And so if you if you sign up soon, you'll still be able to get in and join us here in San Francisco. So with that, let's dive into it. We've been having a lot of great conversations lately, maybe with customers like you, who are trying to make the Workday user experience feel more intuitive, more consolidated, and more helpful for your employees than ever. And sometimes that means streaming streamlining everything within Workday, making it easier to navigate, take action, get things done. And other times, it's about meeting your employees where they're already doing their work and things like Microsoft Teams and Slack. And that way, they can interact with Workday without ever breaking their flow. And we really see these as two sides of the same coin. At the end of the day, it is all about removing friction, helping get this into the hands of your employees, and really helping them be more productive with less effort, especially when it comes to tools and whether they're in work inside Workday or not. So today's session is all about just that. It's a deeper look at what's possible today, how to activate these for your employees, and how it all comes together in a simple, seamless, unified Workday experience. And, of course, we'll be answering your questions all along the way, so don't forget to drop those in chat. We we wanna hear what you think of this, the challenges you're having, what your employees think of it. So so please help make this interactive. The more we can we can chat throughout it, the better. And with that, I am thrilled and so excited to introduce two of the people who are helping shape the future of how Workday shows up for your employees, Jacqueline and Tim. So I will hand it over to you guys to introduce yourselves. Jacqueline, do you wanna go first? Sure. Hi, everyone. I'm Jacqueline Palma. I'm a principal product manager here at Workday, leading our unified Workday experience strategy, also owning the mobile and desktop home experiences. I've been at Workday for around eight years now. I've hopped around a lot of different products. So just super excited to be here with you guys today to share, you you know, like, all of the new tools that we've invested in. There's a ton that we wanna share with you guys today. A lot of which you'll be able to take advantage of during this preview window. So, hopefully, you get a lot out of this webinar today. Awesome. Hi, everyone. My name is Tim Lasher. I'm a senior product manager with Workday. I've been with Workday a little over ten years now, which I'm very proud to say. Just like Jacqueline, been across various products. But right now, I'm focused on what Becky Becky was mentioning, which is bringing Workday to your users where they are in their flow of work with Workday everywhere. So very excited to be here. Hopefully, this is the first of your Workday everywhere journey in your new thought experience journey. So, can't wait. Back to you, Becky. Great. I suppose I need to introduce myself as well. I'm I'm Becky, Becky Roth. I am so proud to lead our user experience product marketing team. So we support all of the great stuff that you are seeing here and talk to customers like you all of the time. So when we think about user experience, really wanna drive home how deeply committed we are to creating a great user experience for your employees, and we're making it that real in three really powerful ways. First, we're building an AI powered user experience that feels intelligent, personalized, and really truly hyper responsive. The second thing we're doing is we're meeting people in the flow of the work, and that's one of the things we're here to talk to you about today. And it's both within the teams and Slack realm and how we're meeting people in their commonly used productivity tools, but also on things like the mobile app and how we help your employees who are on the go and you'd Workday in the palm of your hand. And last but not least, what's the eating tools that empower you, the admins, to really shape an amazing employee experience that all of your workers can appreciate and enjoy? And we're we're so excited to be dedicated to what that experience is like for folks who are in the position to figure out what you turn on, what you turn off, what's being used. So that's a big piece of what we're excited to share with you today. And here is why all of this matters. Nearly a quarter of HR budgets are often spent on maintaining fragmented tools and systems. And when employees are bouncing around between dozens of get disconnected apps, they're getting really frustrated. We see it through a lot of research that's being done that many organizations now offer 230 apps for their employees to use. And that's really tough. I can barely remember the apps that are on one or two pages of my my phone itself, much less 230 that an employee needs to navigate that they didn't necessarily opt into themselves. And we are hearing this from customers all the time. Let's take a really quick poll. I'm really curious to see how this is showing up for you guys. How in your organization currently managing its employee experience? Go ahead. The poll should be open now. You'll see over in the right hand side of your screen, take a moment, respond. We're just gonna do a quick pulse check here. Alright. Let's see if we've got some responses. I wonder if we're having a little bit of a technical issue with pulling. And if we are, that is no big deal. Tech issues happen to the best of us. So what I can do is tell you a little bit about what what we're hearing. We're hearing on a regular basis from people who are in your shoes things like we've got over 200 HR apps. It's impossible to create a single intuitive starting point with with that money to deal with. Things like our workflows are feeling really disjointed. It's hard to navigate. It's driving up support tickets. It's slowing everything down. People are confused and don't even always know who to reach out to about it. And last but not least, we hear that you really want to configure an experience that feels like your company, not just any company, but you're limited. And these are the challenges that we're focused on solving. So with that, would love to talk to Jacqueline a little bit. Hey, Jacqueline. The new home page is such a game changer. It's designed to be personalized, actionable, a one stop shop for employees. Can you tell us a little bit