Transcript for "BeyondtheMessageTheComplexMadeSimple":
Hey, everyone. Welcome to Beyond the Message. I'm thrilled to have you all joining us. We have a really exciting session planned on how we're transforming personalization. I'm Summer Dowd, VP of product marketing here at Attentive, and excited to welcome you here today. Before we get in a few things, we have some housekeeping. So use the public chat on the right of of your screen to get the conversation going. I know a lot of you are already introducing yourself, and you're welcome to ask questions throughout the webinar. Keep an eye on the chat because we're gonna send some links to documentation about the solutions we're discussing. The webinar is also being recorded, and you'll be able to use the link that you join today to access the on demand version within twenty four hours. You'll also receive an email once the webinar is available. And finally, as always, we'd love your feedback, so before you leave, please take our event survey, which is linked in the chat. Some of what we'll be sharing today involves forward looking product plans, so I have to let you know these plans can evolve based on things like your feedback and changes in the market. So we appreciate your understanding that everything is subject to change and ask that you keep that in mind when making any purchasing decisions. We also ask that you keep the details today shared confidential. We deeply value this partnership, which is why we want to give you an inside look look, but remember this should not be shared outside your organization. We're gonna be highlighting a lot of great new functionality today, some of which is still in beta. So the great news is you can now request to join betas directly from our help center. Simply fill out the form and we'll be in touch to give you access to the beta. As with all betas, it's super valuable to our engineering and product team to get your feedback. So as you get access to new features, please share that back with your CSMs or jump on a call with someone on my team or the product team. And with that, I'll hand it off to our chief product officer, Nagel. Thanks, Summer. It's awesome to see folks from really all over the world. I know if I'm visiting whether it's Greenville or, or London or Nigeria. And if I need tips, I know the group to go to. So it's wonderful to be here. I'm Nakul. I lead the product team here at Attentive, and I'm excited to walk you through what we believe is our biggest release ever. So before we dive into it, what I wanted to do is actually take a step back and share why we're building what we're building. So, a 144 times a day. Can anyone in the chat guess what this number represents? Go on. Just throw a guess. What do you think 144 times a day might represent? Picking up your phone, feature request, checking out this group is way too good at it. I definitely didn't get this right. It's, y'all all mostly y'all got it. It's the average number of times that, someone in The US checks their phone. That's once every ten minutes. We're picking up our phones. We're looking at a notification. We're looking at something to search for. We're looking at something tied to shopping. We're looking at something tied to messaging. And, what that means is that it's incredibly difficult to capture our attention. Right? As shoppers, we're starting to tune out a lot of the messaging that's directed our way, which means that it's even more important now than ever before as brands for us to be relevant, for us to be personalized, and for us to be timely. But the truth is that as a I mean, none of what I'm saying is new. Right? The truth is, as a brand, it's incredibly hard to do this at scale today, And that's what we're we're here for. The other thing that's changing, as many of you heard, is that Apple released their latest version of iOS. It's iOS 26. They released it in September. And one of the features that came in with iOS 26 was this screen unknown sender setting. And what this does is it actually filters messages from your main inbox to a separate inbox for anyone that's categorized as a unknown sender. And furthermore, not only are those messages filtered, you also don't get notifications when you get messages from these unknown senders. By default, the setting is actually off. But as we've done consumer research on, US and international phone iOS users, what we found is roughly 50% of users already have the setting enabled when they're on iOS 26. The good news is that as attentive brands, if you use our two tap technology, all the messages coming in are gonna land in the main inbox. And the reason is when subscribers subscribe via two tap, they're actually sending a message to the brand. And so they're initiating the contact with the brand, and so iOS views that as the subscribing wanting to get messages from the brand. With that said, we recognize that there are a number of different ways that brands collect sign ups. And, with that in mind, there's a couple of new innovations that we wanna walk you through. The first one is we're actually expanding two tap beyond mobile. We're bringing that sign up flow to desktop so that when you're on desktop, you can just scan a QR code and that can trigger the two tap flow. And the second thing we're doing is we're actually launching a bunch of visibility tools to help you understand who's on iOS 26, who's not, and more importantly, which, subscribers are likely to have their messages land up in that unknown sender inbox. And what you can do with that is that we'll give you a bunch of different tactics to actually get the message delivered in the main inbox. Because our guess is that if it doesn't go to the main inbox, you're gonna see meaningfully lower rates of engagement, which naturally will hurt your campaign performance. And so, looking ahead, iOS 26 was launched on September 15. And typically, what we see with iOS versions is it takes a few months to, really ramp as customers as consumers go ahead and upgrade their their version of iOS 26. And so the good news is you have a couple of weeks through the end of the year to adjust your strategies in the lead up to the holiday season. If you take nothing away from this presentation, what I the the single most important thing I want you to take away from this is if you're not on two cap today, make the move. There's a place that you collect sign ups that's not, you know, using one of our two cap sign up units. This