Hello, everyone. We'll give you just another minute for people to filter in. I see the numbers growing. So glad to have all of you joining us today. We'll start in just a moment. Alright. And the turnout is still growing. Wonderful to see. But let's go ahead and jump in. Thanks for joining us today for Empowering Accounting Teams to take the driver's seat with Contract Intelligence, and we will be featuring the Iowa Hospital Association at this webinar today. A couple of housekeeping items, and then we'll do introductions. First off, today's webinar is being recorded. It will be made available on demand afterwards. So, hopefully, if you have colleagues you wanna share it with or anyone else, that will be possible. Secondly, we have a q and a box that I encourage people to take advantage of. Please ask questions as we go. We may save them up for the end. We may answer them along the way. We'll do, we'll we'll try to address every question that we can't. So please don't hesitate. And then finally, we will be talking about some future product development here. So that is all subject to our product statement. Alright. With that, let's do some quick introductions. My name is Hal Marcus. I'm a principal in product marketing at Workday. I came to the company with the acquisition of Evisort late last year. I'm a lawyer. Please don't hold that against me. I know a lot of people on this call are are likely not in legal or legal operations. This is a little bit of a different focus, from what we often talk about in the context of contract life cycle management. We're gonna be talking about the implications of contract data for accounting, for, accounts receivable, accounts payable, revenue recognition, and how one of our customers is using Evisort for those purposes. Now here's the flow of what we're gonna do today. I am joined, and he's backstage at the moment, but Steve Patelis, our senior solutions consultant, will be, joining us to do a live demo. But before that, for logistical reasons, we went ahead and actually prerecorded our interview with several members of, one of our customers. And we advance to the next slide, and you'll see them. Kelly Spong, who's a paralegal and the director of legal operations at Iowa Hospital Association, Stephanie Dabney, VP of operations, and Erin Andweg, who is accounting operations administrative assistant. So our interview runs about twenty minutes. We're gonna play that interview, and then we're gonna come back. I will, show you a couple of more quick things before I hand it off to Steve to do a live demo, and then we will be taking q and a. So I hope you'll stick around. I hope you'll ask plenty of questions, and we really, hope that we'll have plenty that we can cover with you. So with that, let me go ahead and start sharing that video. Very glad to be here right now with our panelists from the Iowa Hospital Association. Let's give everyone a a round of welcomes. Firstly, Kelly, Kelly Spong, paralegal and director of legal operations for IHA. Hi, Kelly. Thanks for being here. Thank you so much for having me. Can you tell us briefly, what your role is and and, how long you've been at the organization? Yeah. So I handle almost all the contracts that come in and out of the Iowa Hospital Association. I also, have worked in some of the events. My background is hospitality. I'm so happy to be a multifaceted player here at IHA. And I worked here a little over a year and a half. I finished my paralegal certificate in '23 and was hired just before I finished that. So glad to be here, at IHA. Thanks for being here, Kelly. And Stephanie Dabney, vice president of operations for IHA. Stephanie? Hi. I have been at IHA almost three years now. This is my second step back, and I work in with accounting and just operations in general. Thanks, Stephanie. And Erin Andweg, accounting operations administrative assistant for IHA. Erin? Hi. Yeah. So I work with Stephanie in the accounting department. I have been here for just under a year and a half, so I just started a little after Kelly. But I in my role, I do a lot of accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, and confirming contracts are showing what we are invoiced for and really anything and everything accounting. Great. Thanks, Erin. Glad to have you all here with us today. So let's take a moment to get folks, familiar with the Iowa Hospital Association. Kelly, can you walk us through the mission of the organization and little about its history? Yeah. So the association was established in 1929, and we provide advocacy, education, and information to our members. And we represent and advocate health policy issues benefiting Iowans before the state legislature, US Congress, and regulatory bodies. The Iowa Hospital Association is in Des Moines, Iowa State Capitol and is an aligned member of the American Hospital Association. Our purpose is to reimagine health care in Iowa for life changing outcomes. Thanks for that, Kelly. And I'll do a quick walk through now our platform just for those that are not familiar so they learn a little bit about the technology that you've implemented, and then we're gonna dive in to the way that you use it. So the platform, of, formally Evisort, now Workday Contract Intelligence and Workday Contract Lifecycle Management starts with a really basic notion, which is really this. Contracts aren't just documents, they're data. And getting to that data within the contracts is valuable on multiple levels for knowing what's in those agreements, being able to make informed decisions, drive your business forward, manage your accounting, in a much more effective fashion. But also it helps get the contracts through the life cycle more efficiently as well. And it's really critical that people get to that information because without it, all the different departments of an organization are not able to see what they really need to manage their, business well, to make informed decisions, to find cost savings, to grow the business the way that they would like. So with that in mind, we do three core things as an AI