about what makes it so impactful in terms of helping employees know what to do, what they need to know, and where to go? Yeah. No. Totally. I wanna dive into the home page. There's so many improvements that we're delivering in r two. But maybe before we get to the exact features, I just wanted to highlight, like, what is unified Workday experience and how are we thinking about it? So touching on this slide first, a unified Workday experience to us means enabling you to create that one start shop that streamlined and unified employee experience that bridges between Workday and your other important HR and finance tools. So whether something starts or ends within Workday or another system of yours, we wanna make sure that you have the tools to connect those experiences and craft that one start shop within Workday. Because you mentioned, Becky, enterprise employee experiences are extremely fragmented. Customers are consistently telling us that, you know, their users are getting lost in the maze, leading to lost productivity and confusion when they can't find a task or information that they need. And within the research as well for why we are creating the Workday Unified Experience, your experience, your way is we've also heard a lot from customers and their search reports. They can see that because they have, for example, payslips and time tracking in Workday, but scheduling in another system that their users are often searching for schedules within Workday, but then finding a dead end. So we took all of this feedback in mind, and we've made some big investments that we're excited to share. It'll be across home, search, navigation, and we have different slides to kinda highlight all of those different features for you guys today. Awesome. Thanks, Jackie. Real quick. Total side diversion here. It sounds like some folks are having a little bit of trouble hearing you. I know we have our our technical team on the back end who's recommending that if you're having trouble hearing Jackie to go ahead and try light mode in Goldcast. That could help. We'll also have the recording to this available at the end of the day. But if you're having trouble hearing Jackie, but you can hear me, go ahead and throw a comment into chat, and that's gonna help help us get a sense for for how widespread this might be. But that's going back to what you were saying, Jackie, that is super exciting. I love how we're we're able to pull all of that together into one place and all the innovation to this. Can you share a little bit about the focus area and what the team is really doubling down on in this space? Yeah. Totally. So we've done a lot of research with customers, over 500 customers actually over the last year. And more than 80% of customers said they wanna unify in Workday, but they also highlighted the limitations that Workday has, specifically around configuring the user the user experience that makes it difficult for them to unify. Just pausing here. Can you guys hear me alright? Yeah. I think we're doing okay. Okay. Awesome. Good to go. Okay. Perfect. Happy that we're here. So for the areas of focus for unified experience, there's three big investment focus areas for us to help improve that user experience so that you can unify in Workday. So first, intuitive wayfinding. We wanna make it easy for your users to find what they need in Workday and across systems. Unified self-service, which will support end to end workflows and make it easy for users to accomplish tasks, whether they start and or pull information from other systems. And then lastly, configurable experiences. We know you need more to tailor the user experience, and that the tools that we had before now just weren't enough for you to do that. And so we really invested in tooling this release. You'll see that in some of the upcoming slides. And throughout 2026, we're gonna continue to invest in all of this. So really excited to kinda tee us up with our areas of focus. That's awesome. Do you wanna talk a little bit about what's coming up that that everyone's gonna be able to have access to in in just r two, which is in a couple weeks here? Yeah. No. Super excited. These should be available to you actually in the preview window. And we're excited about these enhancements because across home, search, and navigation, and we're gonna start here off with home, We hope these configurations help you enable that one star shop. So for home specifically, there's two features that I have highlighted here. First are quick actions. Quick actions on home are designed to reduce time to task and help you streamline that employee experience. Admins can select up to 25 tasks for their tenant, and users will see the first 10 in that list that they have security access to and that they need the condition rules to see on their home page. The feature also enables you to unify navigation because you can link, third party tasks directly within your quick actions as well. So you can kinda see that there in the image at the top. Users can see these buttons now as soon as they log in. They can get access to their most frequently used experiences, whether it's request absence, viewing payslip, change job, etcetera. You can really craft the right and powerful experience for your users. And then secondly there, we have extend cards. Extend cards allows you to surface information from extend apps and third party APIs directly within Workday home. But you can also include these extend cards on hubs, search, and journeys, helping you to streamline wayfinding and self-service. The cards are designed to help you create unique content throughout Workday to meet your specific needs. They integrate directly with third party APIs. So if there's any specific information that you want surfaced in Workday, you're able to do that now on the home page using these cards. And then you can also target them to specific users. So if you need different cards for managers versus frontline employees, you're able to do so. So you can kinda see here, you know, we've talked about providing you more configuration, more ownership over your user experience. And, hopefully, you can kinda see the strategy, that we're trying to go for based off of these two features. Yeah. And that's so big on both sides. I mean, this group all very well knows that an employee who's a manager versus one who's working on the frontline versus somebody who's working in another part