is fairly critical, for your iOS users. And so with that said, I wanted to jump ahead. We recognize that there's a lot of uncertainty with iOS 26 changes, uncertainty around tariffs, uncertainty around, consumer spending. We wanted to try to simplify things with this release. At the end of the day, we're focused on helping you be more efficient while helping you break through a lot of the noise and ultimately see higher performance. And so as we dive into our, our releases today, our features today, there's really three broad themes. The first one is we wanna make it effortless for you to connect with consumers across channels, across SMS, across email, across push. We wanna make it really easy for you to work those channels seamlessly. The second is we're continuing to focus on delivering this modern marketing marketer friendly platform that just makes sense for your day to day workflows. And then finally, we're gonna continue to use AI to power personalization so you can deliver smarter, more relevant experiences really in ways that are just not possible today. Because ultimately, our goal as a platform is to take the complexity out of your day to day so that you as marketers can focus on what you do best. Right? Which is, finding creative and interesting ways to build really meaningful relationships with your most loyal advocates. And so with that said, we're excited to announce 20 new features that are gonna power your performance going into the the big holiday season and ultimately make your lives easier as marketers. These are all based on feedback that you have shared with us across the whole host of different forums. And so, please know that we listen to that feedback. We act on it and we love it. So please keep that feedback coming. And so we'll kick it off with the first theme, which is, unifying your channels. Look. As marketers today, we have more channels than ever to reach customers. And that's a great thing. Right? Because each channel offers a tailored experience. It offers more opportunities to connect with the shopper. The downside of this is that it's really hard to create a cohesive experience with the shopper across these channels. And let's say you were able to do it and, like, hand stitch programs across, you know, SMS, email, and push. It's then really hard to understand how each channel is actually performing. Right? So Summer, who's a subscriber, clicks a push notification. She then reads an email, and then she actually purchases after clicking on an SMS link. Which channel gets credit? Right? The current dashboard would show all three channels marking that as a win, but you didn't have three different conversions. Right? It's just one. And so then you spend all day long piecing together the data to try to figure out what's actually going on. And the easiest way to really solve this is to bring everything together. Right? It's actually unify your channels and it's with that in mind that we're actually launching, and we're excited to officially announce the tentative push solution. This has been the works for the past year. We're excited to have, quite customers already using it. It's now available, and it's actually baked directly into the Attentive UI. One of the decisions we made was, we wanted to make it really easy to orchestrate across these channels, But we also wanted to bring the magic of what we've seen work really well across SMS, RCS, and email to push. And so with that in mind, it's baked into the platform itself as a native channel. And so before we go any further into push itself, how many of you have a major, have a mobile app today for your brand? So it's not yet. Sean's got one. Renee. Nicole. Okay. Good. I'm talking to the right audience. It sounds like we have a few, brands out there. So excited to, excuse me, excited to get your get your feedback on as you start using our push solution. So, if we wanna just go back to the the screen. So, and as you all know, push notifications are ultimately this really lightweight, real time way to connect with your most loyal shoppers. These are shoppers who've taken the extra step and actually downloaded your app. Right? And so push notifications end up being perfect for things like price drops, things like, back in stock alerts, things like card reminders. And what's neat is when you combine it with SMS and email, it can become a key part of a really cohesive strategy that, reaches customers on the right channel across the entire journey. And so with that in mind, we actually integrated push into our personalization engine itself. So things like timing, audiences, and targeting are all gonna be data driven just like they are for your programs on email and SMS. And most importantly, we know you you you love working with our team. You love working with your CSMs. And so you can expect that same strategic partnership that you received from Attentive today on SMS and email. You're gonna get that same thing on push as well. I'm also excited to announce that we built a, native integration with our partners at Tapcart. For yours those of you who aren't familiar, Tapcart powers mobile apps for, hundreds of the world's largest or fastest growing Shopify brands and, you know, giving them a direct channel to reach out to their most loyal, customers. And with this partnership, Tapcart can Tapcart customers, sorry, can use attentive push notifications with no development work. It's out of the box, and so you can very easily turn in, you know, app engagements and stuff like product reviews, purchases, card additions. You can turn that into measurable revenue with push. And so I thought what we should do is actually see it in action. And so for this, example, let's imagine I'm Sienna. I'm a marketer at Erlucia. You know, she's Sienna's getting ready for a big weekend. It's a seventy two hour limited collab launch with, another brand called Orchard, Orchard Street Coffee. And Sienna is really focused on maximizing, performance on the campaign itself by using promotions at the end of the weekend to nudge buyers over the edge. And so, ultimately, she wants this campaign to feel personalized. She wants it to feel coordinated, and she wants it to be visible across SMS, email, and push. But most importantly, she wants to use each channel to its strength, right, to maximize reach and do so in a way that's not overwhelming, subscribers. And so she doesn't wanna blast everyone the same way. And she wants to split her