native end to end contract life cycle management solution. The first is connect to your contracts wherever they are and whatever format they're in. If they're in 12 different places, a 100 different places, or one centralized repository. Whatever format they're in, we can bring all of those contracts into a unified contract repository and apply next generation OCR and AI to all of that data so that we can turn all that unstructured data into meaningful structured data. And then we give you all the tools you need to analyze those contracts from search, filtering, dashboards, reports, anything that you would need to know what's in those agreements. And we do that with prebuilt AI models and also the ability to customize your AI modeling however you would like. So that's connect and analyze, and then here's the third, and that is accelerate. For those that want to have an end to end solution from ticketing, through drafting, through negotiation, approvals, signature, and then finally storage and management of those agreements, we have all of those workflows as well, self-service, no code workflows. You can configure them on your own, and they're also AI powered. So these are the three core things that we do, and I like to call it out this way very specifically because we offer them up in two different ways product wise. The first is the Workday CLM solution, which includes everything that you see. The second is Workday contract intelligence, which includes only the AI and analytics capabilities, not the workflow. So and the reason we do that is some organizations already have other workflow solutions. They wanna plug our AI into those solutions to make them more effective and efficient. So that's what we do in a nutshell, and that's what's been implemented across the board on a CLM basis at the Iowa Hospital Association. So let's jump into the way IHA is benefiting from our CLM. And we're gonna talk about three core things, contract processing and data points, so how we're managing contracting efficiently and transparently. The second is supporting accounts receivable and accounts payable and how knowing what's in those agreements is helpful. And then we'll talk about revenue recognition with invoicing and auditing and how, again, access to that contract data is valuable on that front. So let's jump in first with contract processing at IHA. And, Kelly, can you walk us through, how you chose the platform, how we got started with it, and the kinds of contracts you're managing in it? Absolutely. So, by '90 Purim is our chief legal officer, and he had worked with Eviswort previously. At his previous employment, he had introduced it to them. It was such a hit there. He brought it here to IHA when he moved back as the chief legal officer. So we're really excited and happy with Evisort and all of its offerings. We do go ahead and use the workload ticketing primarily for one department, but we are looking to expand that to multiple departments to help not only ticket various contracts, but also keep track of timing, how long is it taking with the business partner versus with us here in house, so that we're able to provide the best service not only to the various departments here at IHA, but to our business partners, outside of IHA. So, we do have a lot of different types of agreements ranging from education speaker programs, to management agreements, to vendor agreements. We do also house two subsidiaries here at IHA, IHIP and Servicher, so we handle all of their contracts as well. So, Kelly, you were telling me about, previously about that educational program, and I was I made a note of this in the slide because I was surprised to see just how broad that was, how many contracts a year you were managing as part of the educational program. Yeah. We manage at least hundreds of contracts for speakers. We'll have events all day events where we have six, seven, eight speakers at just one day. So we offer at least a 100 plus events a year, so that can be a whirlwind of speakers. And, being able to be a part of keeping those agreements in lockstep, not having version control issues, not sifting through emails looking for those agreements, has been wonderful. And I love how DocuSign is attached to Evisort, so they play well into each other once we're ready to sign. I can do all of that through Evisort, and the document, once signed, gets kicked right back into Evisort for me to then file away. So no need to download from emails anymore. And what are some of the fields or the data points that the system is extracting from these contracts that wind up being useful for you? Yeah. So it extracts, the day of the events, the, accounting information, like what's going on, how much are we paying them, are we paying them based on a certain mileage expense, or are we paying a flat fee? What happens in the in case of an emergency or they're they cancel on us or we cancel on them? These are some of the points that we're tracking. Great. And have you, seen, an improvement in the ability to get contracts through the system, getting them to signature like you're saying with DocuSign and get them managed? Have have your you know, how has it affected your routing and your workflows? Yeah. So, having that workflow ticketing allows us to use our template more often as opposed to taking on, business partner contracts, which keeps us in more in line and in step with what we're expecting from speakers. So that's a huge win and it allows for a more expeditious flow because it's on our paper. So we are very obviously, we very much agree with those terms. So that is also very great for us. Being such a small legal department of just myself and the chief legal officer. So time is, really of the essence. Great. Thanks. Alright. Well, let's move on to the second point. And for this, we're gonna turn to Aaron talking about supporting AR and AP by having more visibility into your contract. So, Aaron, you have to manage those hundreds of contracts to a large degree in the educational program. Can you tell us a bit about, how the platform has helped you