proud of some of the recent accolades, which include being recognized by our customers and awarded the Customer Choice Award by Gartner Peer Insights. We also were named by Gartner as the leader in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Cloud ERP Finance. And this placement really validates that our AI at the core approach, delivering purpose built agents like the revenue contract agent and financial test agent, are fundamentally changing how finance operates and striving measurable results. But we know that finance looks different depending on your sector. Whether it's health care, financial services, or the public sector, our momentum is driven by deep industry specific innovation. We have some great new logo additions to this slide across all of our industries, and we're so glad to have you here with us today. Today, as we look over our enhancements, we're gonna look at it from two angles, starting with the industry specific vertical perspective, and then our cross industry horizontal pillars. So before we dive deep into our product, I'm gonna ask Indi to share the latest on the Workday marketplace and the innovation that we're seeing for industry. Indi, over to you. Thank you, Megan, and a warm welcome to everyone tuning in. As Megan mentioned, first, we will begin with the marketplace. And I want to really highlight here Workday marketplace is your open gateway to innovation. It's a public destination where anyone can explore trusted solutions across the Workday ecosystem, including apps, agents, templates, integrations, and services. Think of the marketplace really as your digital hub for the Workday ecosystem. It's designed to help you and your cross functional teams quickly find, try, and unlock value from Workday. Now we have today over 750 solutions from over 200 certified partners. So the marketplace makes it easy for you to explore, also, platform extensibility, find solutions that align to your industry and business use cases, and it is also the place to discover Workday validated AI agents. So we have a lot to share with you. In twenty twenty six r one, we are delivering some very focused industry use case based enhancements. We won't have time to go into all of them in detail on this call, but we will point out the key enhancements. But just know that you will have access to the entire presentation and can go deep into any one of these, later on in your own time. So with that said, we will jump first into the first industry we're going to, surface, which is financial services, and we will first look at the cryptocurrency code update. Now, the the growth here has been staggering. In 2013, there were seven unique cryptocurrencies. Today, over 37,000,000. So in twenty six zero one, we are delivering support for 30 cryptocurrency codes. This includes Bitcoin and Ethereum. Workday can now support multiple use cases, including cross border payments, remittance, money transfers, ecommerce, decentralized finance. So the use cases are massive, and now Workday can support them. Next, let's look at our AI powered account reconciliation update. And this, I I would like to add, was a community idea. So as with so much of our innovation where we like to say we're innovating with the community for the community, this is a great example of that. So twenty six zero one delivers a centralized reconciliation hub. One single source of truth for all balance sheet account reconciliation. AI automates the heavy lifting. So what does that include? We're talking about auto generating reconciliation definitions, configuration, setup, and completeness, checks, full transparency across every entity, every account, reconciling items, totals, aging, all in one place. So add to that also the end to end workflow, for preparers and approvers with a comprehensive audit trail built in. So a lot of, value there which will help our financial services customers in terms of reduced risk, scalability, and faster closes. Alright. Let's move to the next update. This is the financial audit agent. So built on Workday Foundation, it lets customers use natural language to retrieve and compile audit evidence. So cutting the time spent hunting down supporting documentation, and and an external data, for ex reconciliation, management reporting, plus, bulk API and audit automation. And for financial services, this means closer than ever to getting to that holy grail, near real time lights out straight through processing. I will say that, this is launching under limited availability in twenty twenty six r one in English with a focus on procure to pay transactions, but more languages will come at general availability time. Alright. So we are now ready to move to our next industry, which is professional services. And here, we are excited to introduce Workday resource scheduling, opening for early adopters in twenty twenty six r one. By natively connecting demand from opportunities and projects to your total supply of employees and contingent workers, you can ensure the right person is in the right role at the right time. So this allows you to protect project margins before work ever begins. The solution intelligently assigns, resources by balancing skills, availability, and worker preferences with the specific operational factors that matter most to your organization. Alright. Moving forward, we have a number of exciting, partnerships on the retail hospitality front. This is an industry where our customers continue to value the importance of interoperability, so we want to bring and foster partnerships that allow our customers to get the best of their total investment. So a strategic partnership between Island Pacific and Workday here, combining two industry leaders to provide a powerful, fully integrated ERP solution designed specifically for global retailers. So Workday Financial Management combined with Angling Pacific Merchandise