audience into three, like, simple, but strategic groups. One is her VIPs. The second is her highly engaged shoppers. And third is everyone else. And so it's Friday afternoon, and so Sienna kicks things off with Bush because she knows that that audience, are folks who've already downloaded the app. They're most likely to purchase. And so what she does is she creates unique messages for each audience. So one for the VIPs, one for highly engaged, and one for everyone else. And then what she does that's really neat is, in order to maximize her reach, she also sets up an identical text campaign for each of those three audiences, but she only sends those for subscribers who aren't opted in for push. So that way, she's maximizing reach without having people see the same message across multiple channels. And so with just a few clicks, she's been able to create these, like, perfectly timed push campaigns and text campaigns within the attentive campaign con composer. And so take a step back with one single pane of glass. She's able to go in and do things like personalized timing, creative, and urgency per segment in, you know, one cohesive view. And so it's not Saturday morning. The sales going live. Very exciting. And as we all know, nothing beats email for audience reach. So CNN is now able to prepare two different, emails for the entire audience to broadly share the message of the sale itself. And so on Saturday morning, she sets up, like, a lookbook style email with great storytelling for the VIPs and does so in a way that compliments push and, SMS messages that they might have received or either one of those. And then, because Attentive connects all channels in one place, she doesn't have to navigate through a complex UI or shift screens or anything like that. She has to create new segments. She's able to just simply create emails in the same UI, in the same context as the other messages that that subscriber would have actually gotten. And so it's midway through the day on Saturday. She wants to drive some urgency. She's getting a few messages from her boss, and nothing beats text messages to do that. Right? So on Saturday afternoon, she sends her entire audience a message with a Sunday countdown. It's twenty four hours, left to shop the collab drop, hurry before it's too late. And notice that Ciena can actually stagger these sends intelligently. Right? So people don't as a subscriber, I don't get hit with a push and email and SMS all at once. And instead, each channel plays its own unique role in orchestrating a end to end cohesive customer experience. And so that way, in case, you know, you've dismissed the push notification or missed a previous text, you still have the opportunity to engage with the sale. And so finally, it's Sunday and Sienna uses her combination of push and text again for, the non opted push, subscribers. And this time, she's actually just using it for retargeting towards the end of the, event. And so taking a step back, we try to map out, you know, everything that Sienna was doing through push, through email, through SMS. What she was trying to do is maximize the value of this new collab announcement. But doing so in a way that creates a truly thoughtful experience, across each channel, where she's using each channel for its strength. Right? She's using pusher SMS for visibility. She's using email for storytelling. She's using SMS for urgency and then push again for retargeting. And what's needed, she did all of that in just one platform and one single UI. And that's why we built Push. And that's why we integrated it natively within the platform itself because ultimately, it's not just about sending messages. It's about creating this cohesive experience that customers can see across all your channels. And so I'm really, really excited about Attentive Push. The early feedback, from customers has been remarkable. But there's a lot more here. So wanna switch gears. There's more unification happening. One area that we did was actually within reporting. We completely reimagined our analytics and reporting capabilities, and we recently rolled out a couple of things. The first is this new unified analytics dashboard. The goal here was to feature a unified high level view across SMS, email, push, and other products. And in doing so, we did was we consolidated and created unique sections for all your key metrics, whether it's reporting, messaging, subscriber growth, or spend. And, ultimately, the proof of the pudding, the great news is we're seeing customers love it. We're seeing you spend three times as long, and visit this dashboard three times as as as much as the legacy analytics dashboard, which has been which has been awesome to see. We also heard from you that you wanted to adjust your attribution windows by channel. You wanted to to personalize them based on a way that makes sense for you. So we built it. You can easily now customize attribution windows, and you can see it reflected in all the metrics across the UI. So it will be straightforward there. And then I wanna wrap up with a few new integrations that we announced. As you might have heard, we formed a new strategic partnership with our friends at Yotpo. Think of it as, I guess, our own collab of sorts. And what we're looking to do is bring the leading AI powered marketing platform to the most robust loyalty reviews and and user generated content suite out there. And we did this because loyalty, what we see is loyalty members who are SMS and email subs place orders four times as much as those who aren't. And what we find is, like, 76% or so of loyalty members actually subscribe to SMS when they have the option to do so. And we also things see things like including loyalty content, like star ratings in email. That has a meaningful boost to click through rates. And so the cool thing here is it's not just another integration. We're actually building, partnering with Yotpo to build exclusive functionality that's only available within, this integration to, ultimately create a lot more value for our brand. So to give you a sense, there's, like, six different features that we've built in partnership with Yotpo. The first one is, click to redeem loyalty. We see that drive, like, five to 10 x higher redemption rates. And so as a shopper, you get a one click checkout with, rewards already applied. Another example of a feature that we've cobelt together is, automated loyalty enrollment. So every SMS and email subscriber