do that? Yeah. So whenever we have an education program happen, or an event, I will then get, for anyone that we do need to pay either an honorarium or expenses, I get an invoice that needs gets approved and needs to be paid. So then what I do is I go into Evisort, find the contract for that person for that specific date, for that specific event, go down to where the reimbursements or the honorarium would be, check to make sure we're paying the correct amount that is on the invoice. And then if I have any questions, I can bounce it back to who is approving it. So just really ensuring that we're paying the correct amount to what we agreed on in Eversor and in our contracts. So, Erin, what was this like before? How did she manage this before you had a centralized repository with access to these data points? Honestly, this has always been here since I started. So with staff having been here longer than I have, she may be able to talk more to that. But, yeah, as long as I've been here, EverStart has been here. So Okay. That's good to hear. That that made life easier. And, actually, we're gonna transition to Stephanie now as well. And, Stephanie, if you have commentary on that, that'd be great. But you, you know, you go far beyond the educational program contracts. You manage a lot of these partner contracts as well. So what's been your experience previously, and can you tell us about how you manage these service share agreements and what that's all about? Yeah. Absolutely. So a lot of what we used to do was just being told what we pay, and being told what to invoice. Now it's very transparent. It's easier to see what we're supposed to be doing, understanding it because we're the ones that are gonna get the questions. And if we can't answer them, it makes it a little bit harder to, track down who can. So some of these partnership contracts, it's just reviewing them, and I think it it's it's an annual thing because some of our contracts have an pay increase each year. There's also commissions wrapped up into it. So it's just trying to verify what they're supposed to be paying. If there's a minimum, they either pay the minimum or if they go above that minimum, we have to make sure that they're calculating that commission's check correctly or payment. So having that knowledge and being able to just look out and not save a document and hope that it's the latest and greatest. So this way, you always know you're on the right version, and you can determine for yourself what should these commission payments look like, what should these invoices look like. So, you're able to validate what's coming in or you're and sounds like you're also able to tell the partners, you know, what should be invoiced. Absolutely. And it's definitely taking off some workload and get giving us an opportunity to better serve our colleagues. Right. Well, with that in mind, let's move on to the third core point where we get a little more specifically now into revenue recognition. So you need to do audits on a regular basis around this. Right? Yes. So, some of these invoices are annual invoices, and, I've heard us being told to invoice them. We don't know if it's specifically for that month work or if it's actually an annual. It's just hoping that we get all information from our colleagues not having the contracts in person or to review ourselves. They do a great job, but there's always that chance of something not quite getting across clearly. So with being able to review the contracts, I'm able to send them to we have an annual audit, so I'm able to send them to the auditors. So I'm not reaching out to make sure that I have the correct contract. I can just go out and pull it and send it to our auditors, and then I can also do my annual reviews to make sure that what we have we're invoicing all of our partners, invoicing all of our contracts for AR, and that we know what they're for. Now you made a point to me that you've begun to use our Ask AI interface to get answers about contracts. Can you tell us a bit about that? Yeah. So Ask AI, definitely recommend. It's been, a time saver because I can just ask it a question if I'm just looking at a contract to see what do they owe annually. So I can just ask what's their payment annually, and it'll give me the answer, and then I'll have reference points of where it found that in the contract. So I can click on those points, and it'll take me to that point in the contract. And I can validate that AI was reading it based off what my question was. Let's give everyone a little bit of a visual cue on this, which is this is really just the ability to do exactly what Stephanie said, ask really any question about one contract or, actually, now across if you want all of your contracts in your repository or at least all the ones you have access to because you can have obviously many folders and access points for different users. And it will give you, as Stephanie said, a link to the source of the answer that it's providing. So you can always validate that and make sure you've got the information that you need. This has really democratized, I think, how people can interact with the contracts and get the answers they need. There was always search and, reports and such. This is a much more direct straightforward way to get right to the information you need. So, Stephanie, it sounds like this has been really handy for you. Yeah. It's been a great tool to utilize for a lot of my auditing stuff. Great. Thanks. Well, let's take it back to Kelly, and let's talk about how this all came together. What's been the overall benefit? You've called out some key points when we've talked about this before. Absolutely. So definitely high on the list is efficiency. Legal departments have a reputation of being not the department of no, but the department of slow. But in reality, we are pushing contracts left, right, and center. I promise you. And we are working hard for our clients here, in house, our departments. So that is able to be tracked through the workflow ticketing. We're able to keep conversations regarding those