Management provides a true single view of your business. It creates a seamless platform that connects merchandise, finance, and workforce operations, helps retailers unlock new efficiencies, improves the decision making, and accelerates growth. So we're really, again, focused on how we help you redefine what's possible for retail ERP. Okay. We will then surface the next partnership, I'm actually very excited about as well. This actually will take us to Blue Yonder. We'll focus on that. Now Blue Yonder is a Gartner Magic Quadrant leader in supply chain planning solutions, so warehouse management, transportation management. And as you probably already know, Workday is the magic quadrant leader in finance. So together, Blue Yonder and Workday deliver a unified platform for supply chain and finance for retail that is specifically important to softlines. Blue Yonder is adding the best in class fulfillment and order management, their unified demand forecasting, planning, warehouse, and transportation management, and also very importantly, the the real time value network to Workday. So, really, a lot of value we're unlocking there through this partnership with Blue Yonder. Okay. Let's move to our next industry update, which is on the tech and media side. Now manual contract processing can become a high risk bottleneck as tech and media companies scale. The the Workday revenue contract agent now in EA helps remove the friction by intelligently extracting and interpreting complex contract data, automated billing, and revenue schedules. Three key things, I would like to point out here. One, first is automating execution. So move from manual entry to autonomous contract creation in Workday, which is something our customers have wanted even more so. Two, mitigate risk, quickly identify nonstandard terms to support accurate accounting treatment. And thirdly, unlock insights. And here we're talking about surface contract metadata for stronger reporting and more strategic analysis. Alright. We will keep moving forward to the next industry update. We have a number of updates for health care, but we'll surface this particular one. So hospitals and health systems maintain large volumes of requisition templates. We know manual editing leads to missed updates and even delayed orders. So now you have new fields available. You can bulk update critical fields like, inventory sites and spend categories and more. You can also split lines for complex distributions. These enhancements help you improve spend compliance and ensure, suppliers reach, the point of care, faster. That is something I know our health care provider customers have asked for, and it is on its way in this next release. And, building on that, we will, look at our public sector and also our nonprofit and education customers who all care about, grants management. Now across all of these industries, organizations manage people, funding, compliance, and grants for complex and expensive. Those things are very expensive. Now customers need more efficiency. They need better visibility and greater accuracy so they can put more roof resources back into the research and the communities. So Workday helps bring this together in one unified trusted platform. In twenty twenty six r one, new grant management enhancements help eliminate manual processes, improve the timeliness and accuracy of reporting for people paid on grants, provide more flexibility to configure budget controls based on business needs, and make it easier to correct, or receive award versions through web services. So let's move forward and go deeper on the higher education side now and focus specifically on student updates. So save schedules builder here first. And, the challenge here that we're addressing is that students often struggle to visualize and compare potential schedules, which leads to complications and errors on registration day. So the limited visibility into academic plan requirements and the, prerequisites rules that, increase the risk of invalid schedules. So how are we helping here? Well, the Workday solution brings a new modern calendar experience experience a calendar based experience. Sorry. It surfaces key course details, academic plan context, course section clusters all in one place. So, crucially, it provides proactive warnings for issues like missing co requisites, allowing students to fix problems before registration, and this dramatically reduces manual intervention and support effort, for our staff. So let's, move to the next, update here. So here we address a critical need for timely information, real time student accounts. So the use case here is that students, administrators, and third party proxies need immediate access to current account information, including charges, waivers, and balances. With Workday, charge and waiver assessments are automatically triggered at registration when a student's financial reaction flag is active. So this gives students, administrators, and proxies instant access to the most current account details. The result is more accurate, informed decision making. It reduces confusion caused by outdated balances or, data discrepancies, and helps protect registration performance during peak period. Alright. And we do have one final update on the student front. And here, we're going to focus on finance administrators, with the use case around operational general, generation consolidation and aggregation. So finance administrators often have to manage high volume of journal entries, which can make reconciliation more time consuming and slow reporting for analysis. With Workday, finance administrators can simplify reconciliation, improve reporting, and support better decision making. So by reducing the number of journal lines, this update improves process time, boosts system performance, and helps increase data accuracy, especially in high volume environments. It