of the business, like, the financial side is gonna have such completely different expectations and needs both when they come to Workday, but also generally just in the types of information that they're looking for. But they see something else really interesting and exciting on this screen. And it it's one of the things that we hear about so much, which is just how how do my employees get around Workday? How do they find what they're going for? And it looks like we're we're seeing a peak here of the new navigation experience. Yep. It like, it can make make or break usability. Can you tell us a little bit about what you've done here? No. Absolutely. So with 25 r two as well, you will be able to leverage the new persistent sidebar for global navigation. So what this specific experience does, it enables users to quickly scan what available items are in Workday, and then they can have one click, experiences to different pages, reducing time to task while maintaining a sense of place in the system when switching context because the sidebar will follow you wherever you are in Workday. If you click into a hub, for example, that's persistent sidebar will still be there so that you can click back in very easily one click and launch into anywhere else into the system. It's also really powerful because it supports user personalization. It allows users to select up to four menu items that they want quick access to, and it'll be at the top of their menu at all times. So, for example, if you're a manager and you want quick access to your manager insights hub, maybe a specific report for your team, you know, anything else that is, like, you're constantly using and you don't wanna go into a category for, you can the user themselves can pick up to four and put that at the top there. So really exciting. We're gonna be continuing to enhance this experience, and personalization is something that you'll continue to see. I forgot to talk about it on the prior slide, but user personalization will be here for the sidebar. We're also looking to offer that for quick actions in the future. So a lot of consistent experiences as well across home, your navigation, search, etcetera, is also a theme that we're going for. Yeah. And I know there there is gonna be some work that's coming out that we'll be talking about, not in this webinar today, but soon about having more consistency between the mobile app and this experience if that's something you wanna opt into. So a lot of flexibility is there. And I know one of the questions, and I didn't prep you for this, Jackie, so you can you can help me move on if you want. But one of the questions that we hear a lot is, like, how do we get to the design that we get to? Like, when we do this and we build out a new navigation like this, is it just, the designer who's thinking about what looks nice? Like, can you tell us a little bit about what went into this unified experience work and the rationale behind why we're prioritizing certain areas and why we're doing what we're doing? No. Totally. It's a lot of different inputs, specifically for Unified Experience. Like, as I mentioned, I've been here for eight years. There's a lot of different products I've worked on. But for unified experience, we went very deep with customers very quickly. We had over 500 interviews with customers over the span of three months, and we made sure that we understood what did a majority of our customers need to improve the experience. And that's where those areas of focus came from. And then we brought that back to our teams, and we looked at our metrics, to see what the experience looks like from a metric standpoint. We worked with our designers to make the best experience. We tested out these designs. We've had an EA program running, so we've gotten a lot of feedback about these experiences even before this release window to make sure they actually are the right things. So a lot of deep work has gone into this really hand in hand and in partnership with a lot of different customers. So, yeah, that that's where all of these came from, and it's been a long time coming. I know that a lot of these things are things that you guys have been wanting for a long time. Links on the home page that you can configure. You know? I I've heard that for such a long time. So really excited that it's now in your hands, as well as, like, these navigation changes too. Absolutely. And one of the other things that we've heard about for a long time is is their search experience. Just oops. My goodness. If I can click my buttons here. Our search experience, what's new, how we're helping people find things. Can you tell us a little bit about how we weave that into to this unified experience? Yeah. For sure. So another really impactful administrator tool is custom search topics. Again, available for you this release, and during the preview window. So this is testable for you today. The custom search topics will provide you an in hopefully, an intuitive and light configuration experience that will empower admins to craft targeted search experiences. So it can help you close search gaps and enable key third party HR tasks to be findable via Workday. So, for example, I think earlier on, I shared how, you know, for customers that have payslips and time tracking in Workday but scheduling not, their users are often searching for schedules within Workday and then reaching dead ends. So rather than your users, finding those dead ends, you can connect those third party tools by creating a custom search topic, popping in the link here to those disparate HR and finance experiences that you have so that when your user search for them within Workday, they can launch that right experience and not reach that dead end. There's four different things that you can link for a custom search topic. You can do pick a specific task, maybe a custom report that you've created, an external URL like we talked about, or even an extend card that you've created, if you have that extend subscription, of course. Yeah. It's a really nice way to be able to weave everything together, make sure that it's super find findable for people. And then, of course, that search move itself into all of our AI powered search work, intelligent answers, all of these things that make it easier for your workers to find what they need and get things done when they're within Workday. And I know one of the one of the big areas that