automatically becomes a loyalty member doubling the value of every sign up when they when they enroll. Another example is, you know, reviews, review power recommendations and AI summaries that leverage, like, social proof, being able to very easily just integrate that within your email content, within your SMS content. And so, look, I think we're just getting started. But even where we are right now, this is the deepest Youtpo integration in the market. We have a real time data sync. We have bidirectional con, communication. We've unified customer profiles in addition to a lot of the features that I just walked through. So that's our partnership with the Otpo. We have a ton of, food and beverage brands that use us, and so this one's for you. Today, one of the challenges is that you can't reliably, capture email at checkout or sync consent and loyalty data. So, we built integrations with Punch and with Thanks. So now you can build VIP. You can build win back. You can build new member flows using loyalty tiers and points. And you can also use things like last order data to ultimately drive repeat, repeat orders and higher ROI. I'm so excited to announce that integration. Continuing on. And also a lot of omnichannel functionality. We're not done yet. There's there's a ton of stuff coming up. Things like barcode generation. If you have physical stores, you can have barcodes, that subscribers can then go and use in store. We're adding a lot more granular, quiet hour settings to support, regulatory landscape that's constantly changing. If you're interested in, getting access to to this or any of our future betas, Just scan this QR code. You should if you're logged into Attentive, you can actually see a lot of our available data, available betas. And so, taking a step back, all these features ultimately were built to maximize performance and make omnichannel marketing easier and more effective. We as a platform wants you to be able to meet your customers on whatever channels they're at, including push. We wanna make it easy just for you to get a unified view of, consumer behavior. And then ultimately, we wanna enhance that view, enhance your subscriber data with these, new integrations. But that's just a third of everything we've launched. So speaking of making your lives easier, I'm really excited to welcome Anjali who leads our voice of customer program. And she's gonna walk through all the ways that we're making your day to day more efficient and more effective. Angelique. Awesome. Thanks, Nakul. No pressure following our CPO. Right? Hi, everybody. As mentioned, my name is Angelique. I lead VOC here at Attentive, and I'm super excited to be here and chat with you all. I am going to be sharing some features that are based on direct customer feedback. So that's right. You, our customers, are extremely influential on our road map, and we know that seemingly small features can actually pack pack a huge punch in terms of efficiency and just making your lives easier. So Nuckel touched on this a little bit earlier, but when planning our road map, we're constantly trying to strike this perfect balance in between investing in innovation that drives performance, but also making it an incredibly easy for you to use our platform and enjoy doing so. So over the last eighteen months or so, a lot of our investment has been in the former that looked like features like our first AI copy assistant, then AI pro, AI journeys. And we are really excited about the amazing performance results that we saw with these features as well as the positive feedback we received from customers that were using them. However, we were also still getting feedback along the lines of, hey, Attentive. I just wanna see some improvements to your core features, the bread and butter of your platform. So our product team heard that, and they dedicated the second half of this year to addressing a bunch of those things, which I will show you now. So let's kick things off with what I think is the definition of an oldie but goodie. I've been at Attentive for just shy of five years now, and this tops the list of highly requested features at Louiepad. Of course, I'm talking about self-service for sign up unit AV testing. So I'll hold for applause. I could hear it in the distance. I know everyone's stoked. So, let's go ahead and just demo this one. Everyone say hello to Lola. She is head of CRM at Bonnie Beauty and preparing for the biggest seasonal push of their skin care shades and new bundles. So naturally, Lola is thinking about how she can maximize email and SMS sign ups during this super high traffic site period. So before today, Lola probably had to plan for this kind of AB testing well in advance. She'd have to manually duplicate units, seek help from Attentive to get the test launched at the right time, and monitor results in a spreadsheet. It often took weeks and rarely gave her clear answers. Many marketers like Lola just skipped testing altogether for these reasons. Now Lola can set up, run, and analyze a test in minutes all in one place. So Bonnie Beauty's design team prepares three options to task, a skin care preferences quiz, a limited time gift offer, and a fun spin to win offer. Here's how easy it is to launch. Lola names her test, in this case, fall twenty twenty five launch test, adds her variance alongside her current unit as a control, and chooses the winning metric to determine success, new SMS subscribers. All of that happens in just a few guided clicks. Once the test is live, Lola can track performance in the dedicated AB test dashboard. Before, she'd have to wait for CSV exports and build pivot tables just to get a view like this, but now she can see traffic splits immediately and even click into a unit to preview the creative side by side right in the dashboard. After a few days, results start to roll in. Spin to win is looking really promising. It's trending ahead of the control. But here's my favorite part and something our customers have asked for in platform. The dashboard now clearly shows results are not yet statistically significant. No more drawing on what you learned in high school stats or external calculators. A few more days later, the dashboard confirms that Spin two Win is a Statsig winner. Previously, this moment would mean debating spreadsheets or worse calling a winner too early, but now the platform does the heavy lifting and Lola can promote the winning unit with just one click, ensuring