does this through an automated process that summarizes journal entries and periodic basis while still allowing controllers to choose the level of detail they want, which is really important for controllers. So now let's speak just for a few moments acknowledging that you as a customer, you gain value through adopting these features, functions, and innovation we're talking about here. And Workday success plan plays a role in helping you do that. So what is this? Workday success plans, a subscription based service that provides expertise, support, and education to help customers get more value from their workday investment. So whether deploying a new product or adopting new features and agents, Workday success plan can help customers assess readiness, identify the right capabilities, prepare for go live, and build team confidence, and continue optimizing their platform over time, getting the most out of investment. And you can learn more by chatting to your accounting there too. So with that said, here is a quick recap of the features delivered in this release, as well as, recent releases and also plan for the future. So lots of innovation. Let's move on to the cross industry innovation for twenty twenty six zero one. Back to you, Megan. Thanks, Indi. Yeah. There's there's a lot of innovation here. So excited for it. It's great to see that momentum. So now we're gonna pivot and we're gonna look at our cross industry innovation. But before we do that, we wanna just take a second to talk about AgenTic Finance, which is the force behind so much of our upcoming innovation across financial spend and planning. It's powering superintelligence and really transforming work across these areas. We're living in a world now where AI can perform more and more complex tasks. To help you work smarter, we at Workday are bringing to market agents that enable you to shift the way that you're working. So for accounting, we believe these investments will allow businesses to eventually have processes run autonomously. For FP and A, it will provide even greater agility and predictability. And for procurement, it will allow them to gain insights that allow them to operate more strategically than they ever have before. And Workday is uniquely designed with many of the elements that AI needs in order to help your business operate successfully. And this foundation has existed since we were founded. We uniquely keep the context associated with data on every transaction. We enable you to blend external data with Workday data through accounting center, and our acquisition of Evisort means that we can expand that dataset further by bringing in unstructured data and blending it with structured data for additional insight. And it's this rich data that fuels AI. So the foundation of what you're using today has what has always really been there. That's what's gonna help take us to the next level in this future of work. And of course, with that data foundation, we can put it to work. So our in memory processing allows us to deliver real time continuous insights. And with the addition of accounting center, we can take large amounts of business events and turn that into detailed accounting data. And now you can orchestrate AI and agents directly into the workflows that your organization is already using. In a few minutes, you'll actually get to see some of these agents in action and see how they're handling manual tasks so that you don't have to, increasing your team's productivity. And finally, because we know that that productivity requires trust, Workday is providing our customers with the most secure environment, giving your team control that can give you confidence as you leverage our AI and agents. Nothing happens in our system without our unique business process framework, which is where you define and adapt workflows. And our always on audit has laid the groundwork for the financial test suite and the financial audit agent, which will bring additional domain specific guardrails and control. So I know you're eager to see this in action. We're gonna jump into our product updates across the office of the CFO. Jeremy, thanks for joining, and I'm gonna hand it over to you. Thank you, Megan. And, yes, I'm going to walk you through updates to the Intelligent Data Core. So the Intelligent Data Core is a solution that helps companies harness the power of their data as a competitive advantage by integrating external data, blending it with Workday financial and worker data, automating accounting creation, and expand expanding the depth of insights for reporting and analysis. The first component of the intelligent data core is Workday Prism Analytics, and I'm excited to share three new enhancement in Prism that make it even easier for our customers to ingest, secure, blend, and transform large volumes of data regardless of the source. So first one is bulk tagging for data catalog. Second one is visual representation of the data transformation stages, and there's a new present component that builders can leverage in Workday Orchestrate. I would like to focus on the first one, both tagging for data catalog. So until now, the tagging feature in Workday Prism Analytics only allow users to apply tags to one dataset or table at a time. So tagging could become time consuming for complex pipelines built up with over 50 or even a 100 of datasets. Now the the new bug tagging ability enables users to efficiently add or remove tags on multiple datasets, tables, or data change tasks simultaneously, eliminating the need for lengthy individual edits. All right, next component is Workday Accounting Center that now has more than 525 customers across 13 industries. Organizations are using Workday accounting center in many ways, and here are some of the most popular use cases. So in health care, organizations leverage accounting center to integrate patient revenue data and