we hear, particularly when it comes to managers, is that not only is a search that's helpful and customized, home page is helpful, But all of the work that's gone into hubs and the ability to make almost these mini home page experiences for people that are really tailored to exactly what they're what they're looking for, what they're trying to do. Can you talk to us a little bit about consolidated manager insights hub and and what is what's gonna be here and how it's really gonna help managers go from sometimes feeling like they're flying a little bit blind when it comes to leading their teams to having the insights that they need in a format that's really easy for them to to find and understand. No. Totally. Manager insights, how we've gotten a lot of really great feedback around how it's really enabled managers to have that semblance of a one start shop. But one feedback piece that we received over the past releases is that managers now have a lot of hubs. Hubs have been great. They've been a major improvement to the experience, but now Workday has released a ton of them, and, managers just need one place to be able to go to. And so now in twenty five r two, we've consolidated a bunch of different hubs into the manager insights hub, making that manager insights hub that one start shop for your users. I see that some people for me. Are you guys okay? Can you hear me, Becky? Not. Okay. Some people are hearing you. In case you can't hear Jackie, we're talking right now about how manager insights hub, ton of hubs out there. Not always the most helpful for everybody because there's just so many of them, and so this is doing a lot of consolidation. Sounds like the other people here and you find them. Okay. Awesome. No. Thank you guys for confirming. But, yeah, manager insights have a ton of different hubs that we're consolidating into it. Question that I've always gotten, in webinars when I share this is, can you still search for those other hubs like hiring and staffing and performance separately? I know that a lot of customers have done a ton of change management around, making sure that their hub strategy is clear to their managers. And so, yes, you know, all of these different hubs are still available via search and via your navigation. But when you click into any hub, it will all be brought into the manager insights hub. So you can kinda see there in that screenshot, you can see all of them as tabs. So that manager, if they click into time and scheduling or performance, for example, then they will see their other available hubs in that one place. Really making it easy for them to hop in and out into different areas to figure out what they need to support their team. Yeah. That's awesome. And one of the things that I really like about this coming to speaking of Pathway is at Workday. I used to work on our mobile app, and I I really love that this is available both on the desktop experience as well as on the mobile experience because so many managers that are out there aren't just sitting at a desktop or a laptop and doing things from a desk, but running around a retail floor. They're on the shop floor. It really is a a lot of different audiences that fall into that manager bucket, And that's something that we want and need, and I I hope and think that we are very cognizant of when we're building things like that. And one of the things that really stood out to me was was what AstraZeneca was saying coming out of our working with our new unified experience stuff. Yeah. No. Super exciting, that they shared this with us. But, really, this feedback is emanated throughout the program with all of the different customers, with quick actions and the different experiences that we've delivered to our EA program. We can see in the metrics and with customers that they can now find key tasks up to 50% faster because of the changes that we've delivered. So just really excited to be able to hear all of your guys' feedback around this in twenty five r two now that these things are available to you guys in preview. We hope all the trends that we saw within, the specific EAs program that we had continue on to all of you guys now that it's available. Yeah. Thank you so much, Jacqueline. It's it's so exciting to see how we're consolidating all this. There's a lot of questions I see coming in in chat and q and a around how manager insights hub will interact with with nav, what's available, whether ServiceNow articles can be pulled in through some of this stuff. So please keep placing all of your questions over in the q and a. We'll try to get to as many of those as we possibly can. And if not if not today, we'll make sure that we have answers for you elsewhere. But I definitely wanna make time make make sure we have time to talk about Workday everywhere. Alright, Tim. Now that we we've talked a bit about transforming the experience inside Workday, let's shift gears a little bit and talk about how we can meet employees where they're actually doing a lot of their day to day work, both in Microsoft Teams and Slack. And speaking a different manager audiences type, this is a great way where we're we're giving managers and our different users who are coming into Workday different options for for engaging, getting their information into the system so that you guys can all have better, cleaner, richer data in Workday and get more out of it. And that's really where Workday everywhere comes in. And, honestly, I wish this existed five, six years ago. So so, Tim, can you break it down for us and tell us a little bit about Workday everywhere and the problems it's solving? For sure. Hi, everyone. So maybe I'll give a quick pause and hopefully the audio issues for myself are resolved as well. And in the meantime, while I explain a little bit about the purpose of Workday Everywhere, we have a pull out there just to see how many of you, are aware of our existing products today. Right? We know many of you are using the Workday for Microsoft Teams app, the Workday for Slack app. So if you want to just answer that poll, and then maybe we can take a moment just to understand how many of our audience members are taking advantage of this experience improvement. So while people are filling out the poll, yeah, I can I can definitely give a high level of what Workday everywhere is and the purpose? I think, what you and Jacqueline were just talking about is the same problem we're trying