Bonnie captures the most sign ups during this critical window. What you've seen is only the beginning for this feature. In the future, tests will run completely on autopilot. So as soon as statistical significance is reached, Attentive will automatically promote the winning design. So that means no waiting, no second guessing, no missed opportunity to capture, the most subscribers as quickly as possible. And as you can see here, we're also going to be adding the ability to schedule tests in advance, another highly coveted feature so that marketers can plan experiments around critical launches, holiday pushes, product drops, etcetera. Knowing Attentive will optimize everything in the background. The vision here is really continuous improvement. We want marketers like Lola, like yourselves, spending less time managing tests and more time just reaping the benefits. So now I'm going to rapid fire a little bit through some more small but mighty enhancements meant to make your lives easier in the platform. Email customers, this first one's for you. You can now search for templates by typing in a search bar instead of manually scrolling through pages and pages of templates to find the right one. That search, functionality is available from both the email templates page and when drafting campaigns and journeys. Now back to some omnichannel excitement for SMS and email. This one's very timely for q four. Marketers can now schedule journeys to deactivate in the future. This unlocks two crucial activities. One, being able to schedule a journey draft to go live for a specific window of time, so start and end at a certain time automatically. And then secondly, being able to schedule an active journey to deactivate and then if needed, also reactivate at a later date. So like sign up unit a b testing, this feature request also got a ton of love over the years. We know that marketers have long been employing kinda tedious manual workarounds to switch between evergreen and seasonal journeys, especially in big holiday periods like, Black Friday, Cyber Monday. So that's crucial time that this holiday season, you guys can now spend on higher impact things. A couple more journey related updates. Marketers can now archive inactive or draft messages. So just like sign up units, we've introduced this new archive tab within journeys, and archive journeys can be restored. Draft messages can now also be deleted or archived, where deleting is permanent, archiving can be undone if needed. I know a lot of our older customers in particular were getting overwhelmed by a cluttered journeys tab. We can just make it really hard on the day to day to quickly parse through your active draft and inactive journeys. So I hope you'll all go crazy with this new archiving feature. Speaking of visibility, we've also adjusted the zoom capabilities for journeys. So you can now see the entirety of many journeys on one screen by zooming all the way out. I've been very impressed with some of the super intricate journeys that our customers have built, especially our multichannel customers. But I know how painful it can be to try to get that broader visual, so really excited about this, again, small but mighty feature. This next release was actually our most highly requested ask for the campaigns tab specifically, so shifting to that area of the UI. Marketers can now drag campaign messages in a sequence to reorder them. Just one note, for this particular feature, only draft messages can be reordered. Scheduled messages need to be unscheduled first. But prior to building this feature, marketers just had to delete and recreate messages whenever they needed to change the order. We recognize that entailed a lot of wasted work and it was just a huge pain, so no more of that. Another huge release in the campaigns tab is recurring campaigns, which essentially make it easier to automate messages that we know drive really great results, but we're seeing our customers manually schedule and reschedule throughout the year. So those were things like birthday offers, replenishment reminders, monthly win backs, which just required a lot of manual effort in the past, but now you can set them to run-in a schedule that fits your goals. So whether it's a weekly offer you run or those monthly birthday offers, maybe even something annual based on your product life cycle. These campaigns also work with any segment, including those that are built off of product affinity or behavioral data so you can really tailor that messaging to the right audience. And then best of all, recurring campaigns is available across both email and SMS, so you can certainly do retargeting between the the channels and some optimal orchestration there. Next up, we have email brand styles, which is currently an open beta feature for our email customers. This one was designed to really help your team save time and keep every campaign perfectly on brand similar to our our brand kit for, other things like sign up units. So with this feature, you can set default elements like headers, footers, fonts, and colors just once, and then they will apply across all of your emails. I can personally relate to getting just a pit in my stomach when I send an email and there's a typo. So I just love that brand styles will mean less room for little human mistakes and just greater consistency across the board. And then last but certainly not least, we have the long awaited highly highly coveted email preference collection. So we're giving your email subscribers essentially more control over the messages they want to receive while also giving you, the marketers, more actionable data to work with. So instead of forcing someone to unsubscribe completely, you can offer a branded preference center where they choose the content or frequency that works for them. Those preferences then flow directly back into your UI so you can build smarter segments and journeys that drive stronger engagement. This is really all about keeping more of your audience engaged. Of course, trying to reduce unsubscribes, no one likes that. And then making sure your email program can just generally be more personalized and thoughtful, with those press preferences as part of your strategy. Well, those are all of the new releases I've got for you. I hope everyone is feeling super excited as I am. All of these features are meant to really just help you work faster, smarter, and more efficiently. And as the voice of the customer lead, I