calculate net patient revenue on gross AR and transform this data into accounting. Retail and hospitality organizations leverage accounting center to transform physical product sales and digital product sales into accounting to recognize revenue. Technology organizations leverage accounting center to automate stock based compensation accounting to enter both restricted stock and stock options. And finally, insurance companies leverage accounting center to transform unearned premium revenue into accounting and spread it out over the life of the policy. So in twenty six r one, we have a number of accounting center enhancements that are helping organizations increase operational efficiency and reduce risk. I would like to highlight the first one in particular. We are making enhancements to accounting center mapping tables. So now Workday enables you to configure a mapping table and mapping table definition to include a text value as an output in addition to existing output types such as work tags and ledger accounts. This is going to reduce pipeline complexity and cost through more robust business user managed mappings. Moving on to the last component of the intelligent data cores, so reporting and analytics. Workday has a robust set of analytic tools that are used by more than 20,000,000 users every month. In twenty six R1, we are announcing several enhancements that will help finance teams get to insights faster, and I would like to highlight three of these new features: contextual commenting in worksheets, new business views for financial management, and we are also enhancing report writer visual analysis. We are particularly excited about the first one, contextual commenting in worksheets. So now users can comment directly on live data added to worksheet workbooks from composite reports. So when comments are added to specific values, the conversations thread stay tied to that data even as the data even as the report refreshes, so the full context of the discussion is preserved. By anchoring conversations directly to live report data, teams can collaborate more effectively within the analysis itself. Questions, clarification, and assumptions stay connected to the numbers, reducing misinterpretation and eliminating the usual back and forth that typically happens across external tools. On this table, you can see a summary of the key innovations spanning the last few releases. And now I'm going to hand it over to Ryan to talk about our autonomous finance operations. Alright. Thank you, Jeremy, and hello, everyone. We have a lot of great enhancements designed to help users automate financial business processes. We do have a lot to cover. So for the most part, I'm only gonna cover one, feature per business process for time purposes, and we will have a few demos for some of those as well. But with that, we'll jump right in with record report. So here, our vision is to transform record to report from an all hands month end scramble into a continuous autonomous zero day close where agents handle the routine work in seconds, and finance leaders are empowered to focus on higher value insights, decisions, and outcomes. So for twenty six r one, we're excited to announce that AI powered account reconciliations, now GA. So unlike third party tools that create data silos, Workday reconciles sorry, the data where it lives, ensuring unbroken lineage from PO to journal entry, using AI to automate generate auto generate reconciliation definitions based on your current settings, getting you up and running instantly. We also wanna highlight, the financial audit agent. This agent uses natural language to instantly compile audit evidence requests, helping move your team from manual data gathering to strategic oversight. We do have two brief demos for both of these. Before I do jump into those demos, if you are interested in learning more about the AI powered recon solution, we have an upcoming webinar on April 16. You can see the QR code here to register. We will also have details on registering for this in the webinar recap. So first up, we'll have the AI powered recon demo. Starting in the reconciliation workspace as a preparer. Right away, we get a clear, prioritized view of all reconciliations, including those Workday Prepaid. The status bar provides instant oversight into what's not started, in progress, in review, and certified. I'm focusing on the reconciliations I haven't started yet. Here, I can see key details like the risk score and the balance difference, which helps me prioritize my work so I can immediately focus on higher risk items like this trade receivables account. I'm going to quickly attach the aging schedule myself. Upon attaching it, we immediately see the UDPated supporting balance. Now let's manage the reconciling items. AI helps automatically brings forward the reconciling items and their supporting documents, so there's no need to manually reenter anything. Now I can simply add a comment and send it for approval. It's that easy. Then we have our financial audit agent demo as well. The audit request work area, we see all of the sample data requests that require review. And while we're in the work area, we receive an email from our auditors, so I'm going to initiate a new request with the agent. To do this, we'll engage the agent in a conversation. I simply enter the details I'm looking for, an AP cutoff sample, and I want the agent to include all of the related details like invoices, payments, delivery dates, and contracts. The agent reviews the request and immediately begins to collect the sample data set and quickly surfaces up a sample selection. It looks like a great start, so we move to the next portion of the request: the parameters and assignees, where the agent pulls in the company, year, reporting period, creates a name for the request, and assigns the preparer and reviewer. We see the agent selected