to solve for the same users. Right? We consider managers and employees at your organization casual users of Workday, which means that they have a day job they need to focus on. And so Workday everywhere is understanding and recognizing that these casual users are spending most of their day in collaboration tools, like Microsoft Teams and Slack. And although Jacqueline and team are doing a fantastic job of making that experience inside Workday much better, helping people find things faster, take actions, Workday everywhere is trying to do the same thing, but allowing them to stay in their flow of work, because context switching is disruptive. I have a Google, Chrome browser. I have Slack up. I'm sure many of you have many windows open. It's just really nice to be able to get quick answers and take tasks or, take action right where you are. So that's really what Workday everywhere is all about. Maybe we can end the poll and see the results before we move forward. Okay. Alright. We got a pretty even split between yes for teams and yes for considering. Well, thank you to those that have enabled the product. Thank you to those that are considering it. And then no, not at this time. Maybe you aren't aware of it. Maybe you've heard of it and you aren't sure of some of the improvements. So why don't we hop into that? Yeah. I'm excited especially for this group because it it's gonna help us get real real practical here. There we go. I think we are back at it. So, yeah, let's let's get a little bit practical. Can you how are how can customers take advantage this? Sure. So today, you have access to the Workday for Microsoft Teams and Workday for Slack apps. They're included with your Workday subscription. So, it's very simple to set up. We have lots of resources we can send after this call. If you don't get tired listening to my voice, I have a fifteen minute video that runs through what you need to talk about with your IT team, how to announce it, how to configure and test. But, really, it is straight out of the box capabilities. So maybe we can go to some of the slides that talk through what's available today in the apps. So, one of the first things that users will be able to do when you go to the app once you've installed them is the amount of quick actions and conversations you can have with Workday Assistant. So with the quick actions, you have access to over 75 different capabilities, and those are based off of the products that you own for Workday as well as you have the configuration to turn on or off certain capabilities. Many of them are guide actions, so just helping people quickly find the right task or report. And some of the most impactful ones we see are the ones that bring information to you. For example, if, you know payday is coming up, you can just click a button to say, what's my payslip? Right? And it'll tell you that information. Or you can take action. So in that screen there, you can see in the top left, someone's giving feedback. Let's say for those 30% that are on a Microsoft Teams call, you someone gave a great presentation and you wanted to provide them feedback. With the Workday for Microsoft Teams app, you can stay within Teams. You can just launch, give feedback, and be able to type that message and submit that. The person will get notified, their manager, depending on the sharing settings. So you don't have to go context switch and navigate somewhere else. You can also do things like take time off. You can find out what what required learning you have. And if you see in the bottom right to you, you have access to your tasks. So we've seen a lot of, improvement here with people knowing what they need to do right within Slack and Teams because they can just quickly approve things. They can go to the inbox item. It's it's really fantastic. Yeah. That is so fantastic. It's so nice to be able to to go in and quickly do all of this. But it's not always just about getting things done. It feels like you guys have some really great dashboard experiences as well so people can find what they're looking for from an information and insights perspective. Yeah. Of course. So, you know, Workday isn't just about taking actions. It's about getting information that helps you take action. So, when users navigate to Workday for Slack and Microsoft Teams, they have access to two dashboards. So the employees have access to their own monthly calendar, which will show them things like upcoming required learning due, upcoming company holidays, and upcoming PTO that they have. But for managers, they have that plus more. So they can see information about their team. They have a a full my team dashboard. And some of the things that it says today are things like, your employees' anniversaries or birthday. So if you are a manager that likes to celebrate those moments, you can do that by seeing that in the calendar. And then if it's a busy time of year, you get to see not only the PTO of your team, but also upcoming holidays, and that works internationally, required learning for your team. So it's really a comprehensive picture that you can just you're within teams. You You can get that information. And from our data, we usually see a spike on Mondays for managers coming back to this tab. So, through our customer conversations as well as some of the usage, we know that the data here has been pretty impactful. Yeah. That's it's so nice and so interesting to be able to see that Monday is the the hot day. Anything else you want us to talk about? Yeah. I think there is one more important capability that everyone here should know about. And, I'm bringing that up because it's the number one piece of feedback we get in terms of how powerful this is for, your organization. And that is the ability to not just be notified, but actually take action on those approvals and actions right within Slack and Teams. So some of the, approvals that you have access to today, for example, if someone on your team requests time off, you as a manager can get notified right within Slack and Teams and approve that. You'll get the details of who it is, the time they're taking off, and we're improving that all the time. For example, for twenty five r two, you have some existing notifications, like if someone enrolls in a course that costs money and you need to approve them. We're improving the the design of the notification, so it's actually reaching out to what we call unconnected