just really hope these features demonstrate to you how much we cherish your feedback. So please please keep sharing it with your CSM, in chats with live chat with white glove, excuse me, when you kindly participate in our surveys. We really appreciate it, and and your insight and feedback is extremely valuable. So now we have another exciting poll. We'd love to hear from you guys, on that note of feedback, which innovations you are most excited about. So cast your votes for push, email brand style beta, AB test for sign up units, schedule recurring campaigns, or if something else, please write it in. I'd love love to hear about it. Right. I see a bunch of votes trickling in for a b testing. Love that. Push. That's super exciting to see. Recurring campaigns. Awesome. Thank you guys so much for the feedback. And with that, I think I'll be passing things over to Summer, our VP of product marketing. Thanks, Angelie. She has the best job in Attentive because she's like the the Santa Claus for all of our customers, getting everyone's list and, prioritizing things on our road map. So, thank you for all that. There's some exciting stuff. So tough to follow, but I gotta bring it home with our last bundle of releases that are meant to help you scale your personalization, and overcome that relevance crisis that Nachal was talking about earlier. So why personalization? Well, you know when you meet someone for a second time and they reintroduce themself, it's the worst. And it's the same when customers get a text or email that just feels completely untailored to their preferences despite them buying from you in the past. So, you know, consumers say that a brand remembering their preference is actually a top driver in, driving loyalty in LTV. So that's why personalization has always been at the heart of our road map. You see it you saw it through a lot of what, you know, we're delivering. And as we look into 2025, data still just remains the foundation of everything that we're working on. And we're focused on empowering customers to easily integrate all of their data into Attentive from a lot of different sources, activate it in real time, and ensure our AI products are delivering the most value. So one of the most exciting features we're releasing for personalization has actually been available for email for a while and it's now available for SMS. You can now pick from pick from different product recommendation models depending on your campaign. So things like best sellers, trending, or new arrivals. It's super flexible. You set the default, the fallback, and you can test different models across journeys to see what performs best. Most brands are already seeing a 15 to 25% lift in engagement and just saving a lot of hours on manual work. As signal loss continues, we hear a lot from brands that they're looking for ways to make a better use of all of the rich data identity, the rich data that Identity AI collects, especially to improve how they advertise, beyond the Attentive platform. We know you're doing a lot outside, and especially in Meta. And so one way is through Meta's conversation API, which is also known as CAPI. And so attentive signal for Meta lets brands use AI Pro, lets brands are using AI Pro send rich data collected through the enhanced attentive tag, directly to Meta through CAPI in real time. So that means that Meta can better understand your audience and deliver stronger performance for your brand. So one of our customers, True Religion, attest tested attentive signal for Meta, and they shared high quality first party event and identity data with Meta. They wanted to boost their EMQ scores and ad performance. So in a fifty fifty test, they saw big results including lower, cost per click and stronger shopper engagement. Another, another exciting innovation here is display conditions for email, which is a simple but powerful way to personalize your email and drive stronger results. So with this feature, you can control whether certain rows in your email show or hide based on things like subscriber attributes and their membership in a segment. So that sounds confusing. But for example, if you have a loyalty program, you can show loyalty points to members while hiding that from nonmembers all within the same email. So you might spotlight SMS sign up to subscribers, who haven't actually joined your membership program yet. So it's a great way to make your emails feel more relevant without creating a bunch of different versions. Note that this only applies to certain types of content, like non synced rows and standard blocks, but it opens up a ton of flexibility for your team. And another, powerful way to increase email engagement is making that first impression count, and that starts with the subject line, and that's, who the email even comes from. So you can dynamically tailor these elements now based on subscriber data, like a loyalty tier or even who their store contact is. So instead of sending a one size fits all message, you can say things like, hey, Summer. Your VIP reward is waiting. We know we all love to be VIP here. So, you know, something like maybe to, loyal members, you can say, join today and get 10% off, to to nonmembers, for example, all in the same campaign. You can also personalize who the email comes from. So maybe your luxury brand and, you know, your your store associates have a lot of relationships. They can actually have that email come from a a store manager or rep, for example. So it just adds a more human touch and boosts, reply rates. It's simple but super impactful way to drive more opens and deliver a more relevant experience at scale. So while AI Pro for email and SMS is already available today, as part of our commitment to innovation, we're expanding a lot of the capabilities. Over the coming months, we're gonna be rolling out new features that are gonna make campaign optimization even easier and even more impactful. Some of the things that we're talking about here are audience size controls to fine tune subscriber counts for precise targeting, and balance send send volumes. Another is RFM segments and reporting that help you build smarter segments based on how recently and how often someone buys, how much they spend, and so you can spot undervalued customers and personalized outreach and improve that revenue. Another one that's been, really asked for quite a bit is product in the channel product and channel affinity, which provides insights into