the company based on the description. Excellent. We complete our review, and the agent begins to assemble the complete data sample request. Within seconds, the sample request is complete. So now we'll move on to global framework and tax reporting. For our global customers, we are continuously enhancing the Workday platform to help streamline compliance and accelerate international growth. So tax reconciliation is often a manual headache. So for twenty six r one, we are introducing automated tax reconciliation. We've built standard reports to create a seamless link between tax declarations in your GL. This eliminates manual matching, reduces errors, and provides a clear, audible trail for your tax data right through to your financial posting. Now we'll shift over to procure to pay. In procure to pay, we're focused on helping AP teams free up resources from nonvalue added tasks, reduce errors, and gain control over costs. So let's look at what we're delivering for twenty six r one. So non VO invoices often require tedious manual coding. To address this, we now offer a new AP agent, which is currently EA. This agent uses a reasoning engine that analyzes historical data and team feedback to automatically code these invoices. It eliminates the guesswork and time spent on the non POs, moving them closer to completely touch us. We do have a brief demo for this as well. The supplier accounts hub, we'll upload an invoice. Our OCR automatically captures the invoice details, providing annotations to show exactly where the data was pulled. You can view the PDF directly in your workspace or undock it to work across multiple monitors. The process has been automated so far, that continues if you want to interrogate the logic of how an invoice was applied and coded. For instance, if you're unsure why a specific spend category or cost center was applied, simply ask the AP agent in natural language. How were these determined? The system will explain its reasoning based on company policy, the invoice data, historical patterns, etcetera. You can also refine rules on the fly. For example, by telling the agent always use the marketing cost center for this supplier, the agent instantly updates and creates a new rule. To see this in action, let's upload another FedEx invoice. The system immediately applies the new rule without manual intervention, confirming it remembers and applies instructions to ensure a touchless experience moving forward. Real time training statuses display confidence levels for each supplier, showing you exactly how ready they are for touchless processing across both PO and non PO invoices. To see the end result of a fully trained supplier, let's look at AT and T. Switching to the AP manager's perspective, we can see a recent AT and T invoice already on the homepage, fully processed and awaiting final approval. So now we'll move on to cash and payments. Here, our we are focused on helping you quickly and securely integrate with your banks as well as provide greater visibility and control over cash. All of this is possible with our Workday bank connectivity offering we introduced last year, combined with our AI bank recon, cash management payment, and forecasting functionalities. For twenty six r one, we actually have two Workday bank connectivity enhancements to further expand its capabilities. For time purposes, I'm only gonna cover the first one on the list here, which is the voided checks and positive pay. So in '25 r two, we delivered a positive pay connector. In '26 r one, we are enhancing it by adding support for voided checks. This will help reduce admin and deployment costs while strengthening fraud prevention through automated bank notifications for voided checks. So now we'll shift over to opportunity to cash. Our goal here is to provide a unified solution that streamlines the opportunity to cash process to help organizations optimize how they monetize their business and recognize revenue. For 26 r one, we're gonna cover, revenue contract agent, which is now EA. This agent extracts and populates contract data directly into Workday, automating the contract creation and reducing manual entry errors. It services insights and flags discrepancies and improves accuracy and reduce risk. And over time, it will interpret contract data to automate billing in revenue schedules. We're also excited to announce that we are offering a free trial of revenue contract agent. More detail can be found on this, on the resource or under the docs tab, and we'll also have more detail on this as well in the webinar recap. So with that, we'll take a look at our vision for staff to deliver where we are uniting project people, projects, and profits. So resource scheduling is a new product we are introducing for early adopters in twenty six r one. It will allow resource managers or teams to optimize how they assist assign resources to projects, taking into account skills, competencies, ability, location, worker preference, as well as other factors that matter to your organization. And to give you a better idea of this, we have a demo to show you as well. Workday resource scheduling's key persona is the resource manager or scheduler. Their job is to effectively understand project demand, assess worker supply, and match the two, all while balancing worker availability, utilization, and internal and external project stakeholders' expectations. The Demand view is where resource managers see all project demand requests, and Smart Matching instantly shows a list of full or partial worker matches based on requirements and their availability. Resource managers can adjust requirements, availability, and worker pools to broaden or refine the match list, as needed. For more complex staffing, managers can sandbox a worker's workload by toggling projects on and off. This dynamically updates this view without impacting schedules, allowing for