contracts within the tool itself as opposed to having conversations in emails, and then you go back to the email, and you have to find the chain and exactly what was said. All that can be done within the tool, which is great for any sort of succession planning moving forward. If anything were to happen or I did not have access to my emails necessarily, I could still see the history behind some of the agreements, which is so great and some of the conversations that were had. It allows everyone to know exactly which was the final agreement, not the final to the final or final number three. This was the signed agreement if it's in Evisort, and it is the source, of truth and information. So that is a big plus. I used to work in a law firm and, yes, we would struggle with, wait. This is the draft? No. Did this get executed? Where is the executed? It's in someone's email. We need that stored. So Evisort kinda keeps that all in one place anyway. It just kinda flows through, hence workflow. Yeah. So I truthfully believe contact should be doing the work. That's what they're intended to do. It's just really hard for them to do that work stuck in some sort of email chain or link. So it's really important and it's so great to have a system like Evisort where I can store all that information and have the ability to have a conversation with my documents through conversational AI. Thanks for that, Kelly. We often hear from customers about that that just core concept that there's one source of truth of what is the final executed contract. And then taking it one step further, the amendments that go along with that, any supporting documentation like SOWs. And increasingly, we're seeing customers pull in like purchase orders and invoices and mother related documents and then tying that together with the core agreement. Having that that one source of truth for all of it turns out to be really valuable. Absolutely. Yes. With Evasort, you can actually physically put them all in a family tree if you will. So it's a one stop shop with the grouping tool in the sort. Hey, Kelly. Looking forward, is there something you're you're looking forward to doing in terms of expanding use of the platform or anything along those lines? I think we're excited to just have everybody start using the workflow ticketing tool. It's worked so well with our education department. We are looking to expand that opportunity to all of our departments. So that and it's not only just to show, like, hey. Where is this in process? But if something were to happen and they can say, okay. Well, Kelly kicked this to the business partner. So we will follow-up with them if Kelly needs to be out for whatever reason last minute. So, projects don't have to suddenly come to a standstill just because, your paralegal or your director of legal operations isn't there to, check on it. So everyone's kind of in on on the process. It's not one person's sole responsibility, but a collaborative effort. Well, I think that says it all. Kelly, thanks so much for being here. Stephanie, Erin, we really appreciate you taking the time to document all this. Thank you. Thank you. Yep. And we are back live. I wanna say a quick thank you to our panelists, the folks at Iowa Hospital Association, and I will be resharing my screen right now. And it is not the one I meant to share. Bear with me for a moment. You know what? I will do it from here and go full screen again. So thanks, everyone. What I wanted to do is right before I hand it off to Steven Patellas, he's gonna take us through a live demo in just a moment. I wanted to actually highlight one other customer of the hundreds of customers of Evisort because this is sort of an unusual story. We are now part of Workday, as I mentioned at the top. We were acquired by Workday late last year. And for several years before we became part of Workday, Workday was a customer of Evisort and implemented our platform, put in 88,000 contracts. Today, that number is actually still over a 100,000. And what they were finding that they were able to save by tracking every inquiry that came into legal, what it would have cost with outside counsel for review, how quickly they were able to turn things around and save hours. They saved a 143 plus thousand hours in one year and got a total return on investment quarter after quarter of thirty five x on what they had spent on Evisort. So we're often asked, you know, do you drink your own champagne? In this case, that was Workday liked, what they were drinking so much, they got into the champagne business. So that is how we became part of Workday. And now that we are part of Workday, a couple of things are changing. We are now selling Evisort as Workday CLM and contract intelligence as I indicated earlier in that video, But we're also being thoroughly integrated into the Workday ecosystem, and that spans the Workday products related to HR, to financial planning, to procurement and strategic sourcing. And in particular, I wanna highlight for those on this call that we are becoming now a key part of the Workday Source To Pay ecosystem. So in months to come, you will be seeing a lot more, if you happen to be using those Workday products, of Evisort being integrated into the entire source to pay process. Providing the contracts component that gets you to that signed contract, puts it in the repository, but also that is doing risk analysis, automatic redlining, other AI powered tools and analysis that span the entire life cycle of how you work with those contracts. So, hopefully, that's something of interest to people on this call. And with that, I'm gonna call Steve Patellas to the stage, and we are gonna go live onto his computer into a demo. Steve? Fantastic, Hal. Thank you so very much. And for everyone in attendance, thank you for taking the time to spend with us. I'm gonna get right into this. And and to Hal's point that he made right when we got started, we're going to focus on taking those post signed, post award contracts and bringing them into the system. So let me get my, screen shared. We're going to show the