users. If you roll this out to your organization and somebody doesn't connect, but one of their employees has an action for them, we have a way to drive engagement by letting that user know if you connect to our apps, you can take action. So, and you'll see in in a couple slides of what that has turned into, but notifications are are really impactful here. It's the number one feedback we get. And in the future, we're gonna be adding more. So right now, you have access to my tasks. We talked a little bit about that. And in the future, you'll be able to be notified about, new tasks available for specific ones, be able to take action right there. For others, more complex or confidential, we wanna bring you back into Workday. Yeah. That's absolutely incredible. And I see what some of the questions that are starting to come up about this. And one of the things that's usually top of mind for customers is what's the lift, and what kind of value, what's the time to value on all of this? So I know we we had anticipated this since we hear it a lot. Wanna talk a little bit about what this means to actually get turned on and set up and start to see some results from it? For sure. Well, why don't I start with what it takes to enable it, and then we'll get into some of the results. I like sharing this story because it's one of my favorites. Becky, you've mentioned risings coming up, and I hope I get to meet some of you on this call there. We'll be at the user experience booth. One of the previous risings, a customer came up to me, didn't know anything about Workday Everywhere. We gave them a demo. They came to one of a presentation like this. And the next day, they had Workday Everywhere set up in their, preview environment. So just to show you, the lift is really quite simple. A lot of those capabilities come out of the box. It's based off of your Workday assistant and your Workday security, but it's not realistic for a lot of you to turn it on in one day. We understand that. So, typically, we see customers enable this in about a month, maybe two, and the majority of that time comes from the conversations internally. So this is not something where if, for example, if you're on the call and you're an HR administrator, you can't just enable this by yourself. You have to talk with whoever your teams or your Slack administrator is, come up with a plan of how you want to first configure and test it, shout out to the video that you can learn, how to do all of this, and the resources after this call. But those conversations are really what takes the most time trying to answer questions about security, privacy. And then after that, it's very simple to turn on, you know, have a pilot group test it, and then we have announcements and change management documentation of how you can launch this to users in production. So, the the long winded way of me explaining that was probably longer than it will take you to actually turn on the domains and and enable this. Alright. So yeah. No joke. We've heard we've heard so many customers come up and tell us about how quick they were able to do it and doing it in the hotel rooms when they are rising and coming back with questions the next day. So it's never as bad as people think. That's right. And then you asked a good question about value. So what are people seeing? Well, I mentioned about the notifications and the reaching unconnected users to drive adoption. We have seen from customers that, you know, when you do things like install for everyone, you put out a an do things like install it for everyone, you put out a an announcement campaign. It actually does cause a three times engagement, when you interact with the Workday for Teams app. And and what does that mean to, you know, engage more with Workday? Well, it boils down to really time saved, and time to task being faster. So we know one customer, for example, who came up to us and said, hey. Our approvals used to take two days on average. So, for example, if Becky was my manager and I sent her a request to review something, now that customer said it only takes a half a day for that manager to know about it, take action on it, and it really does speed up the process, which is both great for you as an organization, but also great for the employee as well because they have their day job and they need to do things quickly and get back to their work. And then that the, improvement in time to approvals, you have that 1.5 times. So we are seeing a lot of, people wanting to stay within Slack and Teams asking for more. They're like, hey. I love what I can do today, and I just wanna do more. I wanna take action more. And that's really where we're headed, especially around the notification piece. Yeah. That's that's so exciting. And I know we wanna leave a a lot of time here for q and a because we've got a lot of stuff coming in. So so thank you, Tim. I know let's before we move over to q and a, let's just take a second, recap some of the things that you can do today to turn to increase your user experience features and functionality that are being used in your organization and get a better experience out for them right now. So let's make it simple. If there is something that you recommended people started today, Tim, what are what's the one or two things that you would recommend? Yeah. In terms of, getting started with Workday Everywhere? Yeah. Yeah. Sorry. I was reading some of the q and a. So, yeah, one of the things is we'll have some resources out after this that you can take a look to make sure you understand all of the capabilities. I would say attend rising as well or at least go for some of those on demand sessions. We're gonna have a a fantastic moments where we're talking about where we're headed. And then, one of the questions I've actually received from a few people in this chat today is learning about the, comparison between what Workday Assistant has and Workday Everywhere. And so, understanding that for those that do have Workday Assistant, many of the capabilities turn into the quick actions or the chat conversations. And then for those that aren't using Workday Assistant, you can still enable Workday Everywhere, and you'll get the impact of those dashboards and the notifications we talked about. Yeah. Absolutely. And even beyond just the Workday Everywhere side is is Jacqueline comes back on and joins us here on stage for our q and a. Lot of things that