ad hoc scenario planning to ensure assignments meet the worker where they are. Once a decision is made, the resource assignment can be submitted directly from the workspace. The Resources view, also known as the Gantt or Wall Chart, focuses on the workers. It allows resource managers to quickly see how resources are trending over weeks or months. This comprehensive solution gives resource schedulers all the tools they need to manage demand and supply efficiently. As we round out autonomous finance operation, here's a recap of our last three releases and a preview of what's next. I will also jump over to the the remaining, business processes here as I turn it over to Greg for the planning update. So, Greg, over to you. Thanks, Ryan. Awesome stuff on on your end. So really appreciate that. So welcome to decision intelligence with working adaptive planning. And keeping in line with our strategic investment themes, we will be focusing today on all our new capabilities in support of AI and the planning agent, velocity experience, integrated connected planning and data and performance. So I'll highlight some compelling new innovation from our most recent twenty twenty twenty twenty six r one release, including some really exciting AI capabilities and then provide a high level summary of recent and future innovation. So Workday adaptive planning allows organizations to make smarter decisions with AI powered planning. And for our first theme, we are continuing our innovation with powerful AI capabilities, including the new planning agent that delivers greater automation, faster data insights, and drive smarter decision making. We believe that the world is planning for AI, and our new planning agent is an expert intelligence that works for our customers, all backed by human in the loop governance and grounded in enterprise wide data. Here are some of the highlights. So lots of new innovation around AI. For the sake of time, I'll just highlight one of our great new compelling capabilities. So for this new release, Adaptive Planning introduces some really new exciting AI capabilities, including the planning agent with several role based skills, including data exploration and automated variance analysis, which we believe truly transform the world of planning and analytics. So essentially, a planning agent analyzes, understands, and acts on your data through conversational prompts, driving impact across every function. Data exploration is a skill which automates analysis by exploring data naturally in one seamless workflow and provides instant, concise summaries, identifies key data trends, and delivers visual output all through natural language inquiries. This allows for users to uncover valuable data insights quickly to drive well informed decisions with minimal effort. And the variance analysis skill not only quickly identifies key variances across different versions of data, but pinpoints the why behind the variance and identifies top drivers as well as translates complex results into plain language narrative reports, and again, all through conversational prompts. These planning agent skills, along with many more shortly coming like scenario planning, monitoring, and self-service, are designed to not replace FP and A professionals or other planners, but rather augment and amplify them and their roles. We truly believe these capabilities will transform how work gets done across the planning lifecycle via powerful AI powered intelligence automation and grounded in secure enterprise wide data. So with that said, let's take a quick look at a demo of the planning agent. The Planning Agent delivers powerful role based skills, which act on your data through natural language, driving impact across every function. Let's first navigate to our Planning Hub to access a report. Imagine the FP and A team, or any key stakeholder, needing to perform analytics within this report. With the Planning Agent selecting the prompt to detect anomalies, for example, a user can quickly and easily identify what to focus on. Or, in seconds, generate critical variance commentary, with the ability to further analyze key variances, such as identifying a regional breakdown. As business conditions change, the Planning Agent truly allows operational leaders to move quickly from data insights to decisions and outcomes, So really exciting AI powered innovation that will transform how our customers plan, analyze and drive decision making. And so much more to come on that you'll be hearing shortly. Velocity and experience is all about providing a personalized intuitive user experience and not only ensures enhanced collaboration across key stakeholders during the planning process planning and analytic process, but also delivers our customers the shortest path between data analytics and decision making. And this ensures your brightest financial minds stay focused on high stakes energy, not manual workarounds. So let's dive in and take a look at some of the highlights of this theme. So for this new release a game changing capability now supported is planning hubs. These are a new innovative visual design that allows planning stakeholders to now have a single hub that consolidates their unique required planning elements like sheets, reports, and dashboards into one central portal within adaptive planning. For example, a user can have their own revenue planning hub that contains only the dashboards, input templates, and reports they need to support and analyze a revenue plan. So this will not only provide more organization and focus for users, but also drive drive the management and monitoring of the planning process more efficiently and easily. Our next theme is integrated connected planning and driven by Workday's innovative platform. So connected plans across the business are really what turns a planning process into a living strategy. And this is another market