extraction and and all the, the benefits that we will receive as a result of doing just that. So let's get the screen shared. And I like to start where I'm going to end. And the reason why I do so is because just by virtue of loading in all of your contracts from a variety of from the variety of different locations where they may be stored inside your your location, we're going to benefit by being able to present and paint these different dynamic real time dashboards that we can engage with. So let's let me show you how we can get to this point first. So first and foremost, I go over to my documents area. This is the repository, this is the resulting view that I will achieve once I align and coordinate all of these documents into this single source of truth. The way that I do so is using some of these predefined integration points. I've established this and and Evisort has has supported this this concept where we provide, you know, integration points into the most commonly used electronic signature applications or sales applications, customer facing and and and such. Other applications as well as, you know, providing these easy paths to synchronize the data back from your storage locations, be it in, Google Drive, Box, SharePoint, etcetera. We know you have all these documents, you know, all throughout your environment. Let's get them into a single source by way of leveraging these integration points. And, you know, I'm gonna simulate what that would look like and and do so in real time. I really wanted to showcase the the speed in which this platform is able to, to to to really get this information into the system. So I'm simply going to upload a document and you'll see in real time how our system is extracting the details found in this document, and it we can review this as well as other documents, that that I've, that I've kind of gone through the same process with in a moment as well. When I want to see those provisions and the information that has been digitized, from that unstructured document, information into structured data, this is the view that I'm going to achieve just by simply push having that integration point into your, your your source documents. Evasort is going to work a contract intelligence, is going to pull out and extract all of this information. You can clearly see, this is the result of that contract being scanned into the document and it's it's obvious. It's not the best example, from a a clip, you know, this this artifacts and this, you know, wrinkles and coffee stains and handwritten information in here. All of this tends to be extremely challenging for, for for AI systems to to understand. So we have gone through though and successfully extracted, OCR'd, and digitized this this version of the contract so that it's searchable, and we can extract things out of out of it like the different fields, the different, clauses that we've evaluated. So in this case, I simply go ahead and click on the clause language that I'm finding over here in this panel, and I'm going to be immediately directed to that area of the contract where that language is sourced. And it's important to note that the application is not, you know, just based on specific rules or or or looking for specific, examples in order to to, present results. It understands the conceptual nature of the words, the digits, and and letters and such in their order. So, for example, as I click on the force majeure clause and what we have defined this force majeure clause to be, It is nowhere inside does it say force majeure. And in fact, in the old way of doing so, I may go ahead and do a search, like control f, and try to find all instances of where force may exist. It's not finding it in that clause. Our system is smart enough to understand the concepts, and because we are excusing non performance due to, acts outside of our control, that is force majeure by by definition. So that's how we're able to to do this, and the same thing is, applies for things like, you know, the the metadata that's extracted from this this contract. And again, we're able to to really step through this this information, store this data, and be able to really manipulate it. One of the things that I wanted to to talk about though is really one of my favorite areas of the application. And it's my favorite because we're looking at and what we've been reviewing are the standard 70 or so extraction points that our data model will support based on the evaluation of millions and millions of publicly available documents. That said, every single customer has their own nuanced use cases that they may want to interact with the system and potentially even expand or extend that data model. So by that, I'm going to I wanna show you something where I can look at another type of contract, for example, that I've loaded just prior to to jumping in here, just for time purposes. But I can start to ask questions of this. And I use Ask AI to interact in a conversational way, just like somebody that knew nothing about the legal landscape may use to to ask questions. And I can say something like, you know, or I I can leverage a, a, some saved questions, for example. So instead of typing them in because I'm definitely under under time constraints, I will misspell or just not really be able to remember everything that I want to to capture in this question. So in this case, I've typed it out in advance. I've actually saved that question, and now it becomes part of this list of questions that I can access moving forward. And, of course, I'm asking these questions around pricing discrepancies found in this particular manufacturing agreement. One of them has to do with, you know, cost plus adjustments, for example, that that may be found in this document. The cool thing here is that these are questions that any normal person may ask of this contract, and Ask AI will go and and reference the four corners of this document to serve up a response for you. One of my favorite pieces is that it is going to cite and reference the the information as it's sourced from that contract. So you