that you can do both within Workday Everywhere to get started with that, but also with our unified experience work. Turn on some of the updates to home, explore and enable all of the quick actions. Tim talked a lot and Jacqueline as well about what that's gonna be able to do to uplift that experience for your employees, get them to what they're trying to do faster, quicker, easier. Also, within the the docs here, over on Workday community, dive into the UX adoption toolkit and all of that documentation. You'll find a lot there about what is what's gonna be easy for you to get started with if it's not something you're starting with today. We also have a great experience that is gonna be, at the UX expo zone at Workday Rising. So So if you happen to be at Rising, swing over to our expo area. We're doing a touch screen user adoption assessment where you can go through with our top 13 recommended features, see how which of them you have, what would be recommended for you to turn on. Also, as always, connect with your CSM, your Workday contact. We're here to help you. We really wanna make sure that you're getting the most out of your Workday. Your employees are getting the best experience they possibly can. But to help you do that, we'll take the last couple of minutes here to take a look at some questions and get you answers as quick as we can here. So, I'm just gonna go ahead and start from the the bottom up while we we correlate a little bit of what we have. First one is for you, Tim. Do we have Workday for Zoom, or is it just for Teams and Slack? Yeah. It's a it's a great question. Today, we only have Workday for Microsoft Teams and Workday for Slack, and I saw some other different platforms that people were asking about. We regularly assess, you know, how many customers we see on those platforms, what the partnership is like. We connect with Zoom regularly, and it's not something that we plan on adding, like an app just like you see today in Zoom. But I'd like to pair that question with, another question which I flagged, if that's okay, Becky. And and that, someone asked, what does the future look like for Workday everywhere Teams apps in the world of other AI agents, which I think will go well with the last question. So I was mentioning a little bit about some of the future in terms of new notifications. But today in Workday everywhere, the, assistant experience that you have is really that natural language processor does help people find what they need. But I know agents, are being worked on inside Workday, and there's one in particular, the Workday self-service agent, that is really taking that idea to the next level and allowing people to ask, you know, natural conversational questions, have back and forth, find information even better. It's trained on better models. And so we're looking right now of how to best include that inside Workday everywhere. So whether you're experiencing the Workday agents in Workday, you get that experience across the other modes as well, including inside Workday everywhere. In addition, we are also working with the collaboration tools that have their own agents. Names. So Microsoft Teams has Microsoft Copilot, Slack Salesforce has Salesforce Agentforce, and we are working to connect our agents with those so that there's a seamless handoff no matter where you are to get that workday information. Yeah. And that's something that I think if if folks join us at rising, they'll be able to hear some more about. Mhmm. Great. Let's switch it up a little bit just to to go back to our unified experience work. One of the questions in here for you, Jackie, someone's asking if manager insights hub is one of the items that is configurable and able to put into navigation. Would you like to talk a little bit about navigation configuration and how that might work? Yeah. Sure. There's actually a slide in here that we skipped. So maybe if we can pop back into that GlobalNow slide. I can see a lot of customers have questions about it. So I'll just have a couple of questions live here related to GlobalNow. But, Becky, the one you prompted in terms of manager insights hub, that's something a user can actually pin. So a user can personalize their navigation themselves by pinning, and manager insights hub is definitely one of those options that they can pin. But, additionally, there's a ton of new configuration options for you, as well as, like, we we organize the configuration page to make it easier for you to do so. So you can see now, here on the right hand side, we've broken up the configuration for Global Nav into the actual categories. We default you sets of categories based off of persona. So you can see personal team, there's administrator, there's recruiter, there's other different types of categories that you will receive by default. And then you can go in and configure all of the categories the way that you want. One thing that are also got questions on was, is this across desktop and mobile? Yes. So for the first time, our mobile menu and our desktop menu are aligned. And not only are they aligned, you can configure the mobile and the mobile menu via this new configuration experience, and you can even see what tasks are on mobile specifically, something that we would know was just highly requested. So touching on those topics there. And then another question I'm seeing a lot in the chat is, is the sidebar an opt in? And that's yes. So you have to go to maintain feature opt ins to opt in to that experience. But we do plan to make everything default sometime in 2026. So I would really highly suggest in twenty twenty five r two to invest the time now to configure all of these experiences together because they were developed together. They're intended to feed into one another to build that best user experience. So would suggest doing it now so that, you're prepared when everything is default on in 2026. Thanks, Jacqueline. Let's go back to Workday everywhere. We got a couple of questions in here that that we also get a lot from customers. Is Workday everywhere a nonstarter if you're not using Workday assistant? You have to have Workday Assistant to use Workday Everywhere. What are your thoughts on that, Tim? Yeah. So I did see a few questions about that. Ideally, you would use both, and the reason is is because Workday Assistant does power many of the quick actions. Some of the most popular ones we see from our data are