leading innovation and game changer for workforce planning and allows workforce plans to be much more effectively aligned with financial plans. Finally, in the area of data and performance, we continue to enhance adaptive planning by offering a powerful unified data foundation and high performance capabilities that drive greater AI powered automation, intelligence, more streamlined processes, and enhanced insights for all key stakeholders. We provide the ability to operationalize any data source with automated connections. So here's some recent innovation highlights. One of them that I will highlight here is we are real happy to announce, obviously, a lot of new innovation, including the new Adaptive Data Foundation, which provides a richer dataset option for customers, for example, to consume critical operational data. This foundation delivers expedited data insights by allowing for no limits on data access and analysis while maintaining drill back capabilities in zero copy virtualization technology. Additionally, in the area of performance, we are now delivering new application optimization for certain types of data loads, which will provide enhanced performance for users for loading reports and sheets, as well as optimization around linked accounts, which will drive faster operational processing. So lots of great new user experience capabilities. And finally, here's a reference that gives you a better sense for what we've delivered in the past three releases and a glimpse into the future. And that wraps up the highlights for Workday Adaptive Planning. Now let me hand it over to Ian for strategic spend management. Over to you, Ian. Greg, thank you very much for your time. I appreciate it. I'm very excited to be here today to talk to you about our spend management solutions. So within spend management, our goal continues to focus on solving the day to day headaches that procurement teams face and whether that is integrating AI into our processes to drive further productivity or address Maverick spends or noncompliance head on. Whatever it might be, we are always looking for innovative ways to support each other within the source of pay process. So with that in mind, I'm very excited to walk you through some of our 26 or one release updates. And much like everyone else here and the other section I was talking about today, I'll focus on one feature for business process. But there's a lot of great things going on. And as as you might have seen in some of the q and a's, or there's been a couple of questions coming in that I'm sure at the start, of course, the deck will be shared. So I'd really, really encourage you to, revisit this post presentation. So we'll kick things off with source to contract, so the start of that process. And our efforts in AI automation and giving you the right tools to drive a fast compliance sourcing process hasn't stopped in twenty six or '1 as you can imagine. So I'm very excited to showcase a very powerful addition to our sourcing capabilities today. And we firmly believe that what's coming in this release will allow you to adapt to today's volatile markets, unlock hidden savings and opportunities within your contracts via our powerful CLN integration, and start turning your supplier relationships from transactional to strategic. So let's dive right in. So first up is our AI RFP evaluation. So as I said, very excited about this one. And we know that drowning in RFP data often means manually hunting for supplier differentiators, calling information overload. And with AI or RFP evaluation, this means we are instantly summarizing and comparing bids side by sides, which is transforming what once was a long manual slog into something that is near instant strategic decision making tool to gain immediate clarity on the best fit supplier without all that administrative overhead. And beyond that, we're very excited to have been nearing our GA for our CLM integration, which I'm sure you've heard a little bit about before. And this is really about eliminating fragmented data and ensuring contract compliance. And while our supplier experience gets further improvement via SMS authenticate authentication, excuse me, also within supplier management, we provide the ability to automate your workflow setups to remove manual efforts where there are changes in stylists and suppliers. This ensures no more bottlenecks. So together with these updates, we're returning what once was fragmented processes into something much more unified, efficient, and compliant within your sourcing operations. So now moving on to our procurement, section where we are investing in areas that drive compliance and agility so that compliance isn't an afterthought or something that slows you down. So for this release, we're equipping procurement teams with the guardrails that mean you can move fast while remaining compliant. So let's get into it. So today, we're gonna highlight some improvements to our catalog management. So procurement teams often struggle with choice overload, where a massive catalog leads to noncompliant spending and confusion. With additional capabilities to dynamically hide or sort items based on specific rules, the shopping experience transforms from a, once was, a guessing game into something much more of a a guided and compliant process that automatically steers your users towards the best cost options available. And we're also stripping away manual friction across the board with instant in line edits for consignment POs and item substitution within change orders, while bulk bulk updates to requisition templates bring some much needed accuracy and efficient gains to your team as well. So next up is our stock to replenish process or our within our inventory SKU. And for '26 or one, we're introducing some features that really sharpen accuracy and visibility and empower your teams to build a much more