can trust the information that is being presented to you. We all know in those horror stories about, you know, incorrect information that is being passed off as correct information, and that is definitely not the case here. We are able to to understand and exactly, reference where these these these responses have been sourced. And finally, actually, two two final points here. Although I'm focused on a single document, I could, of course, broaden my my lens, broaden my scope to look at a broader set of documents, whether they be all of my documents that are in that repository or just contracts that fit a specific type of, requirement or, you know, filtering characteristic. And then finally here, I'm also able to automate this. So we won't go into this, but what this will allow us to do is to literally ask this question moving forward to extend the data model. As a business user, I'm able to do this so that every other manufacturing agreement that comes over, you know, into the repository moving forward will have this information automatically extracted. Extremely powerful, extremely, configurable so that it can align with your specific and adjusted or or or changing, requirements. I'll leave you with this. I I know that, we're kind of a little bit, time constrained. So I I there's a million things I'd love to show you in this platform, but we'll talk a little bit about some of the dashboards and and some of the insights that we can take action upon. So, you know, when I'm looking at, you know, accounting and and and things like that, I'm gonna wanna look at, you know, certain specific pieces of of of data and and detail, and I want that information to be live, and I want it to be filterable. So here's a couple of examples of standard dashboards that we provide, and it's it's outstanding the way that we take a brand new environment by way of, you know, newly created, point it to those documents in the the organization's, you know, four walls and, you know, by way of those integration points. And looking at what was a completely barren dashboard, all of a sudden becomes populated with information just as the application starts to extract that information. Extremely powerful, extremely fast, and and again, it gives us the the ability to to filter down on on contracts that fit specific criteria. Say for example, I wanted to look at, you know, any of the contracts that we may have with rent escalations that have scheduled price increases, that are, you know, that have, you know, some sort of financial provisions. I'm starting to filter down the list of resulting contracts that meet these specific, criteria, where maybe we can re renew lease on preferred terms. As I start to scroll down and find that actionable insights, these are the 14 contracts that fit the criteria that I've just filtered above. And of course, I can save that, I can export that down to Excel, and I can use this information to, to to to make, you know, further decisions on what I need. So with that, I'm going to kinda pause and pass it back to to the team and and open it up for further questions. Hey, Steve. Why don't you stay on stage and we'll keep, Evisort open and then see if we have any other questions to address as we get ready to wrap up. That was a great demo. I hope everyone found that valuable. I'm gonna pose a question that I'm sure people will, find interesting. You know, we've talked with Iowa Hospital Association about different kinds of use cases that go beyond just the contracts themselves, and this gets us into an interesting area. Our AI and our whole ingestion process and the OCR that we put on documents isn't limited to the the contracts themselves. Quite often, contracts include additional documentation, and they're certainly explained away by SOWs and POs. And then there's all the invoices that can follow from that that help explain aspects of the contract and that the contract can shed light on. So we can ingest those kinds of documents as well, and many of our customers bring in a range of documents related to that transaction and keep them all together. And in fact, as we talked about briefly in the interview, you can group those documents together, and that can be very effective for searching, for analysis. Even within Ask AI, like Steve was showing before, you can limit your question to a document and the group around it. There's a lot of ways to take advantage of these related documents, and that's a big part of how we're looking to broaden this technology across the Workday ecosystem. Alright. Any questions that anyone has, in the group today? I think we've left everyone speechless and covered too much ground. We'll give it another minute in case anyone wants to ask anything. And, after that, we'll give you a little bit of time back. Alright. While we're waiting for that, I'm gonna pull up the last couple of slides, with some closing comments here. Steve, can you yeah. There we go. And let's hope I share a little better this time. That is the one I want. There we go. So for anyone that is on the call that is really interested in legal AI and contract management, if you found this useful today, I wanna encourage you to check out our podcast, Meeting of the Minds, the Legal AI podcast, where every month we interview legal ops leaders, attorneys, chief procurement officers, and other people creatively using this technology and talking about the future of what's happening with LegalAI. You can get it wherever you get your podcasts, and I hope you find that useful. And then we'll just give it another moment here for anyone to ask any final questions. And if there's anything that you'd like to learn more about, my email address is up there. But, of course, reach out to your Workday account executive if you are already a Workday customer, and we hope that you are. And then they can bring you, all the resources that you need to learn more about these new capabilities within Workday. Alright. And with that, I think we're gonna wrap and just wish everyone a great day and say thanks for joining us today. Really appreciate.