subscriber preferences like what they buy and which channel they most engage with, if they're more into SMS or email or different times. So you can optimize that segmentation, journey branching, and orchestration for the best performance. All these updates just push forward our vision for AI Pro, helping you get better results from every campaign with less effort. AI Grow, which is, which is now live, makes your site smarter in real time. So instead of using static sign up units, it, learns which unit to show, to which person. So you get higher conversions and stronger, a stronger list. So it's powered by first party data and built on transparent AB test. So you're not guessing and you're just watching performance improve in real time, letting it work in the background. Most importantly, it's not just acquiring more subscribers, but just better ones. So, of course, more better subscribers means all of your campaigns downstream are just more effective. We're just doubling down here on pre engagement with new preference collection, self-service options, and reporting right in the UI. This is ultimately extending the momentum from our latest analytics updates. And finally, we have AI Journeys. If you're not familiar, it's designed to outperform traditional automations by delivering smarter, more personalized messages in real time. So it taps your first party data, product catalog, and subscriber behavior to tailor everything. That includes the messaging, the tone, the timing, the frequency for each individual subscriber. So unlike traditional triggered messages where every subscriber gets the same logic, it's just rules based automation, AI Journeys adapts to what actually drives each person to convert. So if somebody responds better to urgency, it leans into that. If they need value reinforcement or social proof from social media reviews, the system adjusts accordingly. Since we've launched it, we've made a ton of enhancements in the model, such as site wide sales functionality that our customers were asking for. This enhancement shows all AI journeys messages reflect active promote promotions, so it improves relevance and, and performance during big sale events. In conclusion, there has never been more pressure on ecommerce marketers than right now. We know costs are up, margins are tight, expectations are sky high to perform. So how do you win? You make your you win by making your data work harder than ever and using AI to turn the data into action. So this year, we built products that help you move faster, personalize smarter, and drive more revenue. The best part is all these products work together to help you move from batch to batch and blast messaging to one to one engagement across the entire life cycle, from anonymous browsers to long time loyalists. So, I am now going to dive into, I think do we have any questions here? Got a I think we have a few coming in, but I wanna let me just, like, thanks, Summer, first of all. We we we walked you through a ton of stuff. Maybe just in the chat, I'd love to hear what are you most excited about for 2026. What's the launch of this release that you think is gonna move the needle the furthest for your brand? Would love if you could just enter that in the chat. It'd be helpful feedback for us to make sure we're building the right thing. Cool. Personal product feed for SMS. That's great. Any other asks for the product team as you think about 2026 that we should be working on? This is your chance. We got our our chief product officer here. So it looks like my job is easy. I know. Alright. I see us one to one offer, client hours per day. I love it. I love it. Email subject titles, duplicating emails across counts. Yep. Affinity. Okay. Keep them coming in. This is this is all great to see, and, we'll take these to the product team. The good news is we're in the midst of finalizing our 2026 road map, over the next month or two. So, nice to see some nice to see some familiar topics there that are already on the road map and some things for us to think about adding. Yeah. Well, Nakul, I'm curious. What are you most excited about for 2026? What launch are you excited about from this release? Yeah. I think there's, as I think about 2026, there's really two things that, you know, I'm most excited by. As a consumer, I'm someone that subscribes to messages from a ton of our brands. And so anything around personalization and relevance has me really excited. So there's a bunch of stuff in the hopper around how do we actually make the messages, make the emails a lot more personalized based on a lot of my historical shopping behavior, based on what channel makes the most sense for me. And so I'm excited for us to give those tools to marketers to to do that. And then the second thing is we've been doing a bunch of work internally to try to figure out how to surface insights from within the product. Right? Like, why did one sign up unit work better than the other? Why did Summer get a message versus Naco get an email? And so I'm excited about, us starting to surface some of those insights more and more within the product because what we've heard most consistently from, a lot of our brands that are using our AI products is, like, I'm really excited about the lift that I'm seeing in performance. I would love to understand what's actually driving it so I can, like, pick that up and go and use it in other places. And so excited to start servicing that to users as well. Absolutely. Yeah. We're excited to bring that to the market. So, we have a lot of questions in the chat about push. Why did you decide to invest in push? And how are we seeing it, playing alongside the other channels that we offer? I know, a lot of people use it along with email, but we'd love to get your perspective. Yeah. Really simple. The reason we build most things is we ask customers, you know, how can we help? And it's why we built email five years ago. We start off in SMS and, almost six years ago, we decided to build email because customers were like, I want the same magic that I see in SMS in terms of, like, personalization, in terms of performance, in terms of support from Attentive. I want that in email. So we built email. And as customers started to use Attentive across SMS and email and started to use our specifically, some of our AI products like AI journeys, the most common feedback I heard from customers was, hey. Push is very similar in terms of format, in terms of how you use it to SMS. I would love nothing more to get the same magic that you're bringing to SMS over to push. And so then, really, the question for us was how do we build it in such a way that, customers can see that value? And so what we did was we build it natively within the product itself. So you can go ahead. This maybe speaks to how we build push. You can just go ahead and, and send a omnichannel campaign where it's an SMS push and email all from, like, the same campaign composer itself. You can almost have, like, a view on, you know, when the messages go out, who they go out to, and what the content of it is just within the same pin. So then you can, you can, make changes accordingly, but you can also think about what a specific subscriber's experience looks like across all three channels. That makes sense. Well, customers are asking about how to get into the beta. Is there, is there anything around eligibility that they should know? Yep. So if you're just, I think I saw a question about, like, the tap being on TapCord versus not. We're really excited about the partnership with Tapcart. If you're a Tapcart customer, you can use it out of the box. There's no development work needed. If you're not a Tapcart customer, we have an SDK. A ton of customers implement our SDK, so you just need to implement that SDK to be able to power push notifications, within your app. And so let us know if, if if you're in either one of those two buckets, and we can get you set up, accordingly. Yeah. It's in and it's in the help center. Talk to your CSM. We can we can get you sorted. There's another customer asking, if they're not using AI Grow right now, so can you get go into a little more detail about how they can get going? Because that's that's an exciting one just to get some more subscribers, work, you know, without a lot of work. So how get that started. Thanks for the shout out, Frank. Yeah. A piece is I mean, from from day one at Attentive, we recognize that, what's what's having an SMS or email program if you don't have subscribers. And so growing your list is a critical part of building a successful, you know, SMS email or push program. And so that's what led us to, you know, build two tap that we you know, that's obviously patented, which is, you know, the highest way to drive the easiest way to drive growth. And the feedback we got as we started building these AI products was, hey, Attentive. You can build for us personalization into, the sign up units as well. Right? Because the truth is the spirit of all of our AI products is that, somehow you and I are, like, are different. We have different shopping habits. We're interested in different things. We shop from different brands. So a one size fits all approach just doesn't work. You and I shouldn't get the same messages. We shouldn't be getting the exact same campaigns. Right? It there's something that are probably in common, but a lot of it is unique to what we're interested in with that particular brand. We extended that same, thesis over to sign up units as well. And so the first version of AI grow, the way it works is it just recognizes who you are as a visitor on-site. It looks at where you came from, have you shopped before, have you purchased before, and accordingly figures out whether you should see the sign up unit or not. If you're someone that doesn't really understand the brand and hasn't really shopped a ton there before, it doesn't make sense for you to sign up yet. It may make sense for you to go and figure out whether this brand is even interesting to you. If you're someone that is on the other end of the spectrum, it probably makes sense for you to sign up. So we'll show you the sign up unit. And so it's really bringing in that intelligence. And what was really cool is what, the way these all of our products are built is that they're built with an AB test almost, like, natively in the product where you can test the AI against, like, the non AI version. And what we saw was that the AI version with AI grow was driving a massive lift. It was, like, on the median was 30% more subscribers when you use AI grow. And what we're doing now is taking that same AI grow product, because you, you mentioned this. We're taking on steroids over, like, what if you could start varying what the sign up unit itself looks like? Right? Like, what if I could change things like whether it's a spin to win, whether it's a scratch off, whether it's a pre engagement creative. So the look and feel of the sign up unit, what if I could change that? And in early test, we're seeing that drive even more of a lift. Right? So it's a multiplier on top of that 30%. And, I mean, ultimately, the question that we're asking ourselves going into next year is, well, you wanna change where the sign up unit shows up for whom. You wanna change the look and feel. And then you wanna start thinking about the offer itself. Right? Because the truth is that you may be a much higher LTV subscriber than I am. It may make more sense for you to get a 20% off versus a 10% off. And so that's the that as we think about sign up units, that's kinda where we're headed. But, again, that you know, there's really progress so far. Great stuff. Yeah. I mean, personally, I yeah. I love a good free shipping offer, and I like a spin to win. So I feel like, you know, that's to each their own. Well, thank you so much, Nakul. We appreciate you. And, if we didn't get to your question, we're almost out of time. So we'll follow-up with you and answer the questions, with you directly. And, thank you guys also for all the participation in the chat. There's so much good, good content and great ideas for us to to work through, with our road map. So, there, with that, we that was 20 plus releases that we got out to you this quarter, and, we really appreciate you joining, and we hope you enjoyed the session. So as I mentioned, it's gonna be available on demand starting tomorrow if you wanna share with some colleagues. And also check out this new release hub that we just launched today that has all the features we went over today and more as well as info on betas and whatnot. So please also, let us know your feedback. Did you like this? Is there something we can do to make the next one better? We would really love to hear from you. And so scan this QR code and, submit the survey as well. And, otherwise, we'll be back soon with another Beyond the Message, and we hope you take care. And, have a great BFCM. Bye.