efficient, resilient operation across the board. So let's see what we have here. So for inventory, our mobile label printing is top of the list. And and the within this release, it enables on the go printing directly from within mobile devices exactly where the work happens. So we're reducing waste of motion and keeping your team where they're needed most, which is on the floor. And we're also, in in other areas, we're sharpening operational accountability with a new created by worker field with power accounts. And also inactive stocking location will declutter you your UI to prevent costly picking errors. And finally, we have expense to reimburse. So over the last few years, we've invested heavily within Workday Expenses to ensure it remains the most reliable, compliant, and stable platform for our customers. And that continuous investment led us to a major milestone, that is the release of Workday Expense Management. And this isn't just a new feature. It's a strategic evolution designed to simplify submission, streamline your approvals, and accelerate reimbursement across your entire end to end process. And when we look at where we are today versus where we're going, it's about moving, from something that was manual and reactive to AI and proactive. And for our current Workday expenses users, your experience remains a priority. We are continuing to invest in OCR field capture and automated expense recommendations to keep your current experience robust and maintained. But for those that are moving to ex Workday Expense Management, we are solving that dreaded five day gap. So instead of waiting for days for your card transactions to clear, we're introducing real time insights and automatic reconciliation by travel events and replacing after the fact error message with proactive coaching that guides users to compliance before they even hit submit. So we want to be very clear with this and our and our commitment to you that there are no plans to deprecate Workday Expenses. If you are happy with your current solution, you can say exactly where you're at. We will continue to provide the nexus of necessary tasks, legal, and regulatory updates you rely on. If organizations ready to unlock further automation, Workday expense management is available today, and we'd encourage you to reach out to your account manager to learn more. And know that moving to this new SKU is an incremental configuration, meaning no data conversion is required to start seeing a 33% improvement in completion time. So let let's look at some of those, specifics here. So we'll see a a demo of this in action shortly, but up top here, we can see real time credit card authorization. And this is really, as I mentioned, we're addressing the biggest bottleneck in expenses, that two to five day lag in credit card transactions. But in other areas like trip experiences, this automatically groups fragmented receipts into single events for bulk tagging. And finally, by consolidating travel bookings and car changes into a single automatically reconciled view. We're not just managing expenses anymore. We're giving your leaders immediate actionable financial oversight while your employees get hours back in their day. So we're gonna see a little bit of this in action, and I'm gonna move on to a demo of expense management. After booking your airfare for an upcoming trip, the expense item lands here on your expense activity page. You'll notice Workday uses automatic receipt matching to do the heavy lifting for you. When a receipt is scanned, the values are automatically matched to the corresponding credit card transaction and the expense line is created. You can then review the transaction where you always have the option to review the match or swap receipts if something looks off. The system will automatically create trips on your behalf based on the dates from your airfare. All transactions that happen within these dates will automatically be grouped, which adds context and helps with selecting work tags for reporting. On our trip, we decide to go to lunch. We've swiped our card at the end of the meal, and we get a notification alerting us of our real time credit card transaction going through. We click it, review the expense details to ensure accuracy, then simply add a photo of the receipt to complete the expense and get ready to submit. This is on the go, at the time of transaction expenses in action. No more lost receipts, Or a growing list of expense submissions when you get home from a trip. Everything done in real time, where the transactions happen, while being guided through the experience. Great. So that's gonna wrap it up for spend management. And we walked through some of those highlights of twenty six zero one where we've seen how we're investing and where we're investing and and hopefully helping procurement teams increase efficiency, manage risk, and and really increase their visibility across the board. So here's a quick summary slide. A lot to take in, I know, but as you can as I said earlier, we will be able to revisit this after, after the session. And then finally, just to end out the Source To Pay process, our strategic spend management solution is steadily developing features really to support the day to day processes, and as I said, free up procurement's time to add higher value to their organization. So excited to share more updates with you in the future, and thanks very much for sticking around to the end. I appreciate it. So back to you, Megan. Thanks, Ian, and thanks, everybody. There is so much ahead of us, and we really hope that this overview gave you a great sense of the innovation and the value that our customers can achieve, that you can achieve with Workday and the office of the CFO. I wanna just remind you that our Q and A is still open for a few more minutes. If you have any questions, we would encourage you to get them in there.