assistant backed. For example, requesting time off, viewing your payslip information. However, it's not a prerequisite. So you can turn on Workday everywhere. I think I mentioned before that, you'll still get the notifications. You'll still get the dashboards. And for those that feel uncomfortable with maybe turning it on inside your desktop, you do have the ability to have the, Workday system inside Workday everywhere, but not have it in your browser. I don't recommend it. I recommend having both so your users can experience the system in both places. But just the long and short of it is, yeah, you you don't need Workday system. It just improves the experience when you have it. Yeah. One another question that we're getting in here a lot, and it looks like it's it's probably for both of you. How much does this stuff cost? If you wanna turn on Workday everywhere, is there a fee associated with that? If you wanna turn on some of the stuff you've been talking about, Jacqueline, are there fees associated with it? You guys wanna take those? What's its view here and what's not? Yeah. Sure. I can start us off. So for my section with unified experience, the all of the features outside of extend cards, will be available to all customers with your HCM subscription. So we really wanna just unleash as much tooling and improvements for you guys with your core HCM subscription. It's just anything that touches extend, of course, you would need that extend subscription. But I'll I know there are questions as well in the chat of, oh, we don't have extend, but we still want some of these configuration options. We are also, in 2026, going to be delivering more card options for you to create and configure for home, hubs, journeys, etcetera, that you don't need an extend subscription for. So, we're definitely continuing this trend of more config in 2026. Right? What about Workday everywhere? Yeah. The fortunate thing is not only is it quite easy to set up a test environment and get yourself going, it is no additional cost to your Workday subscription. Again, it's it's really about just improving the experience and, you know, meeting people in your flow of work. And so those apps, you can download them, try them out, and it's really up to you. But, yeah, no additional cost. Great. And Workday Assistant is another one that we're I see we're getting questions about whether it is being monetized or if that's free. Workday Assistant, what's available to turn on today, that Workday Assistant to get it into to Teams and Slack. You can turn that on. It's also included right now. And so a lot of this, take advantage of it. It's not something it's all included in your HCM subscription. We're not charging extra for it. A lot so much of this is just available. It's a matter of finding the time and resources to deploy and get them out to your employees. So we're we're really excited about that. It's always nice when we can tell you stuff's not not doesn't have a SKU attached to it. Another question we are getting in here is, is it possible to link ServiceNow items in Workday? How about is that something you can you can take for us, Jacqueline? Yeah. Of course. Yeah. Definitely a big question a lot of our customers in the program had as well, and so we thought about that very specifically. Like, if you have knowledge articles in ServiceNow or a lot of customers have, like, their facilities management or asset management in ServiceNow, how can they connect that? So I wanna highlight a couple areas. Custom search, for example, if you have an external link to a specific place in ServiceNow, we suggest linking to ServiceNow via a custom search topic. If there's a certain page for, within ServiceNow as well that you want easily linkable because your users have to access it often, like, for facilities requests, we see customers putting that in global navigation or quick actions, for example. And there's a ton of other experiences that weren't highlighted for unified experience, in this one, but we're gonna link them in the resources. But journeys, onboarding plans, there's several other places where you can now link to ServiceNow and embed information from their APIs as well within Workday. So would suggest reviewing the resources and the bigger, unified experience webinar that we just did a couple weeks ago. Awesome. Thank you so much, Jacqueline. Thank you, Tim. This is this has been incredibly valuable. You can tell from the amount of questions and chat we're getting on it. I'm clearly getting the sign that it's time for us to start wrapping up here. Things have turned red and flashing on my side. If there are other questions you have, specific questions you have that we didn't get to, If the teams have bandwidth, we'll certainly be reaching out and trying to get answers to you. Also, don't hesitate to send an send questions to us, send them to your CSM. We're here to help you. Thank you all for spending your mornings with us and your afternoons with us if you're on the the East Coast. We really appreciate it. There is now a survey that is on your screen, the one I mentioned at the beginning. Tell us if this is valuable. If you want more of these, we certainly have other features that we can go into, and we would love to talk to you about. And no matter what tomorrow brings, we're committed to building a trusted partnership and a great user experience with you for your employees. We're really excited about what that future holds. So if you wanna hear more about that future, join us at Workday Rising. We'll be talking a lot more about that. We also had some questions about where to find us at Rising. The adoption assessment that I mentioned, that will be at the user experience expo zone. You'll find us this year in Muscone West. That will be the big building where all of the sessions are taking place. So head over there to the user experience expo. You'll find our adoption, adoption central area. You'll also see booths that are talking about everything that you heard here today, even more of our user experience functionality that's available for you. So that's a great place to go and learn more. And then our session catalog is available on the website now. Just filter for the user experience sessions. You'll find us. And as always, if there is anything else we can do to help you, we are here for you, and we cannot wait